The conventional tape winding device 50 shown in FIG. 5 can normally wind the tape 3 around the outer periphery of the wire w when the wire w has a circular or nearly circular cross-sectional shape. Can be done. However, when the metal tape winding layer (outer conductor) 31 of the high-speed differential transmission cable C in which the four wires H, L, Dh, and Dl are linearly arranged in a line as shown in FIG. The wires H, L, Dh, and Dl, particularly the external wires Dh and Dl, are pushed by the tension of the tape 3 in the winding direction of the tape 3, and the external wires are inserted into the gaps between the internal wires H and L as shown in FIG. There is a problem that Dh and Dl tend to drop. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION It is an object of the present invention to provide a tape winding device capable of stably winding a tape around its outer circumference in a state where a plurality of wires are arranged in a line in a parallel and linear manner.

According to a first aspect of the present invention, there is provided a wire supply means for continuously supplying wires by arranging a plurality of wires in parallel, and a plurality of wires for running in parallel. A tape winding device having a tape winding means for continuously winding the tape around the plurality of wires while rotating the tape around the wires.
There is provided a tape winding device provided with a group of wire passage pipes or supply dies for forming wire passage holes for supplying a plurality of wires one by one. In the tape winding device according to the first aspect, since each of the plurality of wires is positioned by passing through the wire passage hole, the wire is pushed by the tape tension in the direction in which the tape is wound. However, each wire does not deviate greatly. Therefore, it is possible to stably wind the tape around the outer periphery of the plurality of wires while maintaining the plurality of wires in a desired arrangement (for example, in a state of being linearly arranged in a line). In addition, it is preferable that the arrangement of the wire passage holes is appropriately offset in a direction opposite to a winding direction of the tape in consideration of a force received from the tape. Further, the wire passage hole has an advantage that the wire can be easily hooked in a tape winding preparation stage.

According to a second aspect of the present invention, in the tape winding device having the above-described structure, a grooved feed pulley for separating a plurality of wires and supplying the separated wires to the wire passage holes is provided. A tape winding device. In the tape winding device according to the second aspect, since the wire is separated by the grooved supply pulley and supplied to the respective wire passage holes, the wire is entangled, the tension becomes unstable, and the winding of the tape is disturbed. Can be prevented.

According to a third aspect of the present invention, in the tape winding device having the above-described structure, a tape is wound around the wire by covering a plurality of wires running parallel to each other and passing a tape through a slit. A tape winding device comprising: a skein; and a guide tube which rotates around the wire so that the slit rotates around the wire together with the tape circling around the wire. In the tape winding device according to the third aspect, since the tape is wound around the wire while the slit of the guide tube regulates the tape winding position, the tape is always stably wound at the same running position of the wire, and the winding of the tape is disturbed. Can be prevented from occurring.

According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, there is provided a tape winding device having the above structure, wherein a cable formed by winding a tape around a wire is straightened between two pulleys to correct the cable shape. A tape winding device provided with a pulley is provided. In the tape winding device according to the fourth aspect, since the cable is formed by the straightening two-step flat groove pulley, the residual stress is eliminated, and the shape stability can be improved.

According to the above-described tape winding device 10, the following effects can be obtained. (1) The wire rod passing pipe 12 is composed of wire rods Dh, H, L, Dl.
Prevents the tension of the wire rod from becoming entangled and disturbing the tape-shaped bear. In addition, it is easy to wire in a tape winding preparation stage. Furthermore, the arrangement of the wire passage pipes 12 having the offset angle θ, that is, the arrangement of the wire passage holes, prevents the wires, particularly the external wires Dh and Dl, from being pushed out in the tape winding direction by the tension of the tape 3 and the arrangement of the wires from being broken. I do. (2) The grooved supply pulley 19 is effective for separating the wires Dh, H, L, Dl supplied from a supply device (not shown) one by one and supplying them in parallel without being entangled with each other. work. (3) Guide tube 16 having slit 18 and guide pulley 1
7, the tape running position is regulated, so that the tape is always wound at the same running position of the wires Dh, H, L, Dl, thereby preventing winding disorder. (4) The two-stage flat groove pulley for correction 15 more stably forms the shape of the high-speed differential transmission cable C immediately after taping. Note that a flat groove pulley is preferably used as a pass line pulley including a capstan and an accumulator so as not to lose the shape of the high-speed differential transmission cable C. (5) By the above (1) to (4), the high-speed differential transmission cable C shown in FIG. 4 can be manufactured stably.
