2. Description of the Related Art Waterproofing methods include an adhesive method using a waterproof sheet, and a floating method using a synthetic resin foam plate as an insulating material without using an adhesive. Waterproofing requires that the groundwork be sufficiently dry. However, there are many cases where the groundwork is not sufficiently dried depending on the construction time and construction conditions at the site. Swelling may occur on the waterproof surface due to evaporation of moisture contained in the water and thermal expansion of air contained in the synthetic resin foam plate. When an adhesive is used, a residue such as a solvent or moisture of the adhesive volatilizes with an increase in temperature and may cause swelling of the waterproof surface.

Such swelling not only impairs the appearance of the waterproofing surface remarkably, but also deteriorates the waterproofing function by frequently repeating the expansion and contraction of the waterproofing sheet due to the temperature change. In order to solve such a problem, a dewatering tower having the same cylindrical shape is provided partially on the conventional waterproof surface, or a disk-shaped deaerator is installed to perform deaeration, or between the waterproof sheet and the base. There is a method of inserting a gas permeable deaeration sheet over the entire surface to deaerate from the end of the waterproof sheet or to use a deaeration board in combination with this.

However, providing a deaeration tower on a waterproof surface is not suitable as a walking obstacle during use, and may not be able to perform its function due to clogging by foreign matter. is there. Since the deaerator has an upper lid portion having a thickness of about 10 mm, it must be functionally fixed and subjected to a watertight treatment, which has many problems in durability and weather resistance.

[0009] Since a method of waterproofing is desired which minimizes on-site work, the waterproofing method of the present invention has been made in response to such a request. Lay the perforated waterproof sheet on the waterproof base surface, apply adhesive to the holes of the perforated waterproof sheet and stick only the periphery of the holes, and then apply waterproofing material to the perforated waterproof sheet surface In the waterproofing method using a perforated waterproof sheet, a hollow synthetic resin sheet in which the hollow holes are provided side by side is used as a deaeration sheet, and a slit is formed in the deaeration sheet to be bent. While sticking one side between the waterproof base surface and the perforated waterproof sheet,
The other side of the deaeration sheet is fixed to the rising edge of the waterproofing rim, and rainwater infiltration from the ventilation hole at the tip of the deaeration sheet and clogging of the ventilation hole with dust and dirt do not occur. A slit is formed at the tip, and the inside is bent inward. A nonwoven fabric is attached to the bent portion and a waterproof cap is put on.

[0011] The deaerated sheet of the present invention uses a hollow synthetic resin sheet in which hollow holes are provided side by side. In order to decorate and protect the appearance of the hollow synthetic resin sheet, front and back materials may be attached to the hollow synthetic resin sheet. A synthetic resin sheet or a film, a metal sheet, a metal foil, or the like can be used for the front and back surfaces.

[0012] The size of the hollow hole, which is the thickness of the hollow synthetic resin sheet in which the hollow holes are provided side by side, is 1 mm or more. The reason why the thickness is 1 mm or more is that a deaerated sheet thinner than 1 mm cannot exhibit a sufficient function due to clogging or the like. However, if a thick deaeration sheet having too large hollow holes is used, water may flow in the opposite direction. Therefore, the thickness of the deaeration sheet is more preferably 1 mm to 5 mm.

The degassed sheet can be easily formed by extrusion, and its material is, for example, polyethylene, polypropylene, vinyl chloride, polystyrene, ABS resin, polycarbonate, nylon 66, acetal resin, methacrylic resin, or a mixture thereof. Polymer resins and the like can be used. It should be noted that a hollow aluminum sheet may be used instead of the hollow synthetic resin sheet in which the hollow holes are provided side by side. When bending the deaeration sheet, make a slit on the opposite surface on the line to be bent and bend it. The hollow hole is cut by inserting the slit, but there is no problem in use.

When the deaeration sheet is attached to the waterproof base surface,
When the waterproof base surface has a small area, it is sufficient to partially use the deaeration sheet. However, when the waterproof base surface is large, one or two or three surfaces, which are continuous with the waterproof base surface, Furthermore, depending on the construction conditions, it may be laid and attached over the entire surface.

The length of the deaeration sheet to be inserted between the waterproof base surface and the perforated waterproof sheet is generally about 50 to 1000 mm. In any case, it must be determined according to the construction area or construction conditions of the waterproof base surface. The width of the deaerating sheet is preferably 100 mm or more. If the thickness is less than 100 mm, the function as the deaeration sheet does not work sufficiently. The length of the deaeration sheet on the side fixed to the rising edge of the waterproof base surface must be determined according to the construction area of the waterproof base surface, construction conditions, etc.
About 500 mm is common. The deaeration sheet is adhered and fixed to the rising edge of the periphery with an adhesive, and since the infiltration of rainwater from the ventilation hole at the tip of the deaeration sheet and clogging of the ventilation hole with dust and dirt do not occur, the deaeration sheet is fixed. A slit is formed at the top end of the deaeration sheet and bent inward by about 5 to 50 mm. A nonwoven fabric is attached to the bent end portion of the deaeration sheet and a waterproof cap is put thereon.

The material of the non-woven fabric to be attached to the bent end portion of the deaerating sheet is not particularly limited, and in addition to natural fibers, regenerated fibers that are chemical fibers, semi-synthetic fibers, synthetic fibers,
Any of inorganic fibers and the like may be used. Good air permeability, waterproofness, and water repellency are essential requirements, but it is more preferable that they have fire resistance, flame retardancy, or are nonflammable. Natural fibers, regenerated fibers, semi-synthetic fibers, synthetic fibers, etc. which have been subjected to a flame retardant treatment, metal fibers, glass fibers, rock fibers, slag fibers and the like can be used.
By attaching a nonwoven fabric, the waterproofness, water repellency, and air permeability of the air vent of the deaerating sheet can be improved. When attaching a nonwoven fabric, it is not necessary to use an adhesive, but the adhesive may be applied and attached. When an adhesive is used, it is preferably an epoxy-modified rubber-based latex type.

The waterproof cap, which is provided by attaching a non-woven fabric to the bent end portion of the deaeration sheet, is used to prevent clogging of rainwater from flowing into the ventilation hole at the tip of the deaeration sheet and dust or dirt from the ventilation hole. It must be used and have excellent weather resistance, fire resistance and water repellency. Extrusion molding materials such as aluminum and synthetic resin are preferably used. It is not necessary to use an adhesive when covering the waterproof cap. However, the waterproof cap may be covered by applying an adhesive to the sandwiched portion of the waterproof cap. .
