【特許請求の範囲】
【請求項1】 下記(A)又は(B)に示すタンパク質。
(A)配列表の配列番号2に記載のアミノ酸配列を有するタンパク質。
(B)配列表の配列番号2に記載のアミノ酸配列において、1若しくは数個のアミノ酸の置換、欠失、挿入、付加、又は逆位を含むアミノ酸配列からなり、かつ、ホスホセリンホスファターゼ活性を有するタンパク質。
【請求項2】 下記(A)又は(B)に示すタンパク質をコードするDNA。
(A)配列表の配列番号2に記載のアミノ酸配列を有するタンパク質。
(B)配列表の配列番号2に記載のアミノ酸配列において、1若しくは数個のアミノ酸の置換、欠失、挿入、付加、又は逆位を含むアミノ酸配列からなり、かつ、ホスホセリンホスファターゼ活性を有するタンパク質。
【請求項3】 配列表の配列番号2に記載のアミノ酸配列を有するタンパク質をコードするDNAとストリンジェントな条件でハイブリダイズし、かつ、ホスホセリンホスファターゼ活性を有するタンパク質をコードするDNA。
【請求項4】 前記ストリンジェントな条件が、1×SSC及び0.1%SDSに相当する塩濃度で60℃で洗浄が行われる条件である請求項3記載のDNA。
【請求項5】 下記(a)又は(b)に示すDNAである請求項2記載のDNA。
(a)配列表の配列番号1に記載の塩基配列のうち、塩基番号210〜1547からなる塩基配列を含むDNA。
(b)配列表の配列番号1に記載の塩基配列のうち、塩基番号210〜1547からなる塩基配列又はその一部を有するプローブとストリンジェントな条件下でハイブリダイズし、かつ、ホスホセリンホスファターゼ活性を有するタンパク質をコードするDNA。
【請求項6】 前記ストリンジェントな条件が、1×SSC及び0.1%SDSに相当する塩濃度で60℃で洗浄が行われる条件である請求項5記載のDNA。
【請求項7】 請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のDNAを含むベクター。
【請求項8】 請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のDNAによってコードされるホスホセリンホスファターゼの活性が上昇した細菌。
【請求項9】 請求項8記載の細菌を培地に培養し、該培地中にL−セリンを生成蓄積させ、該培地からL−セリンを採取することを特徴とするL−セリンの製造法。
