【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】略U字形あるいは略円弧状をしていて、一
端部の周面にねじが刻設された線状材料または棒状材料
によって形成された本体部と、一端がこの本体部のねじ
形成部と反対の端部にヒンジを介して回動自在に支持さ
れ、他端が本体部のねじ形成部側の端部に離接自在な線
状材料または棒状材料によって形成された本体部の開閉
部材と、この開閉部材の前記他端に回転自在に遊嵌され
ているとともに、本体部のねじ形成部側の端部と閉鎖部
材の他端とが近接状態のとき、前記ねじが螺合可能なね
じ穴を有し、ねじのねじ穴への螺合によって開閉部材を
閉状態に固定する固定部材とを備えたリング状金具にお
いて、前記固定部材が、外周面にねじ穴と同心の凹溝を
備え、開閉部材を構成する線状材料または棒状材料が少
なくともその一部を前記凹溝内に臨ませるようにリング
状に固定部材の周囲に巻回されることによって開閉部材
に回転自在かつ回転軸が揺動可能に遊嵌されていること
を特徴とするリング状金具。
