- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 入力(16)及び出力(34)を有する電気機械式トランスミッション(10)であっ て、 第1モータ/発電機(20)と; 第2モータ/発電機(22)と; プラネタリギア機構(30)と; モータ/発電機(20,22)の一方に連結されたプラネタリギア機構(30)の第1部 材(50)と; 出力(34)に選択的に連結されるプラネタリギア機構(30)の第2部材(56)と; 出力(34)に選択的に連結されるプラネタリギア機構(30)の第3部材(60)と; 入力(16)に連結されたプラネタリギア機構(30)の第4部材(64)と; モータ/発電機(20,22)の他方に連結され、出力(34)に選択的に連結されるプ ラネタリギア機構(30)の第5部材(70)と; を具備したことを特徴とする電気機械式トランスミッション(10)。 2. プラネタリギア機構(30)は、それそれサンギア(100S)と、プラネットギア を備えたキャリア(100C)と、リングギア(100R)とを有する第1、第2、第3プラ ネタリギアセット(100,102,104)を含 んでいる請求項1記載の電気機械式トランスミッション(10)。 3. 第2、第3及び第5部材(56,60,70)を出力(34)に連結するギア変更機構(3 2)を含んでいる請求項2記載の電気機械式トランスミッション(10)。 4. 第1部材(50)は第3プラネタリギアセット(104)のリングギア(104R)を含 んでおり、第2部材(56)は第1プラネタリギアセット(100)のキャリア(100C)と 第2プラネタリギアセット(102)のリングギア(102R)を含んでおり、第3部材(60 )は第1プラネタリギアセット(100)のリングギア(100R)と第2プラネタリギアセ ット(102)のキャリア(102C)と第3プラネタリギアセット(104)のサンギア(104S) を含んでおり、第4部材(64)は第1プラネタリギアセット(100)のキャリア(100C )を含んでおり、第5部材(70)は第1及び第2プラネタリギアセット(100,102)の サンギア(100S,102S)を含んでいる請求項2記載の電気機械式トランスミッショ ン(10)。 5. 第2部材(56)、第3部材(60)、第5部材(70)を出力(34)に選択的に連結す るギア変更機構(32)を含んでいる請求項4記載の電気機械式トランスミッション (10)。 6. 第1部材(50)は第2及び第3プラネタリギアセット(102,104)のリングギ ア(102R,104R)を含んでおり、第2部材(56)は第3プラネタリギアセット (104)のキャリア(104C)を含んでおり、第3部材(60)は第1プラネタリギアセッ ト(100)のリングキア(100R)と第2プラネタリギアセット(102)のキャリア(102C) と第3プラネタリギアセット(104)のサンギア(104S)を含んでおり、第4部材(64 )は第1プラネタリギアセット(100)のキャリア(100C)を含んでおり、第5部材(7 0)は第1及び第2プラネタリギアセット(100,102)のサンギア(100S,102S)を含ん でいる請求項2記載の電気機械式トランスミッション(10)。 7. 4つのギア比を達成するために選択的に係合されるクラッチ(130)を含ん でいる請求項6記載の電気機械式トランスミッション(10)。 8. 第1部材(50)は第3プラネタリギアセット(104)のリングギア(104R)を含 んでおり、第2部材(56)は第2及び第3プラネタリギアセット(102,104)のキャ リア(102C,104C)を含んでおり、第3部材(60)は第1及び第2プラネタリギアセ ット(100,102)のリングギア(100R,102R)を含んでおり、第4部材(64)は第1プラ ネタリギアセット(100)のキャリア(100C)を含んでおり、第5部材(70)は第1、 第2及び第3プラネタリギアセット(100,102,104)のサンキア(100S,102S,104S) を含んでいる請求項2記載の電気機械式トランスミッション(10)。 9. 第1部材(50)は第1プラネタリギアセット (100)のリングギア(100R)を含んでおり、第2部材(56)は第1プラネタリギアセ ット(100)のキャリア(100C)と第2及び第3プラネタリギアセット(102,104)のリ ングギア(102R,104R)を含んでおり、第3部材(60)は第3プラネタリギアセット( 104)のキャリア(104C)を含んでおり、第4部材(64)は第1プラネタリギアセット (100)のサンギア(100S)と第2プラネタリギアセット(102)のキャリア(102C)を含 んでおり、第5部材(70)は第2及び第3プラネタリギアセット(102,104)のサン ギア(102S,104S)を含んでいる請求項2記載の電気機械式トランスミッション(10 )。
