Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.炭化水素を生成するためのスラリー炭化水素合成方法であって、該方法は、 下記工程(a)〜(e)を含むことを特徴とするスラリー炭化水素合成方法。 (a)炭化水素スラリー液体中に固形の粒状炭化水素合成触媒とガス気泡を含む スラリー本体中で、該触媒の存在下に、炭化水素を生成するのに有効な反応条件 で、H2とCOとの混合物を含む合成原料ガスを反応させる工程であって、炭化 水素の少なくとも一部が該反応条件において液体であり、該スラリー炭化水素液 体が該液体炭化水素を含む工程 (b)該スラリーの一部を、該スラリー本体から、該スラリー本体に浸漬された ガス分離域を通過させてガス低減スラリーを生成する工程 (c)該ガス低減スラリーを、高流動条件下に、該ガス分離域から、下降管を通 してろ過域に通過させる工程 (d)該ガス低減スラリーを、該高流動条件下に、該ろ過域のろ過手段に接触さ せ、該炭化水素液体の一部をろ液として該スラリーから分離して、炭化水素が減 少したスラリーを生成する工程 (e)炭化水素が減少した該スラリーを、該スラリー本体に戻す工程 2.該スラリー本体は、炭化水素合成反応装置内に存在することを特徴とする請 求の範囲1記載のスラリー炭化水素合成方法。 3.該ガス低減スラリーは、ガス分離下降管内で生成されることを特 徴とする請求の範囲2記載のスラリー炭化水素合成方法。 4.該スラリー本体の一部は、該反応装置の外に通過し、該ガス低減スラリーが 該反応装置の外部で生成されることを特徴とする請求の範囲2記載のスラリー炭 化水素合成方法。 5.工程(b)において、該スラリーは、固形物低減域にも通過して、ガスと固 形物を低減したスラリーを生成し、該高液体剪断流動条件下において該ろ過域を 通過して該スラリー本体に戻ることを特徴とする請求の範囲1記載のスラリー炭 化水素合成方法。 6.ガスと固形物を低減した該スラリーは、ガスと固形物減少下降管内で生成さ れることを特徴とする請求の範囲5記載のスラリー炭化水素合成方法。 7.該ろ過域は、該反応装置の外部に存在することを特徴とする請求の範囲2記 載のスラリー炭化水素合成方法。 8.該ろ過域は、該スラリー本体内に存在することを特徴とする請求の範囲7記 載のスラリー炭化水素合成方法。 9.該ろ過域は、該スラリー本体に浸漬された該下降管内に存在することを特徴 とする請求の範囲8記載のスラリー炭化水素合成方法。 10.該ろ液の少なくとも一部は、少なくとも1種の転化操作によっ てより有用な生成物に品質向上されることを特徴とする請求の範囲1記載のスラ リー炭化水素合成方法。
