該土壌又は地下水中に蒸気を注入して温度を上昇させ、
揮発性有機化合物の気化を促進すると同時に、地下水の
揚水を積極的に行って、その際の揚水した地下水の処理
水を蒸気注入井戸に流入させて温水とし、該温水が地下
水中を移動することによって、土壌や地下水自体の温度
上昇と地下水の流動化を図ることによる土壌・地下水汚
