Among these rescuers, the gas inflatable type is usually folded and stored in a storage bag. Therefore, it is necessary that the storage bag can be expanded smoothly when the gas of the lifesaving device is inflated.
This member for forming a storage bag for a life-saving device has conventionally been produced by using a water-tight rubberized cloth or the like and combining adhesion and sewing. The general steps of producing the storage bag forming member are as follows. Cutting-glue processing-scribing-glue coating-adhesion processing-sewing machine adjustment-sewing processing-thread cut finishing As described above, the conventional method of manufacturing a storage bag forming member requires complicated processes, In addition to the above, there are problems such as the necessity of a skilled worker, considerable time required for sewing, inevitability of high production cost, and unsuitability for mass production. Further, when a sewing error or the like occurs, there is a problem that a sewing mark remains, resulting in a defective product, and a high sewing cost, resulting in a large defect loss. further,
The production of a conventional storage bag forming member requires parts arrangement, sewing machine adjustment, compounding of glue, securing of a sewing machine expert, etc., and it has been difficult to respond to orders in small lots.

It has been found that the object can be achieved by attaching a plurality of pairs of snap buttons for use, and the present invention has been completed based on this finding. That is, the present invention provides: (1) a bag-forming member for storing a life-saving device inflated by a gas, wherein the member is punched into a desired shape by a punching die.
(2) A member for forming a life-saving device storage bag, wherein the member has a structure in which a plurality of pairs of snap-type buttons for forming a storage bag are attached to a predetermined portion of an outer peripheral portion thereof. 3. The member for forming a lifesaving device storage bag according to claim 1, wherein the member is a drawing cloth obtained by coating rubber or polyurethane on at least one surface of a woven or nonwoven fabric.

Is a bag-forming member for storing a life-saving device such as a gas-inflation-type foldable life jacket or life-saving buoy, which is made of one piece of drawing cloth and manufactured without performing sewing and bonding. be able to. The drawing cloth used for the member of the present invention is not particularly limited, and a drawing cloth conventionally used for a storage bag such as a life jacket or a lifeboat can be used. Examples of such a cloth include a rubber cloth or a polyurethane cloth in which at least one surface of a base cloth made of a synthetic fiber or a natural fiber is coated with a rubber-like elastic material such as chloroprene rubber or NBR, or a polyurethane. be able to. Examples of the base fabric made of the synthetic fiber or the natural fiber include a base fabric made of polyamide fiber, polyester fiber, and polypropylene fiber. Among these, nylon 6 and nylon 6 are preferable.
In general, a base fabric made of polyamide fiber such as No. 6 is preferably used. If necessary, a reinforcing cloth, for example, a cloth made of polyamide fiber, polyester fiber, polypropylene fiber, or the like, can be attached to this pulling cloth at an appropriate place by a method such as welder fusion. In the present invention, first, the drawing cloth is punched into a desired shape by a punching die. The shape is not particularly limited, but is usually punched into a box-like or bag-like shape when a life-saving device is stored. In the punching operation by the punching die, a plurality of holes for attaching buttons are simultaneously provided at predetermined positions on the outer peripheral portion of the drawing cloth. At this time, if necessary, a belt passing hole can be provided at a predetermined position.

Thus, a member for forming a life-saving device storage bag is obtained. When storing a lifesaving device, for example, a lifesaving device to be stored is placed on this member, and if necessary, a belt is inserted through a belt through hole, and then a pair of snap-type buttons mounted on an outer peripheral portion of the member are attached. What is necessary is just to fit and to store a life-saving device. The member for forming a life-saving device according to the present invention can expect the following effects as compared with the conventional member for forming a life-saving device. (1) Since the member of the present invention does not require an adhesive or sewing step unlike the conventional member for forming a storage bag, it is manufactured only by performing the two steps of the punching step of the drawing cloth and the button attaching step.
The process is extremely simple and the manufacturing cost is low. (2) Since there is no sewing process, a skilled worker involved in sewing is not required. (3) Mass production by mechanization is possible, and significant cost reduction can be achieved. (4) Small lot orders can be handled. (5) Even if a button is erroneously attached, repair can be easily performed by reattaching the button, so that a loss of defectiveness is small. If there is a sewing process as in the case of the conventional storage bag forming member, if a sewing error occurs, the sewing machine remains and the product becomes defective, and the sewing cost is high, resulting in a large defect loss. Can be avoided. (6) Since the entire storage bag opens like a single cloth, the life-saving device does not hinder the inflation of the life-saving device, and the life-saving device expands smoothly.
