2. Description of the Related Art A Western-style door at the entrance and an interior door have an outer frame composed of a plurality of frames constituting a door frame. Conventionally, a door plate or a glass plate is incorporated in these frames. Widely used from. Most of the frames are formed to have various patterns in order to have a decorative product, and so-called dowel fitting and an adhesive are generally applied for connecting and joining the frames. The dowel fitting is a combination of a male dowel with a circular cross section protruding from one frame and a dowel hole opened in the other frame, and is used for assembling not only frame materials but also various wood products. . In such a dowel fitting, the male dowels are fitted into the dowel holes so that the frames are connected to each other, and the bonding strength can be increased by applying an adhesive.

In assembling a wooden product by dowel fitting, an adhesive is also used, but the fitting force between the male dowel and the dowel hole governs the joining strength. However, since the outer diameter of the male dowel and the inner diameter of the dowel hole must be machined with high precision, the machining tends to be cumbersome. Further, if the processing accuracy is low, the dowels are loosened, so that a strong connection between wooden members such as a frame cannot be achieved. Further, since the male dowel is fitted into the dowel hole, even if the adhesive is applied or injected onto the outer peripheral surface of the male dowel or the inner peripheral surface of the dowel hole, the adhesive layer becomes extremely thin and its mechanical properties are reduced. High adhesion cannot be maintained.

[0004] As described above, in the conventional connection of wooden products such as frame materials by dowel fitting, if the processing accuracy of the male dowel or the dowel hole is low, a strong connection cannot be made, and the bonding with an adhesive remains insufficient. Often.

In the above configuration, the horizontal frame material 1 and the vertical frame material 2
For example, the joint 3 is fitted and fixed to the fitting hole 1d of the horizontal frame material 1 and the fitting 3 is fitted to the fitting hole 2c of the vertical frame material 2 as shown in FIG. Perform by inserting. Thereby, as shown in FIG. 4, the horizontal frame material 1 and the vertical frame material 2 are connected via the joint 3 while performing vertical alignment. At the time of this connection, as described above,
The projection 1c and the guide piece 1e are immersed in the holding groove 2a of the vertical frame material 2.

Here, even when the horizontal frame member 1 and the vertical frame member 2 are connected by the joint 3, the injection groove 2b of the vertical frame member 2 is opened on the bottom surface as shown in FIG. Therefore, FIG.
As shown in the figure, the adhesive resin 4 such as urethane resin can be injected in the direction of the arrow from the opening at the lower end of the injection groove 2b. The adhesive resin 4 is filled into the space between the wood end faces 1d of the horizontal frame material 1 from the injection groove 2b, is injected into the joint 3, and infiltrates into the horizontal frame material 1 and the vertical frame material 2. I will do it. That is, as shown in FIG. 5 (longitudinal sectional view taken along the line BB in FIG. 4), the joint 3 is incorporated so that the cutout opening 3a faces downward, so that the joint 3 has an adhesive property from the injection groove 2b. The resin 4 is injected into the joint 3 from the notch opening 3a. And the joint 3 is a horizontal frame material 1 as shown in FIG.
And the vertical frame material 2, the adhesive resin 4 is injected into both the horizontal frame material 1 and the vertical frame material 2, and the adhesive resin 4 is fitted from the cutout opening 3 a. Hole 1d,
Infiltrate the inner peripheral surface of 2c. At the same time, as shown in FIG. 4, the adhesive resin 4 infiltrates the horizontal frame material 1 along the wood end face 1b and the vertical frame material 2 along the injection groove 2b, thereby obtaining a high bonding degree.

As described above, the horizontal frame material 1 and the vertical frame material 2 are joined by the joint 3 made of a metal such as steel, so that the horizontal frame material 1 and the vertical frame material 2 are vertically and depthwise in FIG. Joined without any deviation in direction. That is, due to the rigidity of the joint 3, the horizontal frame material 1 and the vertical frame material 2 are prevented from being deformed by bending and twisting in the vertical direction and the depth direction, and the joining strength is increased. In addition, the adhesive resin 4 is not only filled between the wood end surface 1b of the horizontal frame 1 and the injection groove 2b of the vertical frame 2 but also cross-linked so that the one injected into the joint 3 is cross-linked. The frame member 1 and the vertical frame member 2 are joined. Therefore, the joining surface of the adhesive resin 4 can be formed so as to be developed in the connecting direction of the horizontal frame member 1 and the vertical frame member 2, and a strong connection is possible.

Here, in this embodiment, a substantially disc-shaped reinforcing plate 5 is incorporated in order to further stabilize the connection between the horizontal frame member 1 and the vertical frame member 2. The reinforcing plate 5 uses a metal plate such as an iron plate or a stainless steel plate. The horizontal frame member 1 and the vertical frame member 2 form substantially semicircular storage portions 6a and 6b into which the reinforcing plate 5 is inserted. These storage units 6
a and 6b are formed by counterbore, and the reinforcing plate 5
When the adhesive resin is injected into the opening cross section slightly wider than the thickness of the adhesive resin, the adhesive resin can penetrate between the surface of the reinforcing plate 5 and the inner surfaces of the storage portions 6a and 6b.

Even when such a reinforcing plate 5 is inserted into the storage portions 6a and 6b, the adhesive resin injected from the injection groove 2b allows the joint 3 to be inserted between the surface of the reinforcing plate 5 and the inner surfaces of the storage portions 6a and 6b. Part of it. Therefore,
The horizontal frame material 1 and the vertical frame material 2 are reinforced by the joint 3 and the reinforcing plate 5 and are firmly fixed by the adhesive resin inside the joint 3 and the surface of the reinforcing plate 5. In particular, the provision of the reinforcing plate 5 increases the area of the adhesive resin material,
Stable fixation is possible and the strength against bending is compensated.

According to the present invention, it is possible to join a wooden product such as a frame material by using an adhesive resin that penetrates into a fitting hole through a joint, instead of using only the mating surface as a joining surface.
Strong and stable connection can be achieved as compared with the conventional connection by dowel fitting or the like. Therefore, even with a frame material used for a door or the like, the strength against external force can be increased, and the durability can be improved.
