【請求項3】黒色無機顔料の含有量が無機粉末全量の1重量%以上25重量%未満であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の感光性黒色ペースト。
【請求項4】黒色無機顔料が、鉄、銅、マンガン、コバルトのうちから選ばれた少なくとも1つの金属の酸化物、あるいはこれらのうちから選ばれた少なくとも2種の金属の複合酸化物を含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の感光性黒色ペースト。
