2. Description of the Related Art In a house or the like in which a roof plate is roofed on rafters arranged at predetermined intervals on a purlin, it is mounted so as to cover an opening formed in a roof ridge, and rainwater is provided. Ventilation ridges that have a substantially mountain shape that prevent natural infiltration while preventing intrusion have been widely used in the past due to the situation where lightweight flat slate materials are becoming the mainstream of roofing materials instead of Japanese and Western tiles. A structure with a simple structure has been proposed. For example, JP-A-62-197556, JP-A-62-71210, and JP-A-62-197556
In 2-137946, etc., the ridge opening is covered with a sewage drain board with perforated lower ventilation holes, and further covered with a perforated drain board with upper ventilation holes interposed with spacers. A ventilation building is disclosed in which a ventilation flow path is formed from a lower ventilation hole to an upper ventilation hole.

In Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. Hei 9-78782, a ventilation ridge covered with a mountain-shaped ridge plate is provided on a hollow body provided so as to straddle the ridge opening instead of the sewage drain plate. Proposed. In this specification, the ridge center side edge of the hollow body is folded back to the eaves side to form a drain, and the drain is arranged with a gap below a louver-shaped through hole formed in the ridge plate. A second embodiment discloses a ventilation building that guides rainwater blown from a louver-shaped through hole to an eave-side drain port.

However, in any of the above ventilation buildings, measures against rainwater blown from the edge of the water drainage plate or the ridge plate due to strong wind or the like have not been sufficient. Moreover, in the latter ventilation building, there was a drawback that the ventilation amount was sacrificed by arranging the drainage near the lower part of the louver-shaped through hole.

According to the present invention, there is provided a ridge plate member provided with a plurality of louver-shaped ventilation openings which are substantially mountain-shaped and open in parallel to the valleys on the left and right inclined planes at predetermined intervals in the longitudinal direction. It consists of two drainers fixed via spacers at approximately symmetrical positions across the roof ridge opening with respect to the left and right inclined surfaces behind the ridge plate member, and covers the roof ridge opening while covering the roof ridge opening. In a conventional ventilation building that enables natural ventilation of a space, the draining member is formed as an inclined surface along a roof plate, a bottom plate having a waterproof packing on the back surface, and a front plate that is erected from an upper edge of the bottom plate. A wall, an upper plate folded in a valley direction from the upper end of the front wall along the back of the ridge plate member, a drainer inclined further downward than the upper plate, and a valley side direction with respect to a lower edge of the drainer. It is composed of a water stop guard standing upright from the bottom plate while ensuring a gap. At the corners of the front wall and the upper plate, a plurality of ventilation holes are formed in the longitudinal direction, while a drainage hole is drilled at the base of the water stop guard, and the drilling position of the drainage hole is changed. The intended problem was solved by preventing the louvered member from being aligned with the louver-shaped ventilation opening in the ridge plate member.

[0007] That is, the reason why water leaks into the back of a hut from a ventilation building that should have been provided with a waterproofing measure against rainwater is that rainwater flows backward from a ventilation port of a ridge plate member due to strong wind or heavy rain. However, in the present invention, a water stop guard not seen in the conventional ventilation ridge is additionally arranged in the drainage member, and further, a drainage guide hole at the base of the water stop guard is provided with a louver-shaped ventilation opening in the ridge plate member. The gap between the ventilation opening of the ridge plate member and the valley-side lower end of the ridge plate member called a goby portion and the drainage member valley-side lower end by being provided between the ventilation opening and the ventilation opening shifted from the drilling position. This prevented rainwater from flowing back.

In addition, as a result of preventing rainwater from flowing back from the ventilation holes and the goby portions of the ridge plate member, it is possible to make more ventilation holes than conventional products. In addition, the ventilation holes at the corners of the drain wall front wall and the upper plate are made large, so that the ventilation rate can be secured more than conventional products.

As shown in FIG. 3, a plurality of ventilation holes 26 are formed in the corners of the front wall 22 and the upper plate 23 of the drainer 2 in the longitudinal direction. On the other hand, a total of eight drainage guide holes 51A to 51H are formed in the base of the water stop guard 5. The positions of the drainage holes 51A to 51H are set so as not to match the positions of the ventilation holes 14A to 14E in the ridge plate member 1 described above. That is, the drainage hole 51 in the water stop guard 5 is indispensable as a drainage means in case rainwater flows back near the front wall 22 of the draining member 2 beyond the water stop guard 5, but the drainage hole 51 is necessary. Depending on the drilling position of 51, the significance of erection of the water stop guard 5 is impaired, so the drainage holes 51A to 51H are alternately drilled with the ventilation holes 14A to 14E.

At the center of the ridge plate member 1 (between the two draining members 2 and 2), a dew condensation preventing sheet 6 called a peff is adhered. In particular, when the outside air is cooled during the winter night, the temperature difference between the front and back of the ridge plate member 1 increases, and dew condensation occurs on the back surface of the ridge plate member 1. This is because it is necessary to prevent the water vapor from falling.
