16は、図5に示すように、断面がZ形をなし、上側フ
ランジ16aをスペーサ12の上面にボルト17で固定
し、Z形の下側フランジ16bに平板状ウエイト11の
端部を乗せ、平板状ウエイト11にあけた穴を貫通する
ボルト18で固定している。ジャンパパイプ7の端部側
