Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and a method for mounting a substrate for a covering material, enabling the fitting of an external wall material by accommodating variations among irregularities on a concrete wall without using furring strips. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a supporting member 10 screwed to the end part of a separator 31 buried in the concrete wall 30 and a substrate panel mounting member 20 locked to the supporting member 10 in such a manner as to be freely displaced at a prescribed angle in the axial-center direction of the supporting member 10. The mounting member 20 is fixed along with a substrate panel 40 for the covering material to the supporting member 10 through the medium of a fixing member 45 in the prescribed position from the concrete wall 30.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method for attaching a base material for an exterior material. Generally, a dry method using a tile, a metal panel, or the like as a design as an exterior material of a concrete structure is expensive in spite of its material cost. The reason is that the work of assembling a base such as a tile or a metal panel is complicated, time-consuming, and increases labor costs. Therefore, there is a demand for a development that provides a dry method at a low cost by simplifying the method of forming the base.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, when an outer wall of a concrete structure is made of a tile, a metal panel, or the like, the panel cannot be directly attached to the concrete because the outer wall of the concrete has irregularities. Therefore, a base such as a rim or a steel frame is required for the base. In general, there are two main methods for assembling the groundwork. The first method is to insert a rim support for attaching the rim to the skeleton using an anchor, etc., and adjust several bolts. (For example, Japanese Patent Publication No. Hei 8-9903, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. Hei 10-88767, etc.) and the other method is to directly anchor the torso to the body while sandwiching a liner plate behind the torso. There is a method of fastening.

[0003] Both of these methods have the disadvantage that the work for drilling anchors and adjusting the level is troublesome, leading to an increase in cost. Further, there is a drawback in that the driving of the anchor leads to a cross-sectional defect of the skeleton, and the metal part serves as a cold bridge connecting the room and the outside, thereby causing dew condensation on the room side.

[0004] Therefore, there has been proposed a board supporting apparatus using a separator embedded in a concrete wall (Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 8-189091). In the board supporting device, the body edge is used as in the related art. In the first place, the rim is used for fixing screws and bolts as a base material of the panel.

[0006] The reason for this is that, for example, when a panel-like building member is fixed as seen from a floor structure in a wooden building, work is easily performed if there is a base material perpendicular to the member. It seems to be something. Indeed, in this method, once the heights (or access) of both ends of the member are determined, the height (or access) of the intermediate portion is determined, so that there are few mistakes in the work and easy.

[0007] However, when an exterior material is attached instead of a floor, there are some problems because the work place is at a high place. First, since the work place is on the scaffold, it is not easy to swing the long rim material. Inevitably, the work requires two or more people. A temporary stage for receiving the fringe material is required.

[0008] Further, in the mounting operation, various tools such as a hammer drill are required, and a welding operation may be required. If there is welding work, it is necessary to pay attention to the occurrence of fire, and it is necessary to cure the fire. When welding work is required, the worker must be a qualified person for welding work, and only some types of occupation work such as sash work can be performed.

At the time of concrete drilling, dust and noise are generated, which adversely affects the surrounding environment. Since the rim is made of metal, there is a risk of corrosion. It is also necessary to apply a rust inhibitor to prevent corrosion.

[0010] When the external heat insulation method is adopted, a cold bridge is easily formed in a metal portion. In addition, the support device for the board includes a base member screwed into the end of the separator,
In order to screw in the height adjusting member, the supporting device is attached following the concave portion formed by removing the P-con. However,
Usually, a concrete wall cannot be completely vertically driven due to a work error or the like, and a slope of about 10 mm often occurs at a height of 3 m. Therefore, the angle of the separator also has a slight angle compared to the horizontal. Therefore, there is a problem that if the outer wall material is attached using the support device directly attached to the separator, the outer wall material cannot be attached uniformly.

If the mounting device 1 for the base material for the exterior material is made of nylon 6, for example, the shear strength of nylon 6 is 560 kg / kg.
since it is cm 2, and if the safety factor 3, the cross-sectional area in order to obtain the required shear force becomes (56.6 / 560) × 3 = 0.30cm 2. Assuming that the diameter of the screw (fixing member) 45 to be rubbed is M6, the required length of the hanging margin of the screw (fixing member) 45 is 0.30 / (π × (0.6 / 2) 2 ) ≒ 1.1. (Cm).

Is inserted into the body 13 of each support member 10, and the outer thread 22 is screwed into the inner thread 152. At this time, the base panel mounting member 20 rotates the base panel mounting member 20 by inserting a tool 60 having a hemispherical projection 61 into the hemispherical recess 24 provided at the center of the base mounting seat 23.

This operation is performed while confirming the ingress and egress of the base panel mounting member 20 by a laser L transmitted from a black-out device (not shown) for transmitting a laser, which is installed below the concrete wall 30. At this time, for example,
If there is an error of 2 mm within the width of the P-con (= 27.5 mm), a 3 mm clearance is required for the straight surface correction (see FIG. 6).

Therefore, it is an important factor that the base panel mounting member 20 is displaced with respect to the support member 10 so as to follow the frame error. The displacement here is generally expressed as a tilt of about 10 mm at a height of 3 m. That is, the separator 31 is displaced at an angle of 10/3000 with respect to the axial direction of the separator 31 to correct the surface finish error of the concrete.

With the above, the mounting of the mounting device 1 for the base material for the exterior material according to the present embodiment is completed. Next, the exterior material base panel 40 is attached from below. However, the lowermost part and the uppermost part require a waistline. Here, the intersection of the four exterior material base panels 40 is the installation location of the exterior material base mounting device 1.

Next, the dry tiles are mounted. As described above, according to the present embodiment, it is only necessary to provide the exterior material base mounting device 1 as a base only at the place where the exterior material base panel 40 is fixed, and it is possible to perform the construction in a simpler procedure than the conventional method. In contrast, the conventional method requires various tools such as a concrete drilling machine, a hammer, a spanner, and an electric screwdriver, whereas the present embodiment has a feature that the construction can be performed using only the electric screwdriver.
