In the present invention, the window plate is positioned by the positioning means in a substantially horizontal state such that the inner side surface of the window plate is on the lower side, and various members are mounted by a mounting device disposed below the inner side surface of the vehicle. Attach it to a predetermined position on the inside surface of the vehicle, hold the window plate with the various members attached to it by the transfer device, transfer it to the upper part of the mold while keeping it approximately horizontal, and project the frame material upward from the mold to Preferably, it is attached to the peripheral edge of the side surface. In this specification,
The “substantially horizontal state” includes the following meaning in addition to the state in which the plane direction of the flat window plate is oriented in a direction perpendicular to the direction of gravity. First, although the window plate is curved two-dimensionally or three-dimensionally and its plane direction is not necessarily perpendicular to the direction of gravity, various members and frame members for the window plate are used. The "horizontal horizontal state" includes a state in which the window plate is kept substantially horizontal in a well-balanced manner so as not to impair the mountability of the window. The “horizontal horizontal state” includes a state in which the plane direction of the flat window plate is not perpendicular to the direction of gravity within a range that does not impair the attachment of various members and the frame member to the window plate. Although the form of the positioning means is not limited, a plurality of positioning pins or the like abutting on a plurality of positions on the peripheral end surface forming the outer periphery of the window plate can be exemplified. The positioning pin preferably has a cylindrical outer peripheral surface, and the outer peripheral surface supports the peripheral end surface of the window plate material by point contact or line contact. In addition, from the viewpoint of being compatible with window plates having various sizes and shapes, it is preferable that at least one of the plurality of positioning pins is movable in a direction perpendicular to the axial direction. . Although the form of the transfer device is not limited, a suction transfer device that suctions and holds the window plate material by the suction unit can be exemplified. Generally, the frame member and various members are attached to the inside surface of the window plate. In particular, various members are often attached to the peripheral portion of the vehicle inner side surface so as to be covered with a dark-colored coating material provided on the vehicle inner side surface at the peripheral portion of the window plate material and not to be seen from the vehicle outside. Therefore, it is preferable that the outer side surface of the window plate is sucked and held by the suction transfer device so as not to hinder the work of attaching the frame member and various members to the inside surface of the window plate. Although the form of the mounting device is not limited, a pressing device provided with a pressing portion that can be protruded and retracted (movable forward and backward) can be exemplified. As the pressing device, a holding portion capable of holding various members is provided in the pressing portion, and the pressing portion performs a projecting and retracting operation once in a state where at least one of the various members is held in the holding portion, so that the various members can be window-mounted. What can be attached to a board for use is preferred.

According to the above-described method of manufacturing a window plate material with a frame material, the glass plate 10 is curved even though it is curved.
The various members 74 can be accurately, easily and quickly attached to the glass plate 10. Further, the frame member 71 can be accurately, easily and quickly attached to the glass plate 10 to which the various members 74 are attached. When the glass plate with the frame material to which the various members (clips) 74 and the frame material 71 are accurately attached is attached to the window opening 78 (see FIG. 6), the clip 74 is fixed to the predetermined position of the body panel 75. The lip portion 71a of the frame member 71 is appropriately in close contact with a predetermined portion (opening side wall 76) of the body panel 75 while being appropriately engaged with the portion (mounting flange 77). Further, since the mounting direction of the various members 74 by the pressing device 20 is the same as the protruding direction of the frame material 71 from the first mold 41, the glass plate 10 is transferred by the suction transfer device 30 during the transfer.
There is no need to invert 0. Therefore, the structure of the adsorption transfer device 30 can be simplified.
