2. Description of the Related Art There are various uses of a film, one example of which is a packaging use. From the viewpoint of protecting the packaged object and maintaining good appearance, the packaging film, which is a film used for this purpose, is not easily deformed even in a humid atmosphere. In many cases, morphological stability in a gas (including, for example, the normal atmosphere) (characteristics of maintaining substantially the original form and maintaining substantially the original function), that is, moisture resistance is often required.
Means for imparting this moisture resistance to the packaging film include, for example, in the case of a resin film, means for increasing the crosslink density of the resin, but on the other hand, the water solubility of the packaging film decreases. I do.

As described above, if the packaging film is made hardly water-soluble, it becomes difficult to dissolve it in water after use and disuse, and this packaging film is one of the causes of environmental pollution. It has been pointed out.

[0004] In particular, in the case of a pocket tissue, the bag of the pocket tissue is generally made of a water-insoluble resin even though the content of the tissue is made of water-soluble paper to prevent environmental pollution. Because it is made of film, it does not dissolve in water and is considered a cause of environmental pollution.

[0005] Therefore, an attempt has been made to make a bag for pocket tissue from water-soluble paper, similarly to the tissue. However, there is a problem that paper cannot be easily processed into a bag because it is difficult to bond the paper by a heat fusion method, which is a general method for forming a bag, and is not practical.

Attempts have also been made to make pocket tissue bags from films of water-soluble resins. However, water-soluble resin films are generally highly hygroscopic,
Furthermore, since the morphological stability decreases with an increase in the amount of absorbed moisture, there is a problem that it is difficult to function as a bag under daily use conditions including use in a humid atmosphere.

Means for Solving the Problems As a result of intensive studies, the present inventors have found that the above means can be solved by the following means. That is, the present invention provides a water-soluble film in which a water-soluble paper is impregnated with a water-soluble resin, and the water-soluble resin has a heat-fusible property.
In addition, this water-solubility means that when a substance is widely immersed in water, including, for example, hydrolyzation that breaks down into individual fiber units when paper or the like is immersed in water, it becomes almost invisible to the naked eye. Refers to the properties that can be obtained. Further, the term "heat-fusing property" means, for example, the property that when a certain substance is heated at a temperature or the like, the substance shows plasticity and can be adhered to another substance. Further, the present invention provides a water-soluble film in which the water-soluble resin is a polyvinyl alcohol-based resin. The present invention also provides a water-soluble film having a weight ratio of paper to water-soluble resin per unit area of 5: 2 to 5: 3. Further, the present invention provides a pocket tissue bag formed of a water-soluble film having form stability in a water-containing gas and heat-sealing property. Also, the present invention provides a pocket tissue bag, wherein the water-soluble film is a water-soluble film obtained by impregnating a water-soluble resin into water-soluble paper. Further, the present invention provides a pocket tissue bag in which the water-soluble film is a water-soluble film obtained by sticking a water-soluble paper and a water-soluble resin film.
The present invention also provides a pocket tissue bag in which the smoothness of at least one surface of the paper to be stuck to the water-soluble resin film is from 20 seconds to 30 seconds. Here, the smoothness is defined by JIS P
8119 refers to Beck smoothness.

The paper impregnated with the water-soluble resin only needs to be water-soluble, and for example, from the viewpoint of the speed of hydrolysis and the size of fibers after hydrolysis, kenaf made from a mallow plant or the like is used. Are preferred. The water-soluble resin to be impregnated into the paper only needs to have heat-fusing properties, such as low plasticization temperature, high transparency, low swelling due to moisture absorption, and the rate of dissolution in water. From the viewpoint that the water temperature at the time of aqueous solution may be low, polyvinyl alcohol resins such as polyvinyl alcohol and modified polyvinyl alcohol are preferred.

The weight ratio of paper to water-soluble resin per unit area is not particularly limited, but is preferably from 5: 2 to 5: 3 from the viewpoints of moisture resistance, heat fusing property, cost, ease of production, and the like. When the amount of the water-soluble resin is larger than the above range, the moisture resistance is reduced, and when the amount of the paper is larger, the heat-sealing property becomes insufficient.

The method for producing the water-soluble film includes, for example, a method of impregnating the paper with a water-soluble resin during or after the papermaking process. The papermaking process of this paper may be a usual papermaking process, and when a resin is impregnated during the papermaking process, the process is not particularly limited. Further, during the papermaking process, or after the papermaking, the method of impregnating the paper with the water-soluble resin is not particularly limited, but from the viewpoint that the resin easily penetrates into the paper, for example, the water-soluble resin There is a method of dipping paper in the manufacturing process or paper after the manufacturing in the aqueous solution.

Further, the water-soluble film is suitably used also as a pocket tissue bag. Specifically, in general, after all the tissue in a pocket tissue is used, the bag becomes unnecessary and is discarded. At this time, since the pocket tissue bag formed from the water-soluble film has water solubility, it can be poured into water together with the tissue, for example, and environmental pollution by the bag can be reduced.
