- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 少なくとも1種のオレフィンポリマーを含んで成る耐ピンホール性押出 し加工組成物であって、該組成物がRheotens装置を用いて測定した時に 190℃で0.01センチニュートンから7.25センチニュートン(cN)の 範囲の補正または実際のGoettfert溶融体強度値を示すとして特徴づけ られる組成物。 2. 該少なくとも1種のオレフィンポリマーが高圧、フリーラジカル開始エ チレンポリマーである請求の範囲第1項記載の組成物。 3. 該高圧、フリーラジカル開始エチレンポリマーが低密度のホモポリマー ポリエチレンである請求の範囲第2項記載の組成物。 4. 該高圧、フリーラジカル開始エチレンポリマーがエチレンと少なくとも 1種のα,βエチレン系不飽和コモノマーのインターポリマーである請求の範囲 第2項記載の組成物。 5. 該インターポリマーがエチレンとアクリル酸のコポリマーである請求の 範囲第4項記載の組成物。 6. 該少なくとも1種のオレフィンポリマーが均一に分枝しているエチレン ポリマーである請求の範囲第1項記載の組成物。 7. 該均一に分枝しているエチレンポリマーが実質的に線状であるエチレン ポリマーであり、この実質的に線状であるエチレンポリマーが、 (a)≧5.63のメルトフロー比I10/I2を示し、 (b)ゲル浸透クロマトグラフィーで測定した時に式: (Mw/Mn)≦(I10/I2)−4.63 で定義される如き分子量分布Mw/Mnを示し、 (c)該実質的に線状であるエチレンポリマーの場合の表面メルトフラ クチャーが起こり始める時の臨界せん断速度が線状エチレンポリマーの場合の表 面メルトフラクチャーが起こり始める時の臨界せん断速度より少なくとも50パ ーセント大きいような気体押出しレオロジーを示すが、ここで、該線状エチレン ポリマーが50パーセントを越える均一分枝短鎖分枝分布指数(SCBDI)を 示し、長鎖分枝を有さず、かつ該実質的に線状であるエチレンポリマーが示すI2 およびMw/Mn値の10パーセント以内のI2およびMw/Mnを示し、そしてこ こで、該実質的に線状であるエチレンポリマーと該線状エチレンポリマーの個々 の臨界せん断速度が気体押出しレオメーターを用いて同じ溶融温度で測定された 臨界せん断速度であり、 (d)示差走査熱量計(DSC)で−30から140℃の範囲に単一の溶融ピー クを示し、かつ (e)50パーセントを越える短鎖分枝分布指数(SCBDI)を示す、として 特徴づけられる、 請求の範囲第6項記載の組成物。 8. 該均一に分枝しているエチレンポリマーが均一に分枝している線状エチ レンポリマーであり、この均一に分枝している線状エチレンポリマーが、 (a)示差走査熱量計(DSC)で−30から140℃の範囲に単一の溶融ピー クを示し、かつ (b)50パーセントを越える短鎖分枝分布指数(SCBDI)を示す、として 特徴づけられる、 請求の範囲第6項記載の組成物。 9. 該組成物が高圧、フリーラジカル開始エチレンポリマーと均一 に分枝しているエチレンポリマーを含んで成るか或はそれらから作られている請 求の範囲第1項記載の組成物。 10. 該高圧、フリーラジカル開始エチレンポリマーが低密度のポリエチレ ンでありそして該均一に分枝しているエチレンポリマーが実質的に線状であるエ チレンポリマーであり、この実質的に線状であるエチレンポリマーが、 (a)≧5.63のメルトフロー比I10/I2を示し、 (b)ゲル浸透クロマトグラフィーで測定した時に式: (Mw/Mn)≦(I10/I2)−4.63 で定義される如き分子量分布Mw/Mnを示し、 (c)該実質的に線状であるエチレンポリマーの場合の表面メルトフラクチャー が起こり始める時の臨界せん断速度が線状エチレンポリマーの場合の表面メルト フラクチャーが起こり始める時の臨界せん断速度より少なくとも50パーセント 大きいような気体押出しレオロジーを示すが、ここで、該線状エチレンポリマー が50パーセントを越える均一分枝短鎖分枝分布指数(SCBDI)を示し、長 鎖分枝を有さず、かつ該実質的に線状であるエチレンポリマーが示すI2および Mw/Mn値の10パーセント以内のI2およびMw/Mnを示し、そしてここで、 該実質的に線状であるエチレンポリマーと該線状エチレンポリマーの個々の臨界 せん断速度が気体押出しレオメーターを用いて同じ溶融温度で測定された臨界せ ん断速度であり、 (d)示差走査熱量計(DSC)で−30から140℃の範囲に単一の溶融ピー クを示し、かつ (e)50パーセントを越える短鎖分枝分布指数(SCBDI)を示す、 として特徴づけられる、 請求の範囲第9項記載の組成物。 11. 該高圧、フリーラジカル開始エチレンポリマーが組成物全体の1から 90重量パーセントを構成しておりそして該均一に分枝しているエチレンポリマ ーが組成物全体の10から99重量パーセントを構成している請求の範囲第9項 記載の組成物。 12. 該高圧、フリーラジカル開始エチレンポリマーが組成物全体の2から 50重量パーセントを構成しておりそして該均一に分枝しているエチレンポリマ ーが組成物全体の50から98重量パーセントを構成している請求の範囲第9項 記載の組成物。 13. 該高圧、フリーラジカル開始エチレンポリマーが組成物全体の3から 27重量パーセントを構成しておりそして該均一に分枝しているエチレンポリマ ーが組成物全体の73から97重量パーセントを構成している請求の範囲第9項 記載の組成物。 14. 該実質的に線状であるエチレンポリマーが長鎖分枝を炭素1000個 当たり0.01から3個有する請求の範囲第7および10項記載の組成物。 15. 該実質的に線状であるエチレンポリマーが長鎖分枝を炭素1000個 当たり少なくとも0.1個有する請求の範囲第14項記載の組成物。 16. 該実質的に線状であるエチレンポリマーが長鎖分枝を炭素1000個 当たり少なくとも0.3個有する請求の範囲第15項記載の組成物。 17. 該均一に分枝しているエチレンポリマーがエチレンと少なく とも1種のα−オレフィンのインターポリマーである請求の範囲第6項記載の組 成物。 18. 該少なくとも1種のα−オレフィンが少なくとも1種のC3−C20α −オレフィンである請求の範囲第17項記載の組成物。 19. 該α−オレフィンがプロピレン、1−ブテン、1−イソブチレン、1 −ヘキセン、4−メチル−1−ペンテン、1−ペンテン、1−ヘプテンおよび1 −オクテンから成る群から選択される請求の範囲第18項記載の組成物。 20. 190℃における該補正または実際のGoettfert溶融体強度 が0.01から5cNの範囲である請求の範囲第1項記載の組成物。 21. 190℃における該補正または実際のGoettfert溶融体強度 値が0.05から2.7cNの範囲である請求の範囲第20項記載の組成物。 22. 190℃における該補正または実際のGoettfert溶融体強度 値が0.1から2cNの範囲である請求の範囲第21項記載の組成物。 23. ピンホールを含まない耐ピンホール性被覆もしくは積層基質を製造す る方法であって、 (a)少なくとも1種のオレフィンポリマーを含んでいてRheotens装置 を用いて測定した時に190℃で0.01センチニュートンから6.5センチニ ュートンの範囲の補正または実際のGoettfert溶融体強度値を示すとし て特徴づけられる押出し加工組成物を準備し、 (b)該組成物を基質に適用し、 (c)押出し加工された被膜または積層フィルムを有する基質を次に使用する目 的で集めるか或は押出し加工された被膜または積層フィルムを有する基質をさら なる処理を行う目的で移送する、 ことを含む方法。 24. 該適用段階(b)を (i)該組成物を押出し加工被膜として該基質の上に押出し加工するか、或は (ii)該組成物をフィルムに加工した後に該フィルムを該基質に積層させる、 のいずれかで達成する請求の範囲第23項記載の方法。 25. 該適用段階(b)を該組成物を該基質の上に直接押出し加工すること で達成する請求の範囲第24項記載の方法。 26. 押出し加工組成物を含んで成る耐ピンホール性被覆もしくは積層品で あって、該組成物が少なくとも1種のオレフィンポリマーを含んで成っていてR heotens装置を用いて測定した時に190℃で0.01センチニュートン から6.5センチニュートンの範囲の補正または実際のGoettfert溶熾 体強度値を示すとして特徴づけられる、耐ピンホール性被覆もしくは積層品。 27. 該品が該組成物のビカット軟化点よりも高い温度で熱処理または加工 した後にASTM D−1525に従って測定した時のピンホールの数が熱にさ らされた面積1cm2当たり0から1であるとして更に特徴づけられる請求の範 囲第26項記載の耐ピンホール性品。 28. 該品が本質的にピンホールを含まないとして更に特徴づけられる請求 の範囲第26項記載の耐ピンホール性品。
