Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fitting structure of a channel member for quickly and surely conducting work for roofing material on a flat roof, a waterproof material layer of which is deteriorated by aging, through the channel member. SOLUTION: This fitting structure is provided with a metal bracket A mounted on a foundation bed C by a stud bolt E planted in the foundation bed C of an existing concrete flat roof or a wall body for supporting the channel material B in an engagement state, and the bracket is provided with a channel receiving part 1 formed by bending an upward U-shaped metal strip and having a bolt hole 3 at the bottom 1a thereof, and a square tube-like leg part 2 integrally connected to the lower side of the part 1. The channel member B fitted in the channel receiving part 1 is fixed to the channel receiving part 1 by welding. The bracket A is made by bending a sheet of metal cut to a designate shape.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a waterproofing layer constructed on the upper surface of a concrete roof, for example, when the waterproofing layer deteriorates over time, instead of replacing the waterproofing layer with a new waterproofing layer, a durable sheet such as a corrugated sheet is provided on the upper surface. The present invention relates to a mounting structure for fixing a channel material serving as a mounting base of a roofing material on a flat roof or the like when a construction method of layering roofing materials having excellent properties is adopted.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, in order to repair a roof with an aged waterproofing layer, a method of removing a waterproofing layer such as a damaged waterproofing sheet and replacing it with a new waterproofing sheet has been generally adopted. Came. In such a case, a method has been adopted in which the trouble of peeling the old tarpaulin is omitted and a new tarpaulin is laminated thereon. However, the durability of the conventional waterproofing construction layer is considerably shorter than the life of the building, and the repair work has to be repeated quite frequently. In addition, when a new waterproof sheet is provided on an old waterproof sheet, there is also a problem that both are hardly compatible.

On the other hand, when an old slate roof, such as a factory or a warehouse, is damaged, there is no need to remove the old roof material, and a new roofing material such as a corrugated metal sheet is laid on top of that. It has often been adopted.

[0004] Therefore, even for a concrete roof, the aged waterproofing material layer is left as it is,
If roofing materials with excellent durability are laid in the same manner as in the case of the above-mentioned factory or the like, the number of times of repair of the flat roof can be greatly reduced. Alternatively, in the case of a newly-built building, it is conceivable to use the above-mentioned method of laying roofing materials in place of the conventional waterproof construction as a rain-floating method for a flat roof.

[0005] However, a concrete roof has a thickness that is incomparable to that of a roofing material such as a slate, so that it is very confusing to fix the roofing material. However, it is conceivable to use concrete nails or special stud bolts for embedding in existing concrete structures. However, considering the invasion of typhoons and the like, existing concrete nails and stud bolts have extremely insufficient pull-out strength.

However, according to the above-mentioned prior art method, as shown in FIG. 6, a bolt E, a nut 17, and a retainer are provided on the top surface of a channel material B serving as a mounting base for a roofing material. The metal fitting 16 is in a protruding state. Therefore, as can be understood from FIG. 4 as an embodiment of the present invention, these protrusions hinder the work of mounting the roof mounting member (tight frame) F on the upper surface of the channel member B. become.

The top surface of the flat roof is flat as a whole, but has some irregularities when viewed locally.
On the other hand, the above-mentioned prior invention does not provide sufficient measures for easily mounting the channel material B horizontally. Furthermore, if rain falls during the roofing work, measures to prevent water leakage from the bolt holes will be a major problem, since the location is the roof of an existing building.

After that, the method of roofing the roofing material D on the group of channel materials B is not so different from the known conventional method. That is, first, as shown in FIG. 4, the tight frame F of the roofing material D is fixed by welding over the entire length of the upper surface of each channel material B.

At the time of this mounting operation, unlike the conventional method shown in FIG. 6, no obstructive protrusions such as the stud bolt E and the holding member 16 are present on the upper surface of the channel material B (see FIG. 6). (See FIG. 5). Therefore, the mounting operation of the support fitting F can be performed accurately, quickly, and easily.

After the mounting of the support fitting F, as shown in FIG. 4, a roofing material D is put thereon, and the roofing material D is fixed to the roofing material D by bolts 5 and nuts 6 protruding from each mountain of the support fitting. Then, the roofing work is completed if the respective mountain parts of the support fitting F are firmly joined to each other.

Even if it rains during the installation work of the channel material B and the roofing material D, even if it rains, the bolt hole c drilled in the flat roof C will have the receiving groove 1 of the metal fitting A and the rectangular cylindrical shape. Since it is surrounded by the legs 2, there is no risk of water leaking into the attic. In order to surely eliminate the risk of water leakage, a caulking material (not shown) may be applied to the place where there is a possibility of the leakage.

As is apparent from the above description, according to the structure for mounting a channel material on a flat roof or the like according to the present invention, practically excellent effects as listed below can be obtained. (A) On the upper surface of the channel material, which is the mounting base of the roofing material, unlike the conventional technology,
Nuts and fittings do not protrude and are completely flat.
(B) Therefore, the work of attaching the tight frame to the upper surface of the channel material can be performed quickly and accurately. (C) Before welding, the channel material can move up and down inside the receiving groove, so even if there are local irregularities on the top surface of the flat roof,
It can easily be mounted horizontally on this flat roof. (D) Since the bolt holes provided on the flat roof are surrounded by the receiving groove of the bracket and the rectangular tube-shaped legs, even if there is rainfall during construction, rain can be reduced by using the caulking material together. Don't worry. (E) The metal fitting can be efficiently mass-produced from one metal plate.
