Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.外科手術中に外科的部位から物質を切除する切断器具であって、外科手術中 に物質を乳化するための手段を有し、該乳化手段は、外面に少なくとも1つの 刃を有する導入先端部と、乳化するための手段を貫通して延びる窓の両側の前 縁に設けられた刃とを有し、前記切断器具は更に、外科手術中、乳化するため の手段を回転自在に支持するための手段を有していることを特徴とする切断器 具。 2.乳化するための手段の窓は、各刃から角度をなして延びる2つの壁を構成し ていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の切断器具。 3.壁は、窓の開口部に垂直に延びる水平面から約15°〜約30°の角度をな して延びていることを特徴とする請求項2記載の切断器具。 4.乳化するための手段は、全体として楕円形の切断ヘッドであることを特徴と する請求項1記載の切断器具。 5.導入先端部の刃は、半円形であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の切断器具 。 6.導入先端部の刃は、切断ヘッドの外周部の周りにぐるりと囲むように設けら れている隆起した螺旋溝であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の切断器具。 7.導入先端部には複数の刃が設けられ、該刃は、切断ヘッドの外周部の周りに ぐるりと囲むように設けられた十字形螺旋溝であることを特徴とする請求項1 記載の切断器具。 8.支持手段は、主軸と、取付け軸とを含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の切 断器具。 9.主軸は、ねじ山付きであることを特徴とする請求項8記載の切断器具。 10.外科的部位に隣接した領域を保護するための手段を更に有していることを特 徴とする請求項1記載の切断器具。 11.外科的部位に隣接した領域を保護するための前記手段は、カニューレである ことを特徴とする請求項10記載の切断器具。 12.外科的部位に隣接した領域を保護するための前記手段は、ドリルガードであ ることを特徴とする請求項10記載の切断器具。 13.主軸とカニューレとの間の摩擦を減少させるための手段を更に有しているこ とを特徴とする請求項10記載の切断器具。 14.摩擦を減少させるための手段は、少なくとも1つのブッシュであることを特 徴とする請求項13記載の切断器具。 15.摩擦を減少させるための手段は、少なくとも1つの軸受であることを特徴と する請求項13記載の切断器具。 16.乳化するための手段は、のこ歯状切断ヘッドであることを特徴とする請求項 1記載の切断器具。 17.乳化するための手段は、全体として火炎状の切断ヘッドであることを特徴と する請求項1記載の切断器具。 18.支持手段は、主軸が外科的部位に隣接した領域を保護する前記手段から突出 しないようにするための深さ停止部を含むことを特徴とする請求項10記載の 切断器具。 19.外科的部位から物質を乳化するための外科用切断器具であって、切断ヘッド を有し、該切断ヘッドは、導入先端部及び切断ヘッドの内部を貫通して延びる 窓の両側の前縁に設けられた刃を有し、前記外科用切断器具は更に、切断ヘッ ドを回転外科用ドリルに取り付けるための軸と、外科的部位を偶発的な乳化か ら保護するための手段とを有することを特徴とする切断器具。 20.切断ヘッドの窓は、各刃から角度をなして延びる2つの壁を有することを特 徴とする請求項19記載の切断器具。 21.保護手段は、軸の周りに配置されるカニューレであることを特徴とする請求 項19記載の切断器具。 22.保護手段は、回転外科用ドリルから軸の周りに延びるドリルガードであるこ とを特徴とする請求項19記載の切断器具。 23.軸に設けられた少なくとも1つのブッシュを更に有することを特徴とする請 求項19記載の切断器具。 24.軸に設けられた少なくとも1つの軸受を更に有することを特徴とする請求項 19記載の切断器具。 25.軸は、深さ停止部を有していることを特徴とする請求項19記載の切断器具 。 26.軸は、ねじ山付きであることを特徴とする請求項19記載の切断器具。 27.外科手術中に外科的部位から物質を切除するための切断器具であって、外科 手術中に物質を乳化するための手段を有し、該乳化ための手段は、導入先端部 と、乳化手段を貫通して延びる窓の両側の前縁にそれぞれ一つずつ設けられて いて、各々が同一の回転方向に向くようになっている少なくとも3つの刃とを 有し、前記切断器具は更に、外科手術中、乳化手段を回転自在に支持するため の手段を有していることを特徴とする切断器具。 28.乳化手段の窓は、各刃から角度をなして延びる少なくとも3つの壁を構成し ていることを特徴とする請求項27記載の切断器具。 29.支持手段は、主軸と、取付け軸とを含み、取付け軸は、外科用ドリル内へ挿 入可能な直径を有していることを特徴とする請求項28記載の切断器具。 30.主軸、取付け軸及び切断ヘッドは、焼入外科用鋼から成る単一片から形成さ れていることを特徴とする請求項29記載の切断器具。 31.前記乳化手段は、その長さ方向に沿って延びる中心軸線のところに位置した 重心を有していることを特徴とする請求項27記載の切断器具。 32.ドリルのコレット上を摺動するためのガードを更に有し、該ガードは、その 長手方向に沿って延びていて、支持手段を挿通させる開口部を有していること を特徴とする請求項27記載の切断器具。 33.前記導入先端部は、導入先端部の外面上に位置した少なくとも1つの刃を有 していることを特徴とする請求項27記載の切断器具。 34.導入先端部の刃は、半円形であることを特徴とする請求項33記載の切断器 具。 35.導入先端部の刃は、切断ヘッドの外周部の周りにぐるりと囲むように設けら れている隆起した螺旋溝であることを特徴とする請求項33記載の切断器具。 36.導入先端部には複数の刃が設けられ、該刃は、切断ヘッドの外周部の周りに ぐるりと設けられた十字形螺旋溝であることを特徴とする請求項33記載の切 断器具。 37.主軸は、ねじ山付きであることを特徴とする請求項29記載の切断器具。 38.外科的部位に隣接した領域を保護するための手段を更に有していることを特 徴とする請求項27記載の切断器具。 39.外科的部位に隣接した領域を保護するための前記手段は、カニューレである ことを特徴とする請求項38記載の切断器具。 40.外科的部位に隣接した領域を保護するための前記手段は、ドリルガードであ ることを特徴とする請求項39記載の切断器具。 41.主軸とカニューレとの間の摩擦を減少させるための手段を更に有しているこ とを特徴とする請求項39記載の切断器具。 42.摩擦を減少させるための手段は、少なくとも1つのブッシュであることを特 徴とする請求項41記載の切断器具。 43.摩擦を減少させるための手段は、少なくとも1つの軸受であることを特徴と する請求項41記載の切断器具。 44.外科用切断器具であって、外科手術中に物質を切除減少させる切断ヘッドを 有し、該切断ヘッドは、導入先端部と、切断ヘッドを貫通して延びる窓の両側 の前縁にそれぞれ一つずつ設けられていて、各々が同一の回転方向に向くよう になっている少なくとも3つの刃とを有し、窓は、その周囲に沿って各刃から 延びる傾斜壁を有し、前記切断器具は更に、切断ヘッドを回転外科用ドリルに 取り付けるための軸を有していることを特徴とする切断器具。 45.外科手術中に外科的部位から物質を除去する方法であって、切断器具を回転 させる段階と、回転中の切断器具で物質を外科的部位から切除する段階と、物 質が最初に切除された後にそれと実質的に同時に切断器具が回転しているとき に切除した物質を乳化する段階と、乳化した物質を外科的部位から吸引する段 階とを有することを特徴とする方法。 46.乳化した物質は切断器具を通して吸引されることを特徴とする請求項45記 載の方法。 47.前記回転させる段階では、切断器具を一方向に回転させることを特徴とする 請求項45記載の方法。 48.切断器具は、少なくとも1つの刃を有し、前記切除する段階では、物質を刃 の全てで外科的部位から切除することを特徴とする請求項47記載の方法。
