また、電子供与体としては、例えば1−メトキシ−5−メチルフェナジニウムメチルサルフェート(同仁化学研究所社製、1-methoxy PMS)等を使用することができる。これらは、使用終濃度が0.001〜0.02mM、特に0.002〜0.005mMとなるように用いるのが好ましい。
