In the above-described cleaning operation of the conventional water-cooled condenser cleaning tool, a worker grips the thin elastic flexible strip 11 with both hands and connects the brush 10 to a cooling pipe. An operation of inserting / removing into / from 8 is performed. In this operation, as shown in FIG. 10, since the elastic flexible strip 11 is distorted, the length which can be pushed at once is short, and it is necessary to strongly grasp and push the thin elastic flexible strip 11. For this reason, there is a problem that the work is easy to be fatigued and difficult, and the cleaning work efficiency is low.

Therefore, the inside of the cooling pipe 8 can be easily rubbed by the brush 22, and the cleaning can be efficiently performed with a small amount of labor and the work efficiency can be improved. After the cleaning, the lid 13 on the end face of the water-cooled condenser 3 is closed.
Is mounted, and the cooling water inlet valve 6 is fully opened. Since the drain valve 9 is opened in this state, water is passed through the water-cooled condenser 3 to cause foreign matter to flow out of the drain valve 9 to clean the inside of the cooling pipe 8. Thereafter, the drain valve 9 is closed and the cooling water outlet valve 7 is fully opened. Thereby, the air-conditioning equipment returns to the operable state.
