Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.下式(I) (式中、R1は1〜8個の炭素原子を有する枝無し又は枝分かれアルキル基であ り、好ましくはメチル、エチル、プロピル、ブチル又はペンチルである)で表さ れるアルキルヒドロキシメチルホスフィン酸のアルミニウム塩。 2.110℃〜250℃で加圧下、下式(II) (式中、R1は1〜8個の炭素原子を有する枝無し又は枝分かれアルキル基であ り、好ましくはメチル、エチル、プロピル又はペンチルである)で表される(A )亜ホスホン酸を、(B)水酸化アルミニウム、及び場合によっては(C)ホル ムアルデヒド、パラホルムアルデヒド及びトリオキサンから成る群より選択され る1種類以上の成分と反応させる工程を含む請求項1記載のアルキルヒドロキシ メチルホスフィン酸のアルミニウム塩を調製する方法。 3.該成分A,B及びCを、3:1:3の比で用いる請求項2記載の方法。 4.該反応を、130℃〜170℃で行う請求項2又は3記載の方法。 5.熱可塑性樹脂における難燃剤としての、請求項1記載のアルキルヒドロキ シメチルホスフィン酸のアルミニウム塩の使用。 6.ポリエステル、好ましくはポリ(ブチレンテレフタレート)における難燃 剤としての、請求項1記載のアルキルヒドロキシメチルホスフィン酸のアルミニ ウム塩の使用。 7.該ポリマーに対して、ホスフィン酸塩を、ポリマーの重量を基準として5 重量%〜30重量%加える請求項5又6は記載の使用。 8.ポリエステルの重縮合中にホスフィン酸塩を加える工程を含む、請求項1 記載のアルキルヒドロキシメチルホスフィン酸のアルミニウム塩を含む低易燃性 ポリエステルを製造する方法。 9.請求項1記載のアルキルヒドロキシメチルホスフィン酸のアルミニウム塩 を含む強化熱可塑性樹脂。 10.請求項1記載のアルキルヒドロキシメチルホスフィン酸のアルミニウム 塩を、ポリマーの重量を基準として5重量%〜30重量%含む強化ポリエステル 。
