2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a pressure accumulating type spraying system using a manual air pump, in which air is supplied by a manual air pump to accumulate a pressure in a liquid tank to a predetermined pressure or more, and a pressurized liquid is ejected from a spray nozzle connected to the liquid tank. Machines are known. Such accumulator type sprayers are classified into a backpack type and a shoulder type according to the mode of transportation. The above-mentioned shoulder sprayer and shoulder-type sprayer are configured such that, while holding the liquid tank on the shoulder or shoulder, operating the handle lever of the air pump with one hand and accumulating the pressure in the liquid tank, the spray nozzle with the other hand. And pressurized liquid is sprayed. However, in the case of a shoulder-type sprayer, the pressure inside the liquid tank may be accumulated by manually operating the handle lever of the air pump with the liquid tank lowered to the ground. Thereafter, the liquid tank is carried on the shoulder and used for spraying. When the internal pressure of the tank is reduced by the spraying operation, the liquid tank is lowered to the ground again to accumulate the pressure.

However, all of the above-mentioned shoulder-type and shoulder-type sprayers have to keep a heavy liquid tank containing the spray liquid for a long time, resulting in heavy labor. Further, in the case of a back-to-back sprayer, the liquid tank is often tilted due to too much force on the side where the handle lever is handled. Therefore, stiff shoulders on the side that handles the handle lever become severe. In addition, since the back cannot be seen during the work, the remaining amount of the liquid cannot be confirmed. In the worst case, the liquid may be emptied far from the liquid supply place. On the other hand, the shoulder-type sprayer is not suitable for long-time work because the weight is directly applied to the shoulder. Lifting off the ground to accumulate pressure can be a pain. In particular, spraying a liquid in a large garden or the like is not preferable because it must be frequently lifted and lowered.

Next, the operation of the pressure accumulating type sprayer 1 configured as described above will be described. First, a spray liquid L such as water or a chemical liquid is poured into the liquid tank 3 from the upper surface opening 23. After that, the cylinder 29 of the hand-pumped air pump 25 is inserted from the upper opening 23, and the upper opening 23 is sealed with the cap 27. So, walking while pulling the handle 15 by hand,
The running wheel 8 rotates. The rotation of the traveling wheel 8 is transmitted to the piston drive mechanism 7, and the piston 45 of the air pump 4 is driven in conjunction therewith. That is, the rotational force of the traveling wheel 8 is transmitted to the piston 45 via the pulley 11, the belt 12, the pulley 39, the crankshaft 38, the connecting rod 40, and the piston rod 44, and causes the piston 45 to reciprocate in the cylinder 43. .

At this time, the check valves 46 and 47 allow the air to move only in the direction from the upper space of the piston to the lower space and further in the direction toward the inside of the liquid tank 3.
The zero air flows into the cylinder 43 from the gap between the cap 42 and the piston rod 44, is pressurized, and is pushed out into the liquid tank 3. Thereby, the pressure inside the liquid tank 3 is accumulated by the pressurized air. Then, hold the manual cock 18 with the other hand, and hold the manual cock 18 with the spray nozzle 16 facing the target.
, The spray liquid L is ejected from the spray nozzle 16. At this time, if the walking is performed while pulling the pressure accumulating type sprayer 1, the pressure in the liquid tank 3 is accumulated by the rotation of the traveling wheels 8, so that the spraying operation can be performed for a long time. In addition, when the pressure in the liquid tank 3 is significantly reduced due to a long spraying operation, or when it is necessary to stop on the way and perform the spraying operation,
It is preferable to use a manually pushed air pump 25.

As described above, the pressure accumulating type sprayer 1 of this embodiment does not need to be carried on a shoulder or hung on a shoulder, and the liquid tank 3 can be transported by the hand truck 2 with the running wheels 8. Anyway, simply walking while pulling the hand truck 2 automatically accumulates the pressure in the liquid tank 3, so that it is not necessary to lift and lower for accumulating pressure. Therefore, the spraying operation becomes extremely easy. Further, since the remaining amount of the spray liquid L can be visually confirmed while walking through the translucent liquid tank 3,
The liquid can be supplied at an appropriate timing before it becomes empty.

In the above embodiment, the piston drive mechanism 7 is connected to the traveling wheel 8 by a crankshaft 38 which is drivingly connected to the traveling wheel 8.
Although it is configured using the connecting rod 40, the pin 41, and the like, the piston drive mechanism of the present invention is not limited to this. For example, a camshaft is used instead of a crankshaft, and this camshaft is drive-coupled to running wheels via a pulley and a belt, and the piston shaft is urged toward the camshaft by a spring or the like. A configuration may be adopted in which the tip of the slidably contacts the cam.

As described above in detail, according to the pressure accumulating type sprayer of the present invention, the liquid tank is mounted on the guide cart and the air pump is driven in conjunction with the rotation of the traveling wheels. There is no need to carry it on your shoulders or shoulders, and the pressure inside the liquid tank is automatically accumulated just by walking while pulling the guide cart. Also, there is no need to lift and lower for pressure accumulation. Therefore, the spraying operation becomes extremely easy, and the liquid can be sprayed with a margin even in a relatively large garden. Thereby, the accumulator type sprayer of the present invention can perform spraying work easily and easily even by a woman or an elderly person,
It is suitable for watering, disinfection, weeding, spraying nutrients, etc. for a wide range of liquids for small-scale horticulture and home use.
