When the resin product 1 is a resin plate, a lame material 2 having a side size of 0.5 mm or less is provided in the resin plate.
Are arranged in large numbers. The glitter material 2 is usually formed of flakes (small pieces) of an ultra-thin metal film, and the thickness of the glitter material is, for example, about 5 to 20 μm. As a material of the laminating material, it is preferable to use a metal material such as an aluminum foil.In addition, a material in which a metal vapor-deposited film is formed on the surface of a resin film such as a polyester film is crushed. It can also be formed.

That is, by arranging the lame material 2 under the above conditions in the resin product 1 under the above conditions, the effects aimed at by the present invention are achieved. Here, considering the arrangement condition of the lame material 2 with respect to the resin product 1, the surface area of the resin product per square cm
Per hit, if the lame material is less than 200 pieces,
The reflected light of the completed lame resin product is insufficient, and the intended effect cannot be achieved.

If the lame material exceeds 5,000 pieces per square cm of the surface area of the resin product 1, the entire surface of the completed resin product becomes a reflection surface with no accent and insufficient depth, resulting in a visual problem. It turned out that the degree of public appeal was weakened.

Further, it is difficult to produce the lame material 2 described in the present invention having a size smaller than the above-mentioned conditions unless special equipment is used for the production. On the other hand, a lame material having a size larger than the above conditions can be manufactured with ordinary equipment, but if such a lame material is arranged in a resin product, the appearance of the resin product is impaired. Furthermore, since the entire surface only shines on average, it is difficult to obtain a mysterious reflected light with an accent.

According to this embodiment, light from the surface side of the resin product is directly applied to the glitter material 2 in the resin product 1, and the irradiated light is reflected (at that time, the glitter material has various angles). The direction of the reflected light also goes to various angles due to the arrangement in the, creating a fantastic situation)
Is once reflected by the reflecting mirror surface 3a of the back film 3,
The reflected light illuminates a part of the many lame materials from the back surface, and secondary reflected light is generated by the lame materials.
As for the secondary reflected light, the direction of the reflected light also goes to various angles due to the relation that the lame material is arranged at various angles similarly to the above, so that a fantastic situation is created.

In this resin molded product, a transparent or translucent polyester resin film is located on the surface side, a spray coating containing a lame material is located on the inner surface side, and an adhesive layer is located on the inner side. Since the spray coating and the adhesive layer are always protected by the film, the stability of the product is remarkably improved. Here, the size, mixing conditions, and the like of the glitter material in the sprayed coating film are the same as those described in the above embodiment.
