Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.一対の対向する金型セクションからなる射出成形装置であって、前記金型セ クションの各々が剛性のハウジングと当該ハウジングに着脱可能に設けられた 半剛性の膜を含んで前記金型セクションの各々の内部に液密なチャンバを画定 し、前記金型セクションの各々の前記膜が金型表面を画定し、前記金型セクシ ョンの対向する金型表面が成形プレナムを画定し、第1の非圧縮性流体が前 記金型セクションの各々の前記チャンバ内に導入されてこれを充填しているこ とからなる、射出成形装置。 2.前記金型セクションの一方の膜がコンポジット材料から形成される、請求項 1の装置。 3.前記金型セクションの一方の膜が第1の材料から形成され、前記金型セクシ ョンの他方の膜が第2の材料から形成される、請求項1の装置。 4.前記金型セクションの一方のチャンバと流体的に連通する拡張チャンバと、 前記拡張チャンバを前記金型セクションの一方の前記チャンバから隔絶するた めの弁手段をさらに含む、請求項1の装置。 5.前記第1の流体が熱伝導性であり、さらに前記金型セクションの一方のチャ ンバ内に配置された前記第1の流体と熱伝導状態にあり、前記第1の流体の 温度を調節するための手段を含む、請求項1の装置。 6.前記温度調節手段が前記金型セクションの一方のチャンバ内に延びるコイル システムと、前記コイルシステムを介して温度調節された第2の流体による 制御を及ぼすよう前記コイルシステムに接続された温度制御ユニットを含む、 請求項5の装置。 7.一対の対向する金型セクションからなる射出成形装置であって、前記金型セ クションの各々が剛性のハウジングと当該ハウジングに着脱可能に設けられた 半剛性の膜を含んで前記金型セクションの各々の内部に液密なチャンバを画定 し、前記金型セクションの各々の前記膜が金型表面を画定し、前記金型セクシ ョンの対向する金型表面が成形プレナムを画定し、第1の非圧縮性流体が前 記金型セクションの各々の前記チャンバ内に導入されてこれを充填し、加圧さ れた樹脂を前記成形プレナム中へと注入する手段が設けられ、前記金型セクシ ョンの各々のチャンバの内部の前記第1の流体の温度を制御するための温度 制御手段が設けられていることからなる、射出成形装置。 8.前記金型セクションの一方の膜がコンポジット材料から形成される、請求項 7の装置。 9.前記金型セクションの一方の膜が第1の材料から形成され、前記金型セクシ ョンの他方の膜が第2の材料から形成される、請求項7の装置。 10.前記金型セクションの一方のチャンバと流体的に連通する拡張チャンバと、 前記拡張チャンバを前記金型セクションの一方の前記チャンバから隔絶するた めの弁手段をさらに含む、請求項7の装置。 11.前記第1の流体が熱伝導性であり、さらに前記金型セクションの一方のチ ャンバ内に配置された前記第1の流体と熱伝導状態にあり、前記第1の流体 の温度を調節するための手段を含む、請求項7の装置。 12.前記温度調節手段が前記金型セクションの一方のチャンバ内に延びるコイ ルシステムと、前記コイルシステムを介して温度調節された第2の流体を配 給するよう前記コイルシステムに接続された温度制御ユニットを含む、請求項 11の装置。 13.クローズドシステムの射出成形プロセスであって、並置され間隔を置いた 同じ拡がりの一対の半剛性表面を、成形すべき部材と同じ表面と前記間隔によ り規定される厚みで形成して空間となし、前記空間を閉じ、前記表面を前記閉 じた空間の外側から、前記表面に当接する流体で支持し、前記閉じた空間に対 して樹脂を射出成形し、前記表面及び空間へと加熱/冷却を前記流体を介して もたらし、前記形状の硬化した成形部材を生成することからなるプロセス。 14.前記表面が、対向するマッチドツール金型ハウジングチャンバの、並置さ れた内側の境界付けを行う閉じた壁として作用し、前記流体が前記チャンバ内 へと導入される、請求項13のプロセス。 15.前記半剛性表面が、それらの間で成形される部材の適切な寸法取りを確保 するように支持されると同時に、樹脂の注入に際して僅かな寸法的可撓性を許 容し、注入圧力の負荷を前記表面全体にわたって均一に分散させる、請求項14 のプロセス。 16.樹脂の注入に先立って前記チャンバの外側で熱膨張が行われ、当該熱膨張 から前記チャンバを隔絶することにより、樹脂の注入及び硬化に際しての熱膨 張が防止される、請求項15のプロセス。 17.表面を支持する前記流体の温度が成形に際して調節され、硬化時間及びそ の結果の成形の休止時間の如き、成形される部材の特性及びプロセスのパラメ ータにおける所望の変更が成形に際して達成される、請求項13のプロセス。 18.前記温度が前記流体の加熱/冷却により制御される、請求項17のプロセ ス。 19.前記表面がハウジングチャンバから着脱可能であり、また交換や同じ金型 ツールのハウジングチャンバ内で異なる形状の部材を成形するなどのために、 類似の若しくは異なる形状の境界壁表面によって交換可能である、請求項14 のプロセス。
