【請求項1】無機粉末と、感光性有機成分として少なくともアルカリ可溶性のアクリル系共重合体と、光重合開始剤を必須成分とするペーストであり、前記無機粉末としてガラス粉末、金属酸化物系の黒色無機顔料、導電性粉末を含有する感光性黒色ペーストであって、導電性粉末の含有量が、無機粉末全量に対して1重量%以上25重量%未満であり、ガラス粉末として、軟化点が400℃以上520℃未満のものを含むことを特徴とする感光性黒色ペースト。
【請求項2】ガラス粉末の平均粒子径が0.5μm以上5μm未満であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の感光性黒色ペースト。
【請求項3】黒色無機顔料の含有量が無機粉末全量の1重量%以上25重量%未満であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の感光性黒色ペースト。
【請求項4】黒色無機顔料が、鉄、銅、マンガン、コバルトのうちから選ばれた少なくとも1つの金属の酸化物、あるいはこれらのうちから選ばれた少なくとも2種の金属の複合酸化物を含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の感光性黒色ペースト。
【請求項5】黒色無機顔料として少なくとも酸化二コバルト(III)コバルト(II)を含有することを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の感光性黒色ペースト。
【請求項6】黒色無機顔料の平均粒子径が、10nm以上100nm未満であることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の感光性黒色ペースト。
【請求項7】導電性粉末がニッケルを含有することを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の感光性黒色ペースト。
【請求項8】導電性粉末が、酸化スズまたはITOを含有することを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の感光性黒色ペースト。
【請求項9】導電性粉末の平均粒子径が、0.1μm以上5μm未満であることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の感光性黒色ペースト。

1. A paste comprising an inorganic powder, an at least alkali-soluble acrylic copolymer as a photosensitive organic component, and a photopolymerization initiator as essential components, wherein the inorganic powder is a glass powder or a metal oxide-based paste.
