ある窒素等はイオン化されない。又、活性資質を適度に
含浸させ乾燥させた内部エアー・フィルターを(−)
(マイナス)に帯電させる事で、より高効率の吸塵性を
求める事ができると共に、適度な量の活性化酸素をより
優先的に燃焼室内に送り込む事が可能となる。これによ
り、適度な高濃度の酸素を供給する事、つまり酸素濃度
を高める事ができる。そして、高濃度の酸素が燃焼室内
に送り込まれる事により、燃焼速度が上昇するため、燃
焼室内の圧縮比を低くする事が可能となる。又、燃焼速
度が速いため、クランク軸に対しより適正な角度で点火
が行われ、さらに適正な角度で膨脹も行われるため、エ
ネルギー有効伝達率が向上する。このため、燃焼反応後
に燃焼室内から排出される排気ガス中のSOx、NO
x、CO、CO、HC、SPM(浮遊粒子物質)等は
低減され、ガソリン内燃機関の場合には非燃焼物に含有
されるベンゼン等をほぼ完全に燃焼できる。又、燃焼温
度が高い場合、つまり高温燃焼が行われる場合、一般的
に燃焼温度が低い場合に比べてNOxの排出量はより多
