A mounting cylinder portion formed by connecting an inner cylinder wall to a mouth and neck portion of a hollow container body via a top wall to an outer cylinder wall, and a lower end portion of the inner cylinder wall of the fitting cylinder portion. Fitting tube portion of the inner plug, comprising: a pouring tube erected at the center opening edge of the bottom wall connected to the bottom wall; and a lid mounting cylindrical wall portion protruding from the top wall portion of the fitting tube portion. The screw part of the outer cylinder wall is screwed to the screw part of the mouth and neck part, and a spouting stopper is attached to form a spout container body, and the top wall of the fitting cylinder part is formed. A hollow container with a measuring instrument, wherein the lid serving also as the measuring cup according to any one of claims 1 to 4 is detachably screwed to the cylindrical wall portion.
