At this time, the elastic projection 41 is bent by the slit 43 so as to form substantially the same plane as the band plate, and returns to a state where the elastic projection 41 has been cut and raised with the elastic projection 41 passing through the slit 43. As a result, the spring 40 is held by the projection 42, and the other bent portion is fixed in a state of being bent radially inward at the insertion opening of the pipe fan main body 4 as shown in the figure. Since such springs 40 are provided at three equally divided positions in the circumferential direction of the flange portion 12a, the pipe fan main body 4 can be held by these three springs 40.

Here, a fixing bracket 60 is fixed to an end surface of the electric motor fixing leg 36 of the pipe fan main body 4 by a fixing screw 61. The fixing metal fitting 60 has a radially outer end portion cut out, and both side portions are bent at right angles to the insertion direction of the pipe fan main body 4 to form a cut and bent portion 62, and a central portion is a flange portion 9a (FIG. 9). reference)
The bent portion 63 is formed by being bent at a right angle in the direction of. One end of the spring 65 is bent into a crank shape, a holding hole 66 is formed at the end, and a cut-and-raised portion 67 is formed in the middle thereof. The holding hole 66 of the spring 65 allows the cut-and-bent portion 63 to pass therethrough. In this state, a stop ring 69 is provided to wind the inside of the cut-and-bend portion 62 and the inside of the cut-and-raised portion 67. The retaining ring 69 is formed by bending a wire into a square shape. The retaining ring 69 is hooked on the bent portion 62 and the raised portion 67 with the spring 65 standing upright in the drawing, and then the spring 65 is folded down as shown. This enables a device using a toggle mechanism. Thus, the spring 65 can be attached and detached without using a tool.
