Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 気液混合物から液体を分離するセパレータ(1)であって、両端に開放さ れた細長いパイプからなり、該パイプが、第1の部分(a)と、第2の部分(b )と、第3の部分(c)とに分けられ、前記第1の部分(a)が、混合物の入口 および出口と、混合物を回転させる部材(2)とを有し、前記第2の部分が、回 転している混合物の入口および出口と、混合物から分離された液体の排出用の出 口(3)とを有し、前記第3の部分が、残りの混合物の入口および出口を有する セパレータにおいて、 前記第2の部分(b)が、第4の部分(d)と、第5の部分(e)と、第6の 部分(f)とに分けられ、第4および第6の部分(d,f)が隙間のない壁から なり、第5の部分(e)が、円筒状の断面を有し、前記出口(3)が、第5の部 分(e)に配置されていることを特徴とするセパレータ。 2. 前記第2の部分(b)および第3の部分(c)が、一体的、かつ、直円筒 状に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載のセパレータ。 3. 前記第3の部分(c)は、該第3の部分(c)への入口が、完全に、また は、部分的に前記第5の部分(e)の下流に配置されるように、前記第2の部分 (b)の内部に部分的に挿入配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載のセ パレータ。 4. 前記第5の部分(e)との間に、環状の隙間(5)を形成するように、ケ ーシング(4)によって取り囲まれていることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項 3のいずれかに記載のセパレータ。 5. 複数のセパレータ(1)を含むグループが、ケーシング(4)によって取 り囲まれて配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4のいずれかに 記載のセパレータ。 6. 前記第3の部分(c)が、直円筒状、または、流れの方向に増加または減 少する断面を有する形状に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項 5のいずれかに記載のセパレータ。 7. 前記第3の部分(c)が、少なくとも1つのスクレーパリング(6)を有 することを特徴とする請求項1から請求項6のいずれかに記載のセパレータ。 8. 前記出口(3)の半径方向内方に、その下流端においてセパレータ(1) の内壁に隙間なく接続する任意の断面のパイプ状の分離部材(11)が配置され ていることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項7のいずれかに記載のセパレータ。 9. 前記分離部材が、流れの方向に拡大する断面積を有する錐台状に形成され ていることを特徴とする請求項8記載のセパレータ。 10. 前記出口(3)の下流に、セパレータ(1)の壁面から半径方向内方に 延びる内鍔状の分離部材(12)が配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1か ら請求項7のいずれかに記載のセパレータ。
