Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently provided a resistance to either a positive or a negative atmospheric pressure for an air inflated house by solving such a problem that a wind resistance is low, particularly, a shape cannot be held when the house receives a negative atmospheric pressure produced when a strong wind blows. SOLUTION: In this air inflated house formed by providing a tent covering the entire top surface part and four side surface parts of an arch-like expanding frame formed of an inflation air chamber, the tent comprises a large number of vent holes drilled in a left side surface part, a right side surface part, a front side surface part, and a rear side surface part at any positions. A bellows extending tube with a mesh bag connected at the tip thereof is connected to the vent ports on the inside o the tent. A flap covering each vent port is installed on the outside of the tent in the state that an opening in elevation angle direction is provided between the flap and the tent and in the shape of a shed roof.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, an inflatable house is constructed by assembling a plurality of arched vertical air columns which are to be inflated cylinders, and a plurality of horizontal air columns connected horizontally between the vertical air columns. It is generally well known that a tent having a mountain-shaped top surface, left and right side surfaces and front and rear surface portions is integrally attached so as to cover the entire skeleton, and the vertical air column is integrally formed on a ground sheet. Have been. The inflatable house is used in a wide range of fields because it can be easily transported and set up and can be easily folded and stored.

In a full landfill system at a waste landfill site, a roof is installed in the landfill to prevent an increase in the amount of leachate in the landfill. Is designed in the form of an expensive tent called a framed membrane structure in order to provide wind resistance against wind, and because the landfill is divided into many sections, the roof is formed to cover one section. Are designed to be able to move to the next adjacent section when the landfill section is full.

[0004] However, the former inflatable house (hereinafter referred to as "house") is not only rigid but not rigid in the arch-shaped skeleton supporting the awning, even if it is easy and convenient to transport, set up or fold and store it. Since the ground sheet laid on the ground is only anchored with an anchor, the basic strength of the house in the installed state is extremely weak. For this reason, the inflatable house has a low resistance to strong winds, and therefore may not be able to maintain the shape of the house under strong winds. In addition, there is a concern that the house may be blown off in the event of a gust of wind. Was.

[0005] The roof installed in the latter landfill site, even if it has wind resistance, is not only an extremely expensive facility, but also requires several days to move to an adjacent section. Must. Therefore, the use of an inflatable house that expands and expands when filled with air is being studied.
As described above, this air-inflatable house has an extremely poor resistance to strong winds, and is considered to be unsuitable for use in places where strong winds are constantly blowing, such as landfills. .

As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the flap 12 is formed into a U-shaped trapezoidal frame 15 in which the lower side of a trapezoidal sheet 14 cut from a hermetic cloth into right and left sides symmetrically at a predetermined angle and cut into a U shape. The flap 12 is attached to the awning 4 at a position covering the ventilation holes 10 with the upper side and the left and right sides of the trapezoidal sheet 14 at a position covering the ventilation holes 10. Attachment margins 16 at both ends of the shape retaining frame 15 are attached to the awning 4 to form an opening 17 opening between the awning 4 and the shape retaining frame 16 in the depression angle direction as shown in FIGS. The trapezoidal sheet 14 is installed so as to exhibit a one-sided ridge shape by the inclined sides on the left and right sides, and is formed by attaching a mesh cloth 18 to the surface of the opening 17 surrounded by the shape retaining frame 15 and the awning 4. So that each vent 10 is covered from the outer surface of the tent 4 Install. The shape retaining frame 15
Is formed of a foam of rubber or synthetic resin, is folded together when the house H is housed, recovers the U-shape at the time of molding together with the expansion of the house H, and forms the awning 4 and the shape-retaining frame 15 together. It is preferable to form the opening portion 17 that opens in the depression angle direction by itself and surely, and to form the one-way ridge-like flap 12 with the trapezoidal sheet 14. In FIG. 4, reference numerals 19, 20, 21 and 22 indicate an adhesive layer or a welding layer.

The telescopic cylinder 11 provided on the indoor side prevents the house H from being folded and stored.
Numeral 1 acts to reduce the flow rate by extending in a straight shape. Also,
When the opening 17 receives a negative pressure that often occurs when the opening 17 is blown up by the wind, since the telescopic cylinder 11 is always kept at a predetermined diameter, the outdoor air is introduced into the room from the other opening 17. In the air inflatable house having the shape and structure shown in FIG. 1, both the case where the vent and the telescopic tube of the present invention are not provided and the case where the vent and the telescopic tube are provided are used to control the wind speed. As a result of testing the anti-wind drag in a strong wind of about 15 m / sec, the former was unable to maintain its shape due to the wind, whereas the latter was relatively stable and worked in the house. The deformation of the shape was not so great as to cause trouble.

The air inflatable house of the present invention having the above-described structure is provided with a large number of vents on the front, rear, left and right sides of the tent, and these vents are provided with rubber or synthetic resin on the outdoor side. A flap that opens with a shape-retaining frame made of foam is provided, and a bellows-type telescopic cylinder is provided on the indoor side. From then on, it is taken into a mesh cloth bag and always into a telescopic cylinder that keeps a predetermined diameter and discharged outside the room. Moreover, since each ventilation port performs an independent suction and exhaust function here, complicated when strong wind blows It has excellent wind resistance against a smooth air flow. Further, transportation, installation, and movement can be easily performed. Therefore, there is an effect that the utility value is large as a temporary house in an area where the wind blows, and the utility value is particularly large as a cover for a disposal site by burying waste.
