Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.超音波が透過性の物質の一個のハウジング(1)、 ハウジング(1)を通って伸びる液体通路(2)、 液体通路(2)を液流に接続するためのハウジング(1)上の入口および出口(2 a、2b)、 液体通路(2)の各々の側のハウジング上の超音波トランスデューサー手段(3 、4)(一つのトランスデューサーは送信器として、他方は受信器として配置され 、液体通路(2)は送信器と受信器の間の音伝播通路に位置し、それにより液流中 の不均質性が受信機により受信された発せられた超音波を基にして検出できる) を含み、 ハウジング(1)が二つの相対する凹所(6、7)を有し、一方は液体通路(2)の送 信器側であり、他方はその受信器側であり、この凹所は音伝播通路(9)および液 体通路(2)に垂直な方向で、実質的に液体通路(2)の各々の外端(8a、8b)ま で伸び、遮蔽により、一緒に、送信器と受信器の間に音伝播を導き、超音波伝播 が実質的に液体通路(2)を通って起こることを特徴とする、液流中の不均質性、 特にガス泡を検出する装置。 2.音伝播方向の凹所(6、7)が、各超音波トランスデューサー(3、4)から 液体通路(2)の近くまで伸びることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の装置。 3.ハウジング(1)が硬プラスチックからなることを特徴とする、請求項1ま たは2のいずれかに記載の装置。 4.凹所(6、7)が高音波インピーダンスの物質で満たされていることを特徴 とする、請求項1、2または3のいずれかに記載の装置。 5.請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の装置および駆動およびシグナル処理の ための電子回路を含むことを特徴とする、液流中の不均質性、特にガス泡の検出 用システム。 6.液体クロマトグラフィーにおける気泡の検出への、請求項1から4のいず れかに記載の装置または請求項5記載のシステムの使用。
