[0004] When the bathtub is filled with hot water by a wall penetrating type water heater, the hot water tap is manually opened and the hot water is dropped from the tapping pipe into the bathtub.
In some cases, the user sets the bathtub hot water amount in advance, and when the hot water amount reaches the set amount, the user leaves the hot water with a buzzer. The user recognizes the completion of the hot water filling by the notification sound and closes the hot water tap.

[0005] However, the conventional wall penetrating type hot water supply system has a heat exchanger and a combustor for hot water supply and a reheating tank in the outer case, and additionally recirculates the hot water in the bathtub for reheating. The size of the exterior case in the depth direction is large because it has a built-in circulation pump, and when it is installed in a hole in the bathroom wall, the projected size of the supply / exhaust port portion of the exterior case to the outside of the bathroom wall becomes large. As a result, particularly in an apartment or the like, there is a problem that the passage where the air supply / exhaust port portion protrudes is narrowed or the installation location is restricted due to the relationship with an obstacle.

In addition, the work of filling a bathtub with a conventional through-the-wall type hot water supply system requires waiting visually while the hot water accumulates, which wastes time and causes a buzzer to notify the user. However, it is necessary for the user to manually close the hot water tap.

The control unit used in the present invention has an integrating means, a setting means and an opening / closing control means, and more specifically, a microcomputer can be used. Describing each means, the integrating means calculates the total amount of hot water supplied to the bathtub (hereinafter referred to as the amount of hot water in the bathtub) by integrating the amount of water obtained from the water amount sensor. The setting means allows the user to store an arbitrary amount of hot water in the bathtub in the microcomputer, and inputs the information from an operation unit such as a remote controller electrically connected to the control unit. The opening / closing control means controls opening and closing of the opening / closing valve, and is preferably opened when hot water is supplied to the bathtub and closed when hot water is supplied to the hot water tap.

The operation when the hot water / shower tap 16 is used will be described. A user desiring hot water presses the hot water supply switch 23 of the remote controller 21 and then opens the hot water / shower tap 16 to set it in advance. Hot water at a reduced temperature can be obtained. This is because when the hot water / shower tap 16 is opened, water flows into the heat exchanger 4 from the water supply port 1 and the control unit 1
5 detects the amount of inflowing water with the water amount sensor 2 and the water temperature with the water temperature sensor 3, adjusts the proportional valve 13 so that the water temperature is set by the user, burns the combustion part 25, and performs heat exchange. By doing. Further, when the amount of hot water desired by the user is large and a request exceeding the capacity of the heat exchanger 4 is received, the amount of hot water is narrowed down by the water control valve 5 to reduce the amount of hot water supplied, and To supply. Further, when the hot water / shower tap 16 is used, the water solenoid valve 17 is closed, so that the entire amount of hot water passes through the hot water tap pipe 24 and is discharged from the callan or shower.

A description will be given of the operation when the bathtub is automatically filled with water. The user can automatically fill the bathtub simply by pressing the automatic switch 22 of the remote controller 21. This is because, when the control unit 15 presses the automatic switch 22, the water solenoid valve 17 is opened to guide water from the water supply port 1 to the heat exchanger 4, and the proportional valve 13 is adjusted to the set temperature. By heating the water and supplying it from the bath adapter 20 to the bathtub 19 via the water amount sensor 7. The control section 15 calculates the hot water quantity in the bathtub by integrating the hot water quantity obtained from the water quantity sensor 7 by the integrating means, and when the hot water quantity in the bathtub is set by the setting means, closes the water solenoid valve 17 by the opening / closing control means. Then, the combustion in the combustion section 25 is stopped.

9, when the hot water supply / shower tap 16 is opened during automatic filling, the control unit 15 closes the water solenoid valve 17 to temporarily suspend the filling operation. The method of detecting that the hot water / shower tap 16 was opened during the automatic filling is as follows.
Although there are various methods, in the present embodiment, the fact that the amount of hot water supplied during automatic filling is constant is used to detect a change in the amount of water obtained from the water amount sensor 7.

According to the present invention, there is provided a water heater installed in a through-wall type in which a hot water tube wound around one heat exchanger in an outer case is provided inside the outer case for a hot water supply pipe connected to a hot water tap and a lower part of a bathtub. And a hot water supply connection port for the hot water supply tap pipe and a hot water supply connection port for the bathtub pipe are projected outward from the outer case, respectively. The hot water tube wound around the heat exchanger is connected to the hot water tap tube connected to the hot water tap and the bath adapter at the bottom of the bathtub in this exterior case. It is branched into a bathtub tube to be filled with hot water in the bathtub, and a bath adapter is connected to a connection port for the bathtub tube so as to fill the bathtub with a bath adapter at a lower portion of the bathtub. Heat exchange for reheating The depth of the outer case can be reduced by eliminating the need for a vessel, a combustor, and a circulating pump, and the outer dimension of the outer case can be shortened. It is an inexpensive penetrating wall type water heater with less restrictions on the installation place due to the construction.

According to the hot water supply device of the present invention, bath tub filling can be performed automatically, so that the user does not waste time and forgets to close the hot water tap. Water can be prevented from being wasted.
Further, since hot water can be supplied from the hot-water tap even during automatic hot water filling, water that is not heated is not discharged from the hot-water tap, so that a shower or the like can be always used with confidence.
