2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, there is a terrace and a service yard which are provided outside a house and have a pergola to provide a sunshade as a wisteria trellis. However, the wisteria trellis alone can adjust the sun regardless of strong sunlight or weak sunlight. No, it cannot respond to changes over the four seasons, changes in the weather, etc. In addition, when it rained, rain fell on the wisteria trellis, so there were inconveniences such as the terrace and veranda getting wet in the rain. Therefore, in order to adjust the sunlight on the terrace and the like, the pergola was assembled in a lattice shape, eyelets and hooks were attached to the squares of the pergola material, and a sunshade tent and a sealing net were suspended via the eyelets and hooks. There is a mounting structure for a sunshade tent and a sealing net (Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No.
293045).

However, in the latter mounting structure of the sunshade tent, since the tent or the sealing net is fixed to an arbitrary cell of the lattice-shaped pergola with eyelets, eyelets or hooks, the sunshine is not provided. When adjusting, it takes time to attach and remove the tent in the square depending on the season or the intensity of the sunshine,
In addition, in this structure, since the tents of each cell hang down, rainwater accumulates, which is inconvenient.

[0004] The outdoor structure with an openable sunshade of the present invention solves the above-mentioned problem, and combines an outdoor structure with a pergola with an openable sunshade member, and can be easily adapted to the intensity of the season, rain and sunshine. The purpose is to provide an outdoor structure with a sunshade that can be opened and closed. In addition, a tent with a reed cage is provided integrally with the sunshade tent, and the double structure of the tent and the reed cage makes it possible to block the strong sunlight to give a sense of coolness, to receive the rain at the tent part, and to provide a tent with a reed cage. The reed canopy can be seen when viewed from below and the sunshine and heat are blocked more than the tent alone, providing an outdoor structure with a retractable sunshade that has a cool and natural feeling and can increase the product value. The purpose is. Further, the outdoor structure has a rain tent and a sunshade tent, and different types of reed cage, mesh tent, cold gauze,
Opening / closing with two layers of sunshade members such as nets and light-shielding materials, each of which can be opened and closed freely, depending on the season, rain, sunshine intensity, and / or use one or both of them with their respective functions. The purpose is to provide outdoor structures with sunshades.

In the case of the sunshade tents shown in FIGS. 4 and 6, a square fabric tent is used as the sunshade material 11, and the tent is provided with a bag binding portion 11a sewn in a bag shape at a predetermined interval. A core material 12 such as a piano wire, an oil-tempered wire, or a vinyl top fiber wire is inserted into the portion 11a, and the sunshade tent 11 is provided so as to be opened and closed in a folding screen manner with the core material as a side. The core material 12 is fixed to a tent by sewing or the like. The core material 12 at both ends of the tent is tied to the frame or the upper pergola on one side with a rope or the like, or a wire for opening and closing is stopped with a clip or the like, and the opening and closing operation of the opening and closing wire activates the core material at the end. Therefore, it is preferable that the core material at the end is made thick and strong. When the interval between the cores 12 is matched with the interval between the vertical bars 7 of the pergola 5, as shown in FIG. 1, when the tent is expanded, the position of the core 12 of the tent matches the position of the vertical bars 7 of the pergola. So the appearance when viewed from the front is good,
The combination of a wooden pergola and a tent that opens and closes in a folding screen style can enhance the appearance of the terrace. Although the case where the core material is sewn to the tent by binding is shown, the core material can be attached to the inside or outside of the tent.

Opening / closing means 20 for opening / closing awning tent 11
As a result, the tent 11
The opening / closing wire 21 is attached to the frame 13 on both sides, and the pulley 2 provided at the corner of the column and the pergola
3 and the like, the both ends of the wire are provided so as to hang on pulleys 24 of a rope tension set (manual rope type) 25 provided on the support or deck, and the folding screen is laterally operated by operating the opening / closing wire 21. Be able to open and close in a formula. The rope tension set 25 is a device for applying tension to the pulley 24 by a biasing means such as a spring, and is provided on a support or a deck. The wire should be able to be tied or fastened with fasteners at any open / close position.
Thus, the awning tent is opened in a folding screen manner with the core material as a side by pulling the wire 21 in one direction by a rope tension set manually or the like, and the awning tent is closed by pulling the wire 21 in the opposite direction. In the embodiment, the opening / closing wire is hung on the pulley of the rope tension set of the column, but the present invention is not limited to this. It can be extended and stopped. For example, a manual winch-type drum may be provided on a column, a deck, or the like, or an electric winch-type drum may be provided so that the opening / closing wire 21 can be manually or automatically fed and wound. Further, in the case of the electric winch type drum, an up / down switch can be provided so that the switch can be turned on / off remotely. Further, it is preferable to provide a tension adjusting pulley for adjusting the tension of the wire rope at an appropriate position. Further, when the terrace is wide, an intermediate pulley is provided at an intermediate position below the pergola so that the opening / closing wire is not loosened, and the opening / closing wire is inserted. Although the case where the opening / closing wire 21 is provided at one location and opened / closed is shown, the invention is not limited to this, and a plurality of opening / closing wires may be mounted in parallel to be able to open / close.

FIGS. 1 to 3 show an embodiment in which a awning 26 is integrally attached to the lower part of the awning tent 11 as the awning member 10. Sunshade tent 1
A core 12 is attached to 1 at predetermined intervals in the same manner as described above, and a reed 26 is integrally formed on the lower surface thereof by sewing, band-like cloth, or the like. The reed cage can be opened and closed like a folding screen. The reeds in the reed cage will be arranged in the same direction as the core material and can be opened and closed in the form of a folding screen in the horizontal direction. That is, as a means for integrally providing a reed on the lower surface of the tent, as shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, the upper portions of a pair of band-like cloths 27 are sewn to the tent, and the lower side of the band-like cloths is It is inserted into both sides, and both ends are tied or sewn to the lower end thereof through a tying tool such as a rope 28, and the tent is hung on the lower surface of the tent with sufficient margin to be integrated. The configuration in which the reed is suspended from the tent is not limited to this structure, but can be attached to the tent with a string or the like. By integrating this reed on the lower surface of the tent by sewing, the reed does not absorb heat, so the tent has heat but the reed does not have heat. Due to the synergistic effect with the effect, the deck on the terrace below the reed cage does not get hot, and you can feel a cool feeling. Therefore, it is possible to adjust the sunshine hitting a pot, a planter flower, a plant, or the like placed on a terrace or the like. In addition, rain can be overcome by the tent. The tent and the reed can be sewn together with a thread, a string, or the like, or integrated with an adhesive or the like.
