係合孔が設けられ、施錠機構を介して作動する係合部材
が該係合孔に係合しており、該係合孔は前記係合部材が
上下方向に所定量移動可能な形状であり、少なくとも前
記係止位置から通常位置への移動に際し、前記係合部材
の前記係合孔内での上下方向の相対移動に対して抵抗力
を付与する付勢手段を具備することを特徴とする安全係
