発明の分野
本発明は、軟質物品パックを再封止するため使用されるテープに関する。本発
明は、特に、保湿ティシュ等多量の軟質物品からなるパックに適用される。
発明の背景
積層物品、特に、化粧用、トイレット用、および清浄用に仕向けられる保湿テ
ィシュには種々の梱包解決策が存在する。簡単に言えば、下記の説明は、人の皮
膚用保湿ティシュ、特に、幼児の皮膚に重点をおくが、要は、本発明の広い適用
に関する上記見解に照らして理解すべきである。
典型的には、保湿ティシュは、使い捨てまたは再使用できるデイスペンサーま

タ等食品用フローパックに関する。フローパックは、その開放に鋏またはナイフ
の使用に頼らないよう設計された、開封ストリップ容易開放装置を備える縦フィ
ンを有する封止ラッパーよりなる。開封ストリップを利用することで、ラッパー
を２つの別個部分に完全に分離する。再封止の問題は扱われていない。
最近、環境面から、使い捨て問題の厳しさを減少するため替えパックと組合わ
さる再使用可能なデイスペンサーまたは容器を使用する傾向にある。さらにまた
、最近の消費者購買傾向として購買毎の多量の製品の購買回数が少なくなってい
ることが検討されている。そこで製造業者はこれに答えて単パックに収容される
別個物品数を増大して、比較的多量の製品を含むパックとしている。そのため、
替えパックのサイズの増大とあいまって替えパックの市場の需要は、高度の湿気
保持および湿気漏れ減少を保証するため保湿物品パックを完全に十分な方法で再
封止させる効果的な再封止機構の必要、外部周辺からの汚れレベルの最小化、お
よび特にテープの強靱性は事故防止の見地から幼児に損傷を与えないことによる
高度の使用者の満足感および使用者の自信をもたらす。
そこで、本発明は、パックの面の１つに設けて、物品が典型的に引き出される
パックの端部に自由アクセスできる少なくとも１つのテープを備えることによっ
て、また対向面の１つに付着するためテープの部分的剥離を可能とするように設
計される少なくとも１つのテープを備えることによって、上記の必要性に対する
簡単できわめて魅力ある解決法を提供できる。
発明の開示
本発明は、柔軟材よりなるパックに注目し、パックは一重ね以上の軟質物品を
包囲し、互いに対向する第１と第２面と、２つの端部とを備える。第１と第２面
のうち少なくとも１つは少なくとも１つのテープからなる。テープは、機能部分
と、掴み部分と、縦外縁と、横外縁とからなり、第１と第２面のうち一方に設け
られて、軟質物品重ねの少なくとも１つを除去するためパックの端部に自由にア
クセスでき、かつ重ねのうち少なくとも１つが除去された後、第１と第２対向面

も１つの脆弱線を備える。本発明の他の実施例において、テープそれ自身は軟弱
域を備える。

発明の詳細な説明
図１は、柔軟材１１よりなるパック１０を示し、一山１２以上の軟質物品１３
を包囲する。ここで用いる用語“柔軟”(pliable)とは、プラスチック材、箔、
薄紙またはラミネート等柔軟な材料を言う。この材料は、透明または不透明で、
アートワークよりなる。特に、図１は、パック１０が二山１２の保湿ティシュ１
３を含む本発明の好ましい実施例を示す。パック１０は長方形堆積を本質的に明
示する。パック１０は、互いに対向する第１面および第２面、すなわち、上面１
４および下面１５と、側面１６および対向側面１７と、２つの端部１８，１９と
からなる。端部１８，１９は、当業者にとって周知の手段により一体に封止され
る。パック１０はまた、典型的に上面１４または下面１５のいずれかに位置する

トワークよりなってよい。本発明の好ましい実施例において、テープ２０の大き
さは、幅が１ｃｍから５ｃｍで長さが５ｃｍから１０ｃｍの範囲である。テープ
２０の機能部分２１の厚みは、７０から１３０マイクロメートルの範囲である。
掴み部分２２は典型的に、長さが０．５から０．８ｃｍの範囲であるが、好まし
くは長さが０．７５ｃｍである。テープ２０はまた、美的目的でかつ掴みの容易
さのためエンボス加工される。
図１を参照すると、少なくとも１つのテープ２０は、第１または第２面１４，

９の１つは、一般に、パック１０の材料の靱性のために鋏やナイフ等鋭利な器具
の助けをかりて開放される。そこで、開放工程を簡単化し、かつ、収容されてい
る物品１３を損傷しないようにするため端部１８，１９の少なくとも１つは開口
２５に印をつける。開口２５の印は、線または破線である。それでもなお、パッ
ク１０を裂き開くこともでき、それで開口２５の印は、たとえば、刻み目、切れ
目、切り込み、ぎざぎざ、ノッチ、溝または穿孔等軟弱線で表し、従来の方法で
形成できる。液体および気体不浸透性シールをこのような開口２５の印の上にお

本発明の好ましい実施例において、テープ２０の機能部分２１の横外縁２４に
