2. Description of the Related Art In recent years, a large number of communication cables have been laid underground in addition to a large number of power cables. It is necessary to bury a large number of buried pipes. In addition, each of the disposed underground pipes is covered with a protective member divided into two parts at the top and bottom, and the protection members adjacent in the left, right, up and down directions are integrated to increase the strength of the protection member. Needless to say, there is no gap between the adjacent protective members such that earth and sand can enter. After the earth and sand are backfilled, the earth and sand enters the gap and a part of the road collapses. Such troubles do not occur. Therefore, as a conventional underground pipe structure, there is one disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 9-105479. This is because a lower block having a plurality of parallel grooves on the upper surface and an upper block having a plurality of parallel grooves on the lower surface cover the underground pipe, and a plurality (four) of which are vertically formed in each block. A long bolt is inserted through the bolt hole, and then tightened with a nut to integrate the upper and lower blocks.

According to the above construction, when a large number of blocks are stacked in the vertical direction to cover the underground pipe, the blocks are stacked while aligning the bolt holes of each block. In addition to this, the greater the number of blocks to be stacked, the more carefully and accurately the positioning must be performed, and the operation is very troublesome and troublesome. Even if the alignment was done carefully and accurately,
When the bolt is inserted into the bolt hole, the bolt may be displaced and cannot be smoothly carried out, which is disadvantageous in terms of handling. Further, since the blocks can be integrated only in the vertical direction, in order to stack a large number of blocks in the vertical direction, not only the above-mentioned inconvenience is remarkable but also a deep groove must be dug. Therefore, when hard rock is buried in the relatively high part even in the ground, it is not possible to dig deep grooves, so the block must be equipped with many parallel grooves on the left and right,
In addition to the increase in cost, the block having a large number of parallel grooves has a significant increase in weight and lateral width, which is disadvantageous in terms of handling.

Is formed on a protruding side curved surface having a predetermined radius of curvature that protrudes outward toward the center in the left-right width direction of the cases 2A, 2A, and the case 2A, 2A.
The other end surface 2C in the tube axis center direction is formed with the same radius of curvature as the above-mentioned radius of curvature on the concave side curved surface which is more inwardly inward toward the center in the width direction of the cases 2A, 2A. Therefore, by covering the underground pipe 1 disposed on the curved path shown in the figure with the cases 2A, 2A, it is possible to avoid the generation of a gap between the adjacent protection members 2, 2 on the curved path. I can do it. In the drawing, there is no gap because the degree of curvature of the curved path is relatively small. However, even when the degree of curvature is large, a large gap is generated between the protection members 2 and 2. Can be avoided. Although not shown in the drawing, in the straight path, the projecting side curved surface 2B and the concave side curved surface 2B are used.
C can be brought into contact with no gap.

According to the first aspect of the present invention, the structure in which the two cases are locked prevents the cases from being unlocked unexpectedly and facilitates the work of covering the underground pipe with the case. In addition to being able to be performed quickly and at the same time, the case groups can be integrated by means of integrating the case groups. An advantageous underground pipe structure can be provided on any of the surfaces. Further, by forming the case with a synthetic resin, the weight can be reduced, and the protrusions and the like can be integrally formed at the time of molding the case, which is more advantageous in manufacturing. Also, by making the two cases the same shape, only one type of case can be used, which is more advantageous in terms of manufacturing.

According to the third aspect, there is no need to provide a separate fastening member as described in the second aspect, which is advantageous not only in terms of cost but also in terms of the locked portion and the locking portion. Can be integrated by simply locking the two, and the operation of locking the case and the operation of integrating the plurality of protective members can be performed at once (simultaneously), as shown in claim 1.
Work can be further speeded up.

According to the fourth aspect, by forming the end surface of the case into a curved surface, when the cases are arranged along the curved path, a large gap is generated between the end surfaces of adjacent cases in the direction of the curved path. The underground pipes can be covered without any problems, and it is not necessary to create a case with a shape that matches the curved path, and the same case can be used for any path, which is advantageous in terms of cost. Become.
