製造において、前記ブランクのエッジプロテクト加工す
る端縁部の折り曲げ位置に、最内層側を押圧ローラーで
押圧して最外層側から凸刃のミーリングで折曲げ溝を切
削し、該ブランクの最内層側を押圧板で押圧して最外層
側から碗型刃のベルナイフで端縁部を断面形状が半円状
に剥ぎ取り、該ブランクの端縁部を前記折曲げ溝から最
外層側へ癖折り治具で癖折りし、該ブランクの癖折り部
分を上下の押圧ローラーで押し潰し、該ブランクの前記
剥取り面の縁周部の最外層をバーナーで熱溶融し、該ブ
ランクを折込み治具に挿入して前記折曲げ部分の先端を
前記熱溶融した最外層に接着したことを特徴とする液体
用紙容器のエッジプロテクト加工方法。
