Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To swing a branching member 12 provided between a main way and a branch way of a travelling rail 1 of a track truck between a position on the main way side of a continuous line and a position on the branch way side of a chain line through a crankshaft, an intermediate link 22 and a link 24 on the branch way side by a driving motor 16 and to energize the crankshaft by a spring by holding and moving it with a play by a crank holder 18. SOLUTION: The spring energizes the branching member in opposite directions at the position of the main way side and the position of the branch way side as the crank holder rotates at 180 deg. between the position of the main way side and the position of the branch way side. The branch member takes a right position even when stopping precision of the driving motor is low. Consequently, it is possible to certainly shift the branching member between the position of the main way side and the position of the branch way side. Additionally, vibration due to travelling of the track truck is damped by the spring and hardly transmitted to the driving motor.

2. Description of the Related Art In a tracked bogie system, it is convenient if a branch can be provided on a traveling rail. For this reason, it has been proposed to provide a movable branch member at the branch point of the traveling rail and swing it to switch between a position on the main road side and a position on the branch road side. In order to reliably switch the branching member between the position on the main road side and the position on the branch road side, it has been studied to swing the branching member using a fluid pressure cylinder such as air pressure or hydraulic pressure.

A basic object of the present invention is to switch a branching member between a main road side position and a branch road side position reliably while switching the running rail of a tracked bogie system by driving a motor, and Even if the stopping accuracy of the vehicle is low, the influence on the position of the branching member is small, and vibration caused by the running of the tracked truck is hardly transmitted to the drive motor of the branching member. An additional object of the invention of claim 2 is to provide a specific configuration for that purpose. An additional object of the third aspect of the present invention is to make this force adjustable so that the branch member can be held at a position on the main road side or a position on the branch road side with an appropriate force.

In the tracked bogie system provided with the rail branching device of the present invention, the traveling rail of the tracked bogie is branched by swinging the branching member between the main road side and the branch road side. In the system, a crank mechanism and a link mechanism are interposed between an output shaft of a motor and the branch member, and the crank mechanism biases the branch member in a reverse direction between a main road side position and a branch road side position. A biasing member is provided (claim 1).

According to the first aspect of the invention, the branch member is transmitted from the output shaft of the motor to the branch mechanism in the order of the crank mechanism and the link mechanism, and the branch member is moved between the main road side position and the branch road side position. To rock. The output shaft of the motor rotates, for example, 180 ° between these two positions, and the positions on the main road side and the branch road side, which are both ends of the swing, become dead points of the movement. After swinging the branching member from one position to the other position, the branching member may be further rotated in the same direction by, for example, 180 ° to return the branching member to the original position, or the rotating shaft may be moved in both the forward and reverse directions. For example, the branch member may be returned to the original position by swinging by 180 °. In each of these cases, it is referred to as rotation of the output shaft.

According to the first aspect of the present invention, the urging means is provided in the crank mechanism, and the urging direction is opposite when the branch member is at the position on the main road side and when the branch member is at the position on the branch road side. At both the road side position and the branch road side position, the branch member is pressed and positioned by the traveling rail or the like, and the branch member can be held at a correct position. Since the branch member is driven in the order of the link mechanism from the crank mechanism, when the branch member stops at the position on the main road side or the position on the branch road side, even if the direction of the output shaft slightly changes, the branch member is not moved. The position hardly changes. Further, when the tracked truck passes through the branch member, vibration is applied, but this vibration is attenuated by the urging means while being transmitted from the crank mechanism to the output shaft, so that no excessive force is applied to the output shaft. As described above, according to the first aspect of the present invention, since the branch member can be driven by the motor, equipment such as air pressure and hydraulic pressure is not required, and the branch member can be reliably switched between the main road side position and the branch road side position. , And no extra force is applied to the output shaft.

According to the second aspect of the present invention, the crank holder is directly connected to the output shaft of the motor and is rotated in accordance with the rotation of the output shaft. And the floating member and the link mechanism are connected by the crank pin. Therefore, when the crank holder rotates, the urging direction of the urging means is reversed,
The biasing direction can be easily reversed between the position on the main road side and the position on the branch road side. In addition, the vibration transmitted from the link member to the floating member during traveling of the tracked truck is attenuated while the floating member is floating in the crank holder and transmitted to the crank holder via the urging means. As described above, according to the second aspect of the present invention, the biasing direction of the biasing means can be reversed by the rotation of the crank holder, and the vibration generated by the traveling of the tracked truck is reliably applied before the vibration is applied to the output shaft of the motor. Can be attenuated.

According to the third aspect of the present invention, since the link mechanism is provided with the link whose length can be adjusted, the force for urging the branch member to the main road side position or the branch road side position by the urging means can be adjusted. The track bogie can travel smoothly at the branch.

FIG. 5 schematically shows the operation of the rail branching device 11. The motor shaft of the drive motor 16 is, for example, 180 °
When rotated or swung, the position of the crank pin 20 changes between the solid line position and the chain line position in FIG. 5, and the spring 46 rotates together with the crank holder 18 and
Is urged in the reverse direction by the half rotation of the drive motor 16. Accordingly, the intermediate link 22 changes between the two states of the solid line and the chain line in FIG. 5, and the link 24 on the branch road side connected by the pin 26 also changes between the state of the solid line and the state of the chain line. Since the branch member 12 swings together with the link 24, when the motor shaft of the drive motor 16 rotates, for example, 180 °, the branch member also swings between the position on the main road side and the position on the branch road side.
And at the position of the branch member on the main road side and the position on the branch road side,
The crank pin 20 is at the dead center of the movement and the drive motor 16
Even if the stopping accuracy is low, the positional accuracy of the branching member 12 is not affected. Further, as shown in FIG. 5, the branch member is urged in the opposite direction between the position on the main road side and the position on the branch road side, so that it is reliably pressed at any position so as to maintain the correct position. When the length of the intermediate link 22 is adjusted, the branch member can be adjusted to fit the traveling rail with a desired force at the position on the main road side and the position on the branch road side.

Therefore, the following effects can be obtained in the embodiment. The branch member 12 is pressed with an appropriate pressing force at both the main road side position and the branch road side position. Even if the stop accuracy of the drive motor 16 is low, the position of the branch member 12 is not affected. Since the branch member 12 is held at a predetermined position with an appropriate pressing force, the running of the tracked truck can be smoothly guided, and as a result, the vibration applied to the branch member 12 from the tracked truck is reduced. The vibration applied to the branch member 12 from the tracked truck is attenuated by the spring 46, so that no excessive force is applied to the motor shaft.
Since the branching device 11 is driven by a motor, no equipment such as hydraulic pressure or air pressure is required, and installation, maintenance, and test operation are easy.
