挾持体の下面で放射させて、前記嵌合突部の平滑な上面
に磁束を作用させることにより、前記可動挾持体をその
下面で前記嵌合突部の上面に吸着状態とし、これにより
該可動挾持体をベースに固定させるオン状態と、前記永
久磁石の発生磁束を内部で閉ループにして前記嵌合突部
の上面に磁束を作用させず、これにより前記吸着状態を
開放するオフ状態の切り換えを行う如く構成し、 前記固定挾持体との間でワークを挾んだ状態にある前記
可動挾持体が、前記切替手段のオン状態によって、ベー
