In such a conventional metal fitting, when the panel is inserted and fitted into the panel fitting portion of the metal fitting, the panel is caused by a dimensional error in manufacturing the panel or a cutting dimensional error in the notch. Due to the distortion of the panel itself, unless the horizontal platform of the metal fitting and the panel part abutting on the horizontal platform of the metal fitting are at least parallel to each other, it may be difficult to insert and fit the panel into the panel fitting part. However, rattling occurs even if insertion and fitting can be performed. Therefore, high precision of panel dimensions is required, but it is substantially difficult to achieve high precision of dimensions.

In the conventional fitting mounting work, when the panel is inserted and fitted into the fitting, the panel is erected and held parallel to the surface of the building structure, and the front and lower ends of the panel are aligned with the horizontal base of the fitting. Workability is poor because it is necessary to abut on a horizontal position. Also, when fixing the bracket to the building structure by driving a nail into the nail hole formed in the slope from obliquely above,
In order to prevent deformation of the metal fittings, it is necessary to make the inclination angle of the inclined portion an acute angle of 45 ° or more. In addition, there were problems such as that the metal fitting was displaced downward by hitting the nail, the horizontal base portion sank to the building structure side, and the inclined portion and the horizontal base portion were deformed to be linear. .

Next, a method of installing the tile panel 10 via the fixture 1 shown in FIG. 2 will be described. Fixture 1
In the method of attaching and mounting the panel 10, first, in the open space 1 b formed by the flat plate portion 2, the lower end standing portion 3 b, the lower back receiving portion 4 b, the engaging standing portion 6, and the lower engaging piece 7 b of the fixture 1. ,
The front end of the solid portion 10d of the lower panel 10A is inserted, the surface of the lower back receiving portion 4b is joined to the back surface of the lower panel 10A, and the front end of the lower engaging piece 7b of the engaging upright 6 is moved downward. The horizontal plate 2 is lowered and inserted along the surface of the building structure 12 to a position where the horizontal plate 2 contacts the inclined surface 10f of the solid portion 10d of the panel 10A. At this time, since the space 1b has a considerable space, it is possible to insert the fixture 1 from the front side into the tip of the solid portion 10d of the lower panel 10A. As a result, the fitting position between the lower panel 10A and the fixture 1 and the attachment position of the fixture 1 are determined.
Thereby, the lower panel 10A is temporarily held. Subsequently, the nail 13 is inserted obliquely from above into the nail hole 5a formed in the inclined piece 5 of the fixture 1, and the nail head is driven obliquely from above, thereby fixing the fixture 1 to the building structure 12 and lowering it. The panel 10A is also fitted and fixed.

[Function and Effect] Conventionally, when a building material such as a panel is inserted and fitted through a fitting, the building material is erected and held parallel to the surface of the building structure, and the tip of the building material is placed along the horizontal base of the fitting. In addition, it is necessary to make the lower end and the lower end come into contact with each other vertically, and the workability is poor. By using the fixture of the present application, since there is a margin in an open space where the building material is inserted and fitted, the building material can be freely inserted from the front side, and the insertion and fitting of the building material can be easily performed. Efficiency can be improved. Furthermore, the building material is not damaged during the insertion fitting. Since the building material engaging portion is formed so as to have a larger rising to the front side than the building material supporting portion, a wide open space can be secured, and the insertion and fitting of the building material becomes easy.

When the dimensional accuracy of the building material varies, the conventional mounting device has many parts that come into surface contact between the inserted mounting material and the mounting device. In some cases, it becomes difficult to fit, or rattling occurs even when insertion fitting is possible, but by using the fitting of the present application, the fitting and the building material are fitted and held by point contact. In addition, it can absorb dimensional errors of building materials.

By arranging the inclined projecting portion at the center of the fixture of the present application, insertion positioning becomes easy, and work efficiency can be improved. In addition, when the fixture is fixed to the building structure, even if a pressing force due to nailing is applied, deformation is prevented by the stress of the inclined projecting portion.

Further, since the conventional fitting has a flared shape, when the fitting is fixed to the building structure, deformation or the like occurs when nailing is performed on an inclined surface. In addition, in order to prevent deformation of the fixture, the inclination angle of the inclined piece was almost always set to an acute angle of 45 ° or less, so that nails were hard to hit and workability was poor.

By forming the vertical upright portion beside the inclined piece of the fixture of the present application, even if a pressing force is applied by nailing, deformation is prevented by the stress of the vertical upright portion, and the building structure and the building material are separated. The gap is secured, and the inclination angle of the inclined piece is also 45.
°, the nailing is facilitated and workability is improved. Further, since the inclined pieces of the fixture are formed continuously, the production of the fixture becomes easy.
