収納ケースとそのホルダ
技術分野
この発明は、ＣＤ−ＲＯＭ（コンパクトディスクリードオンリーメモリ）、Ｃ
Ｄ（コンパクトディスク）、印刷物、カード等の薄板状の製品あるいは紙類を収
納する収納ケースに関する。
背景技術
近年のパーソナルコンピュータの普及に伴い、ＣＤ−ＲＯＭが用いられ、また
、音楽用としてのＣＤも普及している。これらは、パソコンショップやＣＤショ
ップ等の店頭で販売されたり、通信販売により販売されたり、いわゆる情報誌の
付録として情報誌を構成する紙の間に綴じ込まれたりする。このような場合、Ｃ
Ｄ−ＲＯＭおよびＣＤ等は、通常は収納ケースに収納されている。該収納ケース
は多種多様であるが、一般的なものとして図２７に示すように、ＣＤ−ＲＯＭお
よびＣＤ等の収納物Ａを収納する本体８１と、本体８１に対して開閉自在に固定
されるふた部８２で構成されるものがある。本体８１には、収納物Ａの形状に合
わせて凹凸を形成した係合部８３が形成されている。
また他の例としては、図２８に示されるように、通常紙製の収納面８４とふた
面８５とからなり、収納物Ａを収納する収納面８４は二枚重ねになっており、両
面８４，８５の中心線の折線８６に近接する一辺のみ挿入口８７として開口され
、残りの三辺は接着されて袋を形成しており、折線８６で折り畳まれる構成の収
納ケースがある。このような構成の収納ケースは、挿入口８７が収納面８４の上
面または折線８６に対向する一辺に設けられることもあり、さらに、ふた面８５
が収納面８４の表裏面を覆うように二面で形成され、収納面８４を含めて三つ折
りで構成されるものもある。
このように挿入口８７を有する袋状の構成の収納ケースは、ＣＤ等だけでなく
、あらゆる薄板状の製品の収納ケースとして用いられている。このような場合に
は、ビニル、プラスチックシート等で製造されるものもある。
さらに、付録として書籍に綴じ込むための収納物Ａの収納ケースとしては、図
２９に示されるように、収納物Ａを保護するための内ケース８８と、周囲が閉塞
されたプラスチック製の外ケース８９とを備え、外ケース８９の一面には、ミシ
ン目の開封用ライン９０が形成されている。さらに、開封用ライン９０が形成さ
れない外ケース８９の一面が、接着剤等によって書籍を構成する紙の所定箇所に
接着される。前記開封用ライン９０を切断すると、開封用ライン９０に沿って外
ケース８９の上方が開口されるので、この開口部から収納物Ａを取り出すことが

ところで、上述した構成の収納ケースは、以下に述べる問題点がある。
図２７に示す収納ケースの場合には、本体８１とふた部８２を別工程で製造し
て、両者８１，８２を組み立てているので、製造工程が多く、製造コストがかか
る。さらに、収納物Ａの厚みにかかわらず、収納ケース自体が一定の厚みを有し
ているため収納場所を取ってしまう。
図２８に示す収納ケースの場合には、それほど収納ケースの厚みはないもので
収納物Ａの厚みにほぼ等しくなるものの、収納面８４を作成するためには、所望
の箇所を折り畳んで糊代を接着する作業が、手間と時間を要するものであり生産
性が悪い。ビニル等で製造される場合には、所望の形状に型抜きし、さらに溶着
する作業が必要であり、製造工程が多くなってしまう。さらに、重ね合わせたほ
ぼ矩形状の二枚のシートの一辺のみ開口して挿入口８７としているため、挿入口
８７は大きく開口しないので、収納ケース内の収納物を取り出しにくい。
さらに図２９に示した書籍に綴じ込むための収納ケースは、外ケース８９に接
着剤等を付けて、さらに、書籍を構成する紙に貼り付けなければならないので、
手間と時間を要するものであった。
また、前記収納ケースは、それぞれ個別のものとして保管され、あるいは持ち
歩かれるが、それが複数個になると取扱いが不便であった。
したがって、本発明の目的は、上記従来のケースに比して機能、コスト、汎用
性等の観点から改善するものであって、上記問題点を解決するために、生産工程
を削減し、コストの低減を図り、かつ、収納スペースを少なくすることの可能な
収納ケースを提供するものである。また、書籍に綴じ込む場合には、容易に綴じ
込むことのできる収納ケースを提供する。さらに、これらの収納ケースは、販売
店等で収納スタンドの代わりとなる収納ケースとなり得るものであり、一部開封
された封筒の代わりとなるような、メモ類を簡単に取納可能なものになり得る。
さらには、本発明は腹数の収納ケースをまとめて収納できるホルダを提供するも
のである。
発明の開示
請求項１の発明では、収納ケースは、一枚の矩形状のシートの両端を収納物の
形状寸法に合わせて折り曲げて折り曲げ部を形成し、その自由端が互いに重なる
ようにして収納部を形成する折り曲げ片を設け、該折り曲げ片の一方に切込を形
成し、該切込は、前記収納物および前記切込を設けていない他方の折り曲げ片の
自由端が、挿入可能に凸状に形成されていることを特徴とする。
請求項２の発明では、前記切込で形成される係合片の切込の凸部が、前記折り
曲げ片の自由端側に向くように形成したことを特徴とする。
請求項３の発明では、前記切込を設けていない折り曲げ片の自由端の両端に突
起部を設け、さらに、該突起部と前記切込の終端が係合するように形成したこと
を特徴とする。
請求項４の発明では、収納ケースは、一枚の矩形状のシートの両端から、収納
物の寸法に合わせ、少なくとも４か所で折り曲げ、厚い収納物が入る底部と上部
を有する部屋を形成するように、その自由端が互いに重なるようにして折り曲げ
片を設け、前記折り曲げ片の一方に切込を設け、前記切込を設けていない他方の
折り曲げ片の自由端を、前記切込に挿入するように形成したことを特徴とする。
請求項５の発明では、収納ケースは、一枚のほぼ矩形状のシートの両端を収納
物の寸法に合わせて両側から折り曲げたときに、一方が他方に対して重なって収
納部を形成すると共に収納部からさらに外方に突出する部分を綴じ込み片とする
折り曲げ片を開口部とそれに連続する切断部としての切取片を介して設け、前記
重ねられる折り曲げ片に切込が、前記収納物に前記切込の終端が接触するように
形成され、さらに前記重なる折り曲げ片に、前記切込に一方の折り曲げ片を挿入
される開口部を設けたことを特徴とする。
請求項６の発明では、請求項１，２，３または５記載の発明において、前記折
り曲げ片は、係合面およびふた面で構成され、前記収納物の収納部は、前記折り
曲げ片および保持面から構成されることを特徴とする。
請求項７の発明では、収納ケースにおいて、折り曲げた部分の上下両端を係止
部に構成し、該係止部を係合保持する保持部材を設けた収納ケース用ホルダにそ
の係止部を引掛けられるようにしたことを特徴とする。
請求項８の発明では、収納ケース用ホルダ収納ケースホルダを提供する。

発明を実施するための最良の形態
本発明の一実施の形態例を添付図面に基づいて説明する。
まず、第１例として図１ないし図４に基づいて、本発明の収納ケース１の構成
を説明する。図１に示すように、収納ケース１は、ほぼ矩形状のプラスチックシ
ートであり、収納物Ａに合わせてプラスチックシートの短辺の両端が重なるよう
に折り曲げて、係合面２、保持面３およびふた面４を構成している（図４参照）
。ここで、プラスチックシートの折り曲げ部分を折線（折曲線）５ａ，５ｂとす
る。係合面２には、ほぼ凸状の切れ目からなる切込６が、図２および図３に示す
ように、Ｕ字状の底または凸部が係合面２の自由端２ａ側に向かうように形成さ
れている。
また、収納物Ａに合わせてプラスチックシートを折り曲げているので、プラス
チックシートの長手方向に沿った保持面３の長さＬは、収納物Ａの大きさに等し
い。
係合面２およびふた面４は、保持面３に重ね合わせるように折線５ａ，５ｂに
沿って折り畳まれ、収納物Ａを収納する収納部を形成している。このとき、係合
面２の上面にふた面４が重なり合うように折り畳まれており、さらに、切込６で
形成される係合片７（図２参照）の下面に、ふた面４の自由端４ａを挿入して収
納ケース１を閉塞させる。
このとき、ふた面４が係合面２に接触して重ねられるように、プラスチックシ
ート長手方向に沿ったふた面４の長さＬ’は、ふた面４および係合面２を折り畳
んだ状態で、切込６の端部６ａ，６ａに当接するように形成されている。さらに
収納部に収納物Ａを収納した状態で、端部６ａ，６ａは、収納物Ａが接触するよ
うに、切込６の長さを予め調節して形成されている。
上記Ｌ，Ｌ’の長さおよび係合面２の寸法は、収納物Ａの大きさによって自由
に決められ、また切込６の寸法も同様である。
収納ケース１に収納物Ａを収納する場合には、図３に示すように、ふた面４の
自由端４ａを係合片７から外して係合面２のみが保持面３側に折り畳まれた状態
にして、係合面２を保持面３に押しつけながら係合片７の下に、収納物Ａが端部
６ａ，６ａに当接するまで挿入する。このとき、係合面２の自由端２ａは、収納
物Ａの下方に位置する。
続いて、図４に示すように、収納ケース１を閉塞するために、ふた面４の自由
端４ａを係合辺７と収納物Ａの間に挿入する。
上述の収納ケース１に収納された収納物Ａは、折線５ｂの折れ部と、切込６の
端部６ａ，６ａの三点に支持されているので、収納ケース１の上下縁（図４の上
下方向）は開口しているにも関わらず収納物Ａが脱落することなく、さらに収納
ケースの長手方向（図４の左右方向）においては、保持面３の長さＬ及びふた面
４の長さＬ’並びに端部６ａ，６ａの位置を収容物Ａの寸法に合わせて形成した
ことにより、収容物Ａは、折線５ｂに沿った折れ部、端部６ａ，６ａに接し、係
合面２、保持面３およびふた面４によって支持される。
また、上記説明において、収納物Ａは円板状体（例えば、ＣＤ）としたが、本
発明を実施する場合には特にこれに限定されるものではなく、図５ないし図７に
示すように、本発明の収納ケース１は、収容物Ａが薄板状あるいは紙状のいわゆ
るシート状であれば、矩形および三角形等あらゆる形状のものを収容し得る。
このとき、収納ケース１は、収納物Ａを収納ケース１内に確実に収納するため
に、プラスチックシートを折り曲げることによって収納物Ａの寸法に合わせた係
合面２、保持面およびふた面４を形成し、さらに、係合面２に形成される切込６
の長さは、収納物Ａの寸法に合わせてその端部６ａ，６ａに当接させることは言
うまでもない。
次に、第２実施例の収納ケース２１の構成を図８および図９に基づいて説明す
る。収納ケース２１の構成は、上述の第１実施例のケース１とほぼ同様であり、
相違する箇所は切込２６の形状と、ふた面４の自由端２４ａに舌片２８，２８を
設けた点である。
さらに詳しくは、図８に示すように、切込２６は、係合面２に向かって湾曲す
る凸状に形成されており、ふた面４の自由端２４ａには、その両端から突出する
三角形状の舌片２８，２８が形成されている。係合面２およびふた面４を保持面
３側に折り畳んだ状態で、舌片２８，２８の外周とふた面４の自由端２４ａとの
交点と切込２６の端部２６ａ，２６ａが当接するように形成される。
上述のように収納ケース２１は、円弧状の切込２６および舌片２８，２８を備
える構成であるから、図９に示すように収納物Ａを収納してふた面４の自由端２
４ａを係合片２７の下部に挿入すると、下方向に押圧力がふた面４に加わり、か
つ舌片２８，２８と切込２６の端部２６ａ，２６ａが当接しているので自由端２
４ａは係合片２７から外れにくくなる。
このとき、舌片２８，２８の形状は特に三角形に限定されるものでなく、係合
面２およびふた面４を折り畳んだ状態で切込２６の端部２６ａ，２６ａに当接す
るように形成されればよく、例えば図１０に示すように、ほぼ矩形の舌片２８’
，２８’としてもよい。
つづいて、本発明の第１実施例の収納ケース１の使用例を図１および図１１に
基づいて説明する。図１に示すように、収納ケース１の切込は、凸状をなす底が
係合面２の自由端２ａに向かうように形成されており、ふた面４の自由端４ａは
直線状に形成されている。
収納物Ａがメモ等の紙片である場合に収納ケース１に収納するには、上述のよ
うに係合片７の下方に収納物Ａを挿入し、続いてふた面４の自由端４ａを係合面
７の下方に挿入してもよいが、図１１に示すように、収納物Ａを二つ折りにして
、その折り目が切込６に接触するように収納物Ａを位置させて、ふた面４の自由
端４ａを係合片７の下面に挿入して収納ケース１内に収納してもよい。このよう
な場合には、収納物Ａは切込６で係合されるため、収納物Ａが端部６ａ，６ａに
当接していなくても、収納ケース１内に確実に収納される。
また上述した第１実施例ないし第２実施例の収納ケース１，２１は、カレンダ
、メモ等の挿入物Ａを立てて保持するスタンドとしても使用可能である。スタン
ドとして使用する場合には、収納ケース１を例にとって図１２に基づいて説明す
ると、その構成は上述の説明と同一であり、相違箇所は、係合面２およびふた面
４が重ならないように、保持面３の裏面にそれぞれ位置するように折り畳むこと
である。このように折り畳むことによって、ふた面４の自由端４ａおよび折線５
ａを下方にして収納ケース１を立てることが可能となり、切込６に挿入物Ａを上
方から挿入すればスタンドとして使用できる。
上記第１実施例ないし第３実施例の収納ケース１，２１用の折込前のシートは
、プレス機によってポリエチレンシートを型押・切断して一工程で容易に製造し
得る。また、収納物の種類によっては紙であっても良く、同様の工程で製造可能
である。
続いて、本発明の第３実施例の収納ケース３１の構成を図１３および図１４に
基づいて説明する。収納ケース３１はホルダＨに保持される構成としているので
、まずホルダＨの構成を説明する。ホルダＨは、図１３に示すように、後述する
収納ケース３１より大きなほぼ矩形状の表紙１０１と裏表紙１０２、および背表
紙１０３とで構成され、背表紙１０３の内側には、その上下端に収納ケース３１
を保持するための保持部材１０４，１０４が設けられている。保持部材１０４は
、ホルダＨを上方視した図１６に示すように、ほぼＵ字状である。
このような構成のホルダＨに保持可能な第３実施例の収納ケース３１の構成は
、ホルダＨの保持部材１０４に係止可能な構成としたために、収納ケース１，２
１の折線５ｂ部分の構造が異なっている。これを例えば図８に示す収納ケース２
１において、一点鎖線Ｘで示す部分の構造を、図１３および図１４に基づいで説
明する。
ふた面４の上下辺、かつ、折線５ｂに隣接する位置に、凸部３２が突出するよ
うに、保持面３およびふた面４の上下辺それぞれに台形状の凹部３３を形成する
。図１４に示すふた面４を折線５ｂに沿って折り畳んだ状態において、それぞれ
当接する凹部３３は、その凹部３３を形成する輪郭がぴったり重なり合うように
している。
収納ケース３１は、上述のように折線５ｂ付近に凸部３２を形成している他は
、図８に示す収納ケース２１の構成と同一である。
収納ケース３１は、ポリエチレンシートで形成されているので凸部３２は湾曲
しやすく、また適度な可撓性と弾性を有する。ホルダＨに収納ケース３１を保持
させる場合には、図１７および図１８に示すように、凸部３２をホルダＨの保持
部材１０４に係止するべくその弾性を利用して挿入すればよく、取り外すには、
凸部３２を保持部材１０４から外せばよい。
このようにホルダＨに複数の収納ケース３１を保持させる構成にすると、多数
枚の収納ケースを保持できるので携帯しやすい。
つづいて、第４実施例として、比較的厚みのある収納物Ａを収納することも可
能な厚み幅を有する収納ケース４１を説明する。
図１９に示すように、収納ケース４１は、ほぼ矩形状の厚質ポリエチレンシー
トからなり、プラスチックシートの折り曲げ部分を折線５ａ，５ｂ，５ｃ，５ｄ
とする。その短辺の両端が重なるようにその折線に従って折り曲げると、係合面
４２、保持面４３およびふた面４４を構成し、さらに、係合面４２および保持面
４３の間に底面４４を確保し、保持面４３およびふた面４４の間に上面４５が形
成される。
係合面４２の自由端４２ａには、中央部に把手４７を設けている。把手４７は
、矩形と、該矩形より大きな半円形を連接した形状であり、半円形部分には係止
穴４８が穿設されている。係止穴４８は、収納ケース４１をフック等に掛けると
きに用いられる。さらに、係合面４２には、収納物Ａを挿入するための切込４９
が形成されている。切込４９は、プラスチックシートの長手方向に沿って所定間
隔をあけて形成される二本の平行線と、該平行線の折線５ｂ側の端部から、自由
端４２ａに向かって突出する円弧状の曲線を連接するように形成されている。そ
して、切込４９よりも自由端４２ａに近い係合面４２の上下辺には、ほぼ矩形状
に切欠かれた係合凹部６０が形成されている。
ふた面４４の自由端４４ａの両端には、第２実施例で説明した収納ケース２１
と同様に、ほぼ三角形状の突起部６１，６１が設けられている。突起部６１，６
１と自由端４４ａとの連接部分には、ほぼ円状に穿設された係止部６２，６２が
設けられている。
そして、保持面４３には、折線５ｃの中央部分に沿って延在し把手の半円形部
が通る長さを有する矩形穴ｈが設けられており、上面４６には、前記矩形穴ｈよ
りも小さい把手の矩形部を通す矩形穴ｉが、折線５ｃに沿って矩形穴ｈに連接し
て設けられており、両矩形穴ｈ，ｉは、把手係止部６３を形成している。
図２０に示すように、収納ケース４１の係合面４２を折線５ａ，５ｂに沿って
保持面４３側に折り畳むと、把手４７が保持面４３および上面４６に穿設されて
いる把手係止部６３に臨む。このとき、把手４７は、把手係止部６３を構成する
矩形ｈを挿通可能であり、一方、矩形穴ｈより小さい矩形穴ｉには挿通しない。
したがって、矩形穴ｈから把手４７を挿通させ、ふた面４４を折線５ｃ，５ｄ
に沿って、係合面４２側に折り畳み、図２１に示すように、ふた面４４の自由端
４４ａを切込４９に挿入すると、収納ケース４１は閉塞される。このとき、切込
４９の円弧状終端部に係止部６２が当接されると、自由端４４ａは切込４９に挿
入された状態を維持する。
把手係止部６３を即通した把手４７は、上面４６から突出している（図２１参
照）が、把手係止部６３の矩形部分ｉの幅より把手４７の半円形の幅が大きいの
でお互いに係合することにより、収納ケース４１は閉塞状態を維持することがで
きる。
収納ケース４１に収納物Ａを収納する場合には、図２２に示す係合面４２のみ
を折り畳んだ状態で、収納物Ａを切込４９に挿入すればよい。このとき、収納ケ
ース４１は厚質のポリエチレンシートで形成されているので適度な弾性力により
、収納物Ａは切込４９内に保持される。
つづいて収納物Ａを収納した収納ケース４１を閉塞する場合には、上述と同様
にふた面４４を折り畳んで自由端４４ａを切込４９に挿入すればよい。収納ケー
ス４１には、底面４５および上面４６を設けているので、収納物Ａが厚い場合お
よび薄い収納物Ａを複数枚重ねたものであっても収容することが可能である。
例えば薄い収納物Ａを複数枚重ねて収容するというような、比較的収納物Ａが
ばらつきやすい場合には、例えばゴム、ひも等を係合凹部６０に掛け渡して、収
納物Ａの自由端を抑えると、収納物Ａの保持が確実になる。
続いて、第５実施例として、書籍等の付録（例えば、ＣＤ−ＲＯＭ等）を収納
し、かつ書籍に綴じ込み可能な収納ケース７１の構成を図２３ないし図２６に基
づいて説明する。
収納ケース７１は、ほぼ矩形状のプラスチックシートからなり、収納物Ａに合
わせてプラスチックシートが折り曲げられる。このとき、折り曲げた部分の一方
をさらに突出又は延長させて、係合面２、保持面５およびふた面４を形成し、前
記ふた面４から突出した部分を綴じ込み片７２とする。係合面２、保持面５およ
びふた面４の構成は、第２例で説明しだ収納ケース２１と同一であり、ふた面４
の端辺４ａ’（自由端４ａに相当）に連接さている綴じ込み片７２を以下に説明
する。
綴じ込み片７２は以下のように形成されている。即ち、それはふた面４（実際
には、図１の自由端４ａに相当する端部４ａ’・図２３）から延長されており、
この端部４ａ’に沿い、ポリエチレンシートの幅方向の約中央で、綴じ込み片７
２上に矩形の開口部７２’を設け、その開口部７２’の長さは切込２６の端部間
距離Ｌ’’より短いものとなっている。
この開口部７２’からその幅で、ポリエチレンシート（ふた面）の上下辺に向
けてミシン目７３ａ，７３ｂをそれぞれつけ、更に開口部７２’から長さＬ’’
の両端部即ち切込の両端部に至るミシン目７３ａ，７３ｂの部分に切込を入れ、
その切り込みにはさまれる部分を掴み部７４’とし、ミシン目７３ａ，７３ｂに
はさまれた部分を切断部７４とする。
図２４において収納ケース７１は、折線５ａ，５ｂに沿って係合面２とふた面
４が折り畳まれる。このとき収納物Ａは、図２４に示すように切込２６に挿入さ
れ、つづいて切断部７４が係合片２７の下にしながらふた面４を折り畳むと、図
２５に示すように、綴じ込み片７２が外方に突出した状態となり、この綴じ込み
片７２は書籍と共に綴じられる（綴じ線を符号Ｆで示す）。ふた面４を折り畳ん
だ際に、ふた面４の端辺４ａ’は、掴み部７４’を係合片２７の上にして係合面
２の切込２６に挿入されるので、収納ケース７１は閉塞されている。そして収納
物Ａを取り出すことができない。
このように書籍に綴じられている収納ケース７１は、図２５に示す切断部７４
，７４を掴み部７４’を掴んで上方へ引き上げ切断除去すると、図２６に示すよ
