[0003] However, since the present light packaging containers are discarded in an enormous amount as they are used, collection means for reusing the light packaging containers and reuse means after the collection are being improved. The items to be stored in the light packaging container have a wide variety of properties such as various fats and oils, seasonings and spices, viscous substances such as proteins and carbohydrates, fish and shellfish, animal meat, fruits and vegetables, etc. Since the residue of the material adheres or adheres firmly, and furthermore, the stored material is discarded while remaining, a great deal of labor and time is required for cleaning and removing it. At the time of use, it is necessary to separate the same material, especially for each compatible material. Therefore, although efficient collection and reuse means have been established, efficient separation and reuse have not been performed. Therefore, there is a strong demand for the development of light-package containers with high sorting and recyclability, and furthermore, reduction of the bulk and weight as much as possible and prevention of leakage of stored items and diffusion of odor during handling and transportation. There is a long-felt need for light packaging containers.

In view of such circumstances, the inventors have conducted intensive studies and as a result, polyolefin-based synthetic resin films such as polyethylene and polypropylene have no chemical bonding group, have high surface lubricity, and are excellent in water resistance and chemical resistance. From the fact that, by using the contact side with the storage thing, it is easy to wash and remove the storage residue, the polyolefin-based synthetic resin film is obtained by means of heat fusion or ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer. It can be laminated with a wide range of different film materials with the appropriate peel strength by the bonding means, and the recyclable film made of polystyrene film, polyester film or polymer blend of polystyrene and polyolefin-based synthetic resin is rigid and workable. Therefore, light packaging containers using laminated films with these film materials have extremely high shape retention. To investigate the good thing, etc. have completed the present invention.

Since the present invention has the above-described configuration, it has the following functions. That is, a polyolefin-based synthetic resin film made of polyethylene or polypropylene is laminated on at least one side of a synthetic resin film made of an appropriate material, and its peeling strength is 45 to 75% of the tear strength of the polyolefin-based synthetic resin film. It is laminated with a considerable peel strength, and since the polyolefin-based synthetic resin film is molded so as to be in contact with the storage contents of the lightly packaged container to be molded, fats and oils, seasonings, spices, seafood and the like are formed. It is difficult for blood or protein carbohydrate chemistry from sticking or sticking to meat or animal meat, so that these stored residues can be easily washed and removed with water or detergent. If the laminated synthetic resin films are of the same material, they can be reused as they are. If the laminated synthetic resin films are of different materials, the peeling strength of the laminated polyolefin-based synthetic resin film can be improved. Has a peel strength of 45 to 75% of the tear strength of the polyolefin-based synthetic resin film, so that the polyolefin-based synthetic resin film can be peeled off from the other synthetic resin film without damaging the polyolefin-based synthetic resin film from the edge thereof. Can be reused.

Further, in the present invention, a reinforcing rib having a required width is formed at an end edge of a storage portion formed into a required shape and a storage volume, and several connecting protrusions are appropriately formed on the upper surface of the reinforcing rib. In addition, since the cover made of a polyolefin-based synthetic resin film is tightly joined to the joining ridge, the conventional bulky cover is reduced, and the film is sealed with the film, so that the overall bulk is reduced to 1/3 to 1/3. / 2, and even if there is an impact or shaking during handling or transportation, leakage of the odor as well as diffusion of the odor is eliminated. In addition, the openability of the storage section and the lid can be freely adjusted depending on the number of joining ridges, and ventilation can be made by forming a ventilation intermittent section on the joining ridge, so that fresh vegetables and fruits can be used for a long time. Can be stored.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS FIG. 1 is an enlarged cross-sectional view of a two-layer synthetic resin laminated film 1 used in the present invention. The laminated film 1 is formed by laminating a polyolefin-based synthetic resin film 1A made of polyethylene or polypropylene on one side surface of a synthetic resin film 1B made of an appropriate material, and is used as a material of the polyolefin-based synthetic resin film 1A. Whether polyethylene or polypropylene is selected is appropriately selected depending on the properties, handling and storage conditions of the stored items, but if the stored items are required to have moisture permeability and cold resistance, use polyethylene. However, polypropylene is desired when the container requires gas permeation prevention or heat treatment or heating use. . The specific thickness of the polyolefin-based synthetic resin film 1A is determined by the performance and thickness of the synthetic resin film 1B made of the other appropriate material to be laminated and the use performance required for the molded light packaging container. 0.06 to 0.12 mm for light packaging containers
Some are used.

The synthetic resin film made of an appropriate material laminated on the polyolefin-based synthetic resin film 1A can hold the stored items in the molded light packaging container in a desired storage state until consumed. Since it imparts toughness and shape retention, in addition to the required strength and rigidity, workability that can be easily processed by vacuum forming or pressure forming is required, and it can be laminated with the polyolefin-based synthetic resin film 1A. The material is selected. Specific examples of the synthetic resin film 1B made of the appropriate material include polyolefin-based synthetic resin films such as polyethylene and polypropylene, polyester films, and the like.
Although polystyrene film and the like can be mentioned, the present invention is based on the background of collecting, washing, sorting, and reusing lightly packed containers that are consumed in enormous amounts. Synthetic resin films based on polymer blends, synthetic resin films based on polymer blends of these polyolefin resins and polystyrene, and the like are mainly used. However, since the synthetic resin film 1B formed by this recovery and reuse is inferior in strength, brittleness, and the like, the specific thickness is determined by the performance of the synthetic resin film 1B and the use performance of the molded light packaging container. However, in general light-packaged containers, it is approximately 0.1 to 0.1.
A slightly thicker one of 5 mm is used.

In addition, it is important for the synthetic resin laminated film 1 to collect and wash the used lightly packed containers and separate them into materials, and then to use the polyolefin synthetic resin film 1
A and another synthetic resin film 1B are to be laminated with a releasability so that they can be easily separated and separated. Such laminating means is not particularly limited, and hot melt laminating or dry laminating as well as extrusion laminating, which is laminating means for laminating films used for producing light packaging containers, are used. In the laminated film, the peel strength of the thin polyolefin-based synthetic resin film 1A to be adhered is laminated with a strength substantially equal to the tear strength of the polyolefin-based synthetic resin film 1A. The films are laminated in such a manner that the film itself breaks and breaks due to the tear strength of the film itself before peeling, and the film cannot be peeled substantially.

However, since the present invention is intended to separate and separate films made of different materials, the polyolefin-based synthetic resin film 1A for promoting the washing and removal of the stored contents prior to the separation, and a suitable material, especially A laminated film that can be peeled from the synthetic resin film 1B by the recycled material and has a moldability that does not cause peeling, displacement, or clouding during molding is required. Therefore, the peel strength of the polyolefin synthetic resin film 1A of the synthetic resin laminated film 1 used in the present invention is at least 45 times the tear strength of the polyolefin synthetic resin film 1A.
% And a maximum peel strength of 75% or less. That is, it is limited to such peel strength.
A peel strength of 45% or less with respect to the tear strength is due to the danger of peeling, misalignment, or clouding during deep drawing, and a peel strength of 7%.
When the peel strength is 5% or more, peeling becomes difficult. Needless to say, the peeling strength here is based on the test method specified in JIS K 6854, and the tear strength of the synthetic resin film is based on the test method specified in JIS K7128. Further, it goes without saying that, when producing such a laminated film 1 having strong peeling strength, the bonding temperature, the bonding pressure, the bonding binder and the like at the time of lamination are appropriately selected together with the characteristics of the mutual synthetic resin films to be used. No. Of course, depending on the necessity of the usage characteristics of the light packaging container, a synthetic resin laminated film 1 in which a film 1C having a special function is further laminated in a releasable manner as shown in FIG. 2 is used.

That is, as shown in FIG. 5, the joining ridge 20D is made of a polyolefin synthetic resin film so as to prevent the stored articles stored in the storage section 20A from leaking or diffusing during handling or transportation. It is desired that the material 20C be in close contact with the material 20C and that the cover be easily opened when used. At the time of close bonding, as shown in FIG. 6, the top of the bonding ridge 20D and the cover material 20C are bonded by a bonding means such as a normal heat seal or an impass seal. However, when the size is too small, the tight joining becomes insufficient and there is a danger of leakage of the storage portion and removal of the cover material 20C. For this reason, it is desirable that the line width of the joining ridge 20D is approximately 0.5 to 1.2 mm, and the height at which the protrusion is formed is approximately 0.2 to 0.6 mm. Articles 3 to 3 are advantageous.

On the other hand, depending on the nature of the storage,
A is required to have air permeability between the inside and the outside. In such a case, the joining ridge 20 formed on the upper surface of the reinforcing rib 20B is required.
D is formed with at least two or more strips, and
By forming the ventilation intermittent portion 20E at a position isolated from each other D, it is also possible to realize maintaining the air permeability.

As described above, according to the present invention, the polyolefin-based synthetic resin film is provided on at least one side of the synthetic resin film made of a suitable material in a range of 45 to 75% of the tear strength of the polyolefin-based synthetic resin film. A light packaging container having a required shape and storage volume so that a synthetic resin laminated film laminated with a corresponding peel strength is used, and the polyolefin-based synthetic resin film surface is a side surface in contact with a storage object. Even if stored items of various properties are stored, the stored items are less likely to adhere to or adhere to the inner surface of the light packaging container, so that not only can it be washed and removed with water or detergent, etc. Even when a laminated film made of a synthetic resin film made of a material is bent or bent at its edges, it is peeled off from each other and easily peeled off by separating each other. Sorting work since it is can without efficiently. Since the separated material is used again as a synthetic resin film in a light packaging container, the substantial amount of waste is significantly reduced. Further, in a light packaging container, a suitable number of joining ridges are formed on the upper surface of the side edge reinforcing rib of the formed storage portion, and a lid member made of a polyolefin-based synthetic resin film is tightly joined to the joining ridge. Since the storage and handling of the stored contents, especially the storage containing the broth or the juice, are prevented from leaking or spreading the odor during handling and transportation, the handleability is extremely good, and the cover can be easily opened in any place and under any circumstances. And because the contact surface with the storage is a polyolefin synthetic resin film,
It is not easy to adhere and stick to stored contents, and it is very easy to clean and remove after use, and it can be easily separated. Especially, it is tightly joined with a thin synthetic resin film lid material instead of the conventional bulky lid. Therefore, it can be said that this is a light packaging container having excellent features such as a reduction in volume of 1/2 to 1/3 as a whole.
