Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.患者の組織を通じて伝達される電磁エネルギーの波長に応答するデータを使 用して血液構成成分を計測するための方法であって, (a) 患者の心拍数の整数倍でないモーション及びノイズエネルギーが減衰される ように,データをフィルター化し,これにより,フィルター化データを生成する ,フィルター化工程, (b) 選択フィルター化データを,少なくとも一つの期待データ特性と比較する工 程, (c) 比較工程に基づいた各選択フィルター化データに,複数の可変重みのうちの 一つを割り当てる工程であって,これにより,複数の異なった重み付きフィルタ ー化データを生成し,可変重みは複数の異なったゼロでない数を含む,ところの 工程,および (d) 血液構成成分の予測に使用するための二倍フィルター化データを得るために ,複数の異なった重み付きフィルター化データを平均化する工程, を含む, ところの方法。 2.請求項1の方法であって, フィルターは,患者の心拍数により変化するフィルター応答により特徴付けら れる, ところの方法。 3.請求項1の方法であって, 患者の組織を通じて伝達される電磁エネルギーの複数の波長があり,フィルタ ー化工程および比較工程は,複数の波長のうちの一つのみに応答するデータに適 用され,割り当て工程および平均化工程は,複数の波長のうちの一つに適用され るフィルター化工程および比較工程に基づく複数の波長に応答するデータに適用 される, ところの方法。
