Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heater attaching structure whose heater is prevented from becoming longer by thermal expansion to prevent generation of noise by a contact between a reflecting plate section and a steel wire and insulation failure by variation of insulation distance by strain by the thermal expansion. SOLUTION: In a heir treatment promotion device, a heater 73 to irradiate infrared rays is attached on a reflecting plate 72 and the reflecting plate is rotated around so as to irradiate infrared rays to the head of a subject around along the top part, the rear part, and both side parts. The heater is elastically cramped by a bisected insulator 75a which is attached to the heater attaching structure so that the insulation can be displaced in the longitudinal direction.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a structure in which a heater having a circular cross section is attached to a reflection plate in this type of hair treatment accelerating device has a structure in which the heater is inserted into a donut-shaped insulator slightly larger than the diameter of the heater. The outer periphery of the insulator was wound with a long steel wire, and the remaining steel wire was fixed in a mounting hole opened in the reflector.

By the way, in the above-mentioned conventional example, since there is a gap between the heater and the insulator, a contact noise between the heater and the insulator is generated when the heater is rotated by the motor. In addition, when the heater is heated to a high temperature, the length of the heater becomes shorter due to thermal expansion. As a result, a metallic sound is generated due to the contact between the reflector cross section and the steel wire, and furthermore, the insulation distance is increased due to the distortion due to the thermal expansion. Has been changed to cause insulation failure.

The heater fixture 75 constructed as described above,
75 ′, the elastic material 7 expands in the diametrical direction of the heater 73 to expand the gap between the insulators 75 a.
The space between the insulators 75a is expanded by the elastic force of 5e and absorbed, and against the expansion of the heater 73 in the longitudinal direction, only the heater fixture 75 'supporting the central portion of the heater 73 is fixed by the fixing bar 75f. Heater 73

According to the present invention, as described above, the heater is provided with two heaters.
The heater is elastically sandwiched between the divided insulators, and the insulator is attached so as to be displaceable in the longitudinal direction with respect to the reflection plate.
In addition, since the reflector is absorbed even when it is elongated, the reflector is not deformed by the thermal expansion of the heater, and no metallic friction noise is generated due to a change in the thermal expansion.
