Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily release an applicator sheet temporarily stuck on the upper side of an adhesive layer provided on one side of a soft base sheet and to hardly release the base sheet stuck on the diseased part. SOLUTION: An adhesive layer 2 provided on one side of a soft base sheet 1 is covered with a release paper 3. On the other side of the base sheet 1, an applicator sheet 4, which enriches rigidity rather than the base sheet 1, is temporarily stuck. This applicator sheet 4 is provided with a tab 5 protruded outward from the base sheet 1. The tab 5 is formed from an oblique part 12 linked from an inclined part 7, which enters the inside a little while drawing a circular arc from an upper part 6 of the base sheet 1 to a rising part 10. The tab 5 is practically parallel with the upper part 6 of the base sheet 1 from an inverted part 9 to change a direction through an arcuate part 8, and extended from a top 11 of this rising part 10 obliquely downward to an upper edge part 15 of the base sheet 1. When the tab 5 is pulled, the applicator sheet 4 can be easily released but the corner parts of the base sheet 1 which are arcuate are hardly released from the diseased part stuck with the base sheet.

2. Description of the Related Art A flexible adhesive material is used for covering a diseased part and protecting the affected part for medical use and home use. This adhesive material has an adhesive layer on one side of a thin and soft sheet. Since it is formed, when the release paper covering the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is peeled off, the pressure-sensitive adhesive often adheres, and it is very difficult to adhere well to the affected part.

[0003] Therefore, a rigid applicator sheet is temporarily attached to the surface of the sheet opposite to the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, and the sheet is temporarily attached to the applicator sheet. If the sheet is attached to the affected part, it can be attached well, so that the applicator sheet is peeled off and removed. However, such a sticking material is to be stuck to an affected part at various positions, and particularly when stuck to a curved part such as an arm or a leg, an applicator is used.
Sheets were often difficult to peel.

Accordingly, the present inventors have found that when a rectangular patch is applied to an affected part such as a bent part, how to peel off the applicator sheet is easy. After various investigations, it was found that peeling was easy when peeled from the corner of the patch. Therefore, a tab for peeling the applicator sheet is provided protruding from the applicator sheet located at the corner of the sticking material, and when the tab is pulled and pulled, the applicator sheet is easily peeled off. I was able to.

However, if the tabs of the applicator sheet are formed so as to normally protrude from the corners of the sticking material, the corners of the flexible sheet to be stuck become square. When the surface is rubbed by clothes or the like, the flexible sheet attached after stripping off the applicator sheet can be easily peeled off from the corners of the corners. It turned out to be undesirable.

The tab 5 does not bend under the influence of the arcuate surface of the bent portion or the bent portion when the tab 5 is attached to the bent portion or the bent portion of the affected part as described below. It is preferable that it is not too large so that a flat state can be maintained. As the size of the base sheet becomes larger, such as a medical drape that is attached to the entire surface of the chest and abdomen, the size of the tab is correspondingly increased. For example, it is often preferable that the width of such a tab is, for example, about 2/5 or less with respect to the upper edge of the base sheet.

When the adhesive sheet 2 is exposed by peeling the release paper 3 from the adhesive 13, the base sheet 1 is integrated with the applicator sheet 4. This can be reliably applied to the affected area 20 after the treatment.
In the illustrated example, first, the upper release paper 31 is peeled off and affixed to the affected part 20 to be fixed, and then the lower release paper 32 is preferably peeled off while being affixed (FIG. 5). When the attachment is completed, it can be pressed lightly from above if necessary, so that the attached state can be further ensured.

Since the tab 5 is not bent at the bent portion or the bent portion of the affected part, it is easy to pinch with a finger, and the tab 5 is pinched with a finger and pulled in a diagonal downward direction of the base sheet. In this case, the pulling action is concentrated on the reversing portion 9 of the tab 5, and the flexible base sheet 1 is not peeled off from the affected part 20, and the temporarily attached applicator sheet is not removed.
Can be smoothly and reliably peeled off. In particular, even when the affected part is a curved part or a bent part, the applicator sheet can be easily peeled off (FIG. 6).
