貯留部に導入し、 該供給筒内の食品を下降摺動し、目的計量値の一部不足
量を容積で計量し、 容積計量食品は下部開閉シャッターの開放により搬出コ
ンベヤ上に落下供給して、電子計りによって重量を計量
し、計量重量は目的計量値の一部不充実重量を計量し、 その信号を制御装置で演算して不足分の重量を容積量に
換算し、 該不足容積量を上記貯留部に設けた補填装置によって搬
出コンベヤに落下させて計量重量の不足分を補填する食
品計量盛付法。
