Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently extinguish garbage without requiring the exchange of an implantation bed material and deteriorating the quality of waste water, and to prevent the generation of a putrid smell or the like in an apparatus for decomposing and extinguishing the garbage by microorganism. SOLUTION: First, a decomposing liquid 3 is mixed into the garbage, and the garbage is treated by the microorganism after being crushed by a mechanical means. As a concrete apparatus, this apparatus for eating the garbage is constituted in such a way that a rotary drum vessel 12 accommodating porous particle bodies 14 which contain tourmaline ores as the implantation bed material for the microorganism is formed in a horizontally cylindrical shape, that a number of small holes 12a are made in the outer circumference, and that the rotary drum vessel 12 can be rotated by a motor driving part 26.

[0003] For example, a garbage disposer equipped with a decomposing tank for accommodating an aerobic microorganism and a landing material such as garbage and sawdust crushed by a disposer, and a blade for stirring the garbage in the decomposing tank. It has been known. However, maintenance such as replacement of the flooring material after long-term use must be performed. In addition, since the raw garbage finely ground by the disposer is discharged to the sewer as it is, clogging of the sewer pipe may occur, or the river may be polluted. There was no garbage disposal method and apparatus that could be used.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION In order to solve the above-mentioned conventional problems, the present invention does not require maintenance such as replacement of flooring material in a garbage disposal apparatus for eliminating garbage by microorganisms. Efficiently extinguishes garbage, prevents the generation of putrefaction odors, and reduces the size of the processing equipment without using a large amount of sawdust and can be processed under kitchen sinks where garbage is generated. It is another object of the present invention to provide a method and an apparatus for treating garbage, in which the amount of biochemical oxygen demand (BOD) of garbage and kitchen wastewater is reduced and the garbage can be directly discharged to a sewer pipe.

According to the method of the present invention, far-infrared rays emitted from a ceramic at room temperature have a wavelength of about 6 to 14 microns and are generally useful for photosynthetic bacteria, actinomycetes, and the like.
It has the effect of multiplying degrading bacteria of useful microorganisms such as lactic acid bacteria. In addition, tourmaline ore has a function of activating pure water by generating a pure negative ion by natural action when it comes into contact with water. When the ceramic particles and the tourmaline particles are in a mixed state, the action becomes synergistically strong.
Then, if decomposing bacteria are mixed in the garbage, such an effect becomes more remarkable, and the decomposition of the garbage is remarkably promoted, and the decomposition time is greatly shortened. Also, the activated water
Since it has an action of suppressing the growth of bad bacteria such as spoilage bacteria, generation of offensive odor can be prevented in decomposition.

When the garbage is put into the garbage inlet 4 and the crushing device 5 is operated while further supplying the decomposition liquid 3 and supplying the tap water 22, the crushed garbage is mixed with the decomposition liquid 3. The mixture is discharged into the rotary drum tank 12 in the decomposition processing tank 11 through the garbage feeder 8 and the transport pipe 9, and is rotated together with the porous ceramic particles 14 in the rotary drum tank 12 by the rotation of the rotary drum tank 12. The porous ceramic granules 14 contained in the rotary drum tank 12 as a microorganism-implanting material have no water retention property, and the water, tap water, and decomposed water of the garbage itself are removed from the decomposition treatment tank 11. Since the water flows out through the drain port 20, the amount of water in the rotary drum tank 12 does not become excessive, and there is no possibility that germs are proliferated and odor is generated. Fine solids that pass through the rotary drum tank 12 are also decomposed by microorganisms, and garbage is discharged to the drain pipe 21 as decomposed water without remaining as scum. This liquid contains a lot of microorganisms and has an action of purifying the drain pipe 21. In addition, sewer pipes can be cleaned.

On the other hand, when the processing of garbage is continuously performed,
Each time the decomposition treatment liquid 3 is injected into the garbage introduced into the crusher 5 and crushed, the activated microorganisms are constantly in contact with the porous ceramic particles 14, so that the treatment efficiency can be synergistically increased.

In the kitchen work, clean water may be flowed as it is. At that time, in the garbage disposal apparatus 10, since the crusher 5 is not operated, the drainage pipe 17 is opened and closed by the opening / closing drive unit 15 to discharge water. The pipe 17 is opened, and only tap water flows directly to the drain pipe 21. When the crushing device 5 is operated, the drain pipe 17 of the opening and closing drive device 15 is closed, the transport pipe 9 of the opening and closing drive device 15 is opened, and the garbage enters the rotary drum tank 12 in the decomposition process 11.

As described above, according to the garbage disposal apparatus 10, the garbage mixed with the decomposition treatment liquid 3 is crushed and sent to the rotary drum tank 12, so that the garbage is highly decomposed. The decomposition solution 3 is implanted in the flooring material of the porous ceramic granules 14, and the amount of water in the flooring material is adjusted by rotating the rotary drum 12 to prevent the growth of putrefactive bacteria and the generation of putrefaction odor due to excessive water content. You. Furthermore, continuous treatment is possible without the need to replace the flooring material, and garbage is eliminated and eliminated, so that subsequent maintenance is unnecessary.

According to the present invention, a rotary drum tank is provided in a decomposition treatment tank for separating and eliminating organic substances such as garbage by microorganisms, and the rotary drum is driven by rotating these tanks. Garbage and the like in the tank are easily dispersed uniformly, and the efficiency of decomposition is increased. Further, by injecting and pulverizing the decomposition treatment liquid at the time of throwing in the garbage, the decomposition treatment liquid is mixed into the pulverized garbage, whereby the effect of reliably increasing the ability of the microorganisms to decompose the garbage can be obtained. In addition, by using tourmaline ore-containing porous ceramic granules for the flooring material, garbage can be efficiently and synergistically extinguished without the need for replacement of the flooring material, and the generation of putrid odor etc. is prevented. Can be done. In this way, the disassembly performance of the disassembly processing device is enhanced, and there is no maintenance
The present invention also realizes a garbage disposal apparatus that can reduce the amount of biochemical oxygen demand (BOD) of garbage and kitchen wastewater and can directly flow to a sewer. Further, sewer pipes and the like can be washed by the action of microorganisms in the wastewater.
