BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to an in-pipe water extraction device for extracting accumulated water in a pipe or the like buried underground.
More specifically, a water extraction head equipped with a camera for photographing the inside of the tube, an illuminating light for illuminating the photographing location, and a suction unit for sucking water in the tube is provided at the distal end side of a flexible water extraction hose. Transmitting the image data taken by the camera to the outside of the tube via a flexible camera cable connected to the camera, observing the inside of the tube from outside the tube based on the transmitted captured image, The present invention relates to an in-pipe water extraction device configured to suction water in a pipe by a suction unit and discharge the sucked water in the pipe to the outside of the pipe through the water extraction hose.

2. Description of the Related Art As shown in FIG. 3, an in-pipe water extracting device C for extracting water W stored in an existing pipe A such as a pipe buried underground is provided with a camera 1 for in-pipe photographing, Illumination lamp for illuminating the shooting location, and suction unit 3 for sucking water W in the pipe
Is provided on the distal end side of a water extraction hose 5 having flexibility. Then, the water extraction head 4 is inserted into the existing pipe A, and the inside of the pipe A is observed from the ground based on a photographed image of the camera 1 transmitted to the monitor 7 on the ground via the camera cable 6. While moving inside, the water W accumulated in the pipe A is searched, the suction part 3 is inserted into the water W, and the water W is driven by the pump P attached to the rear end side of the extraction hose 5. Thereby, it is configured to be able to be discharged out of the pipe A through the water extraction hose 5. Therefore, when the water extraction head 4 is inserted into the pipe A, the water extraction hose 5 is also drawn into the pipe A together with the water extraction head 4. However, it is difficult to predict where the accumulated water is located, and it is also difficult to completely understand the arrangement of the existing pipes. It is difficult to completely determine in advance whether or not it is necessary to be inserted into the inside. For this reason, conventionally, the water extraction hose 5 is provided with one kind of sufficient water so that the water extraction head 4 can be inserted deep inside the existing pipe A and the water W accumulated in the pipe A can be discharged out of the pipe A through the water extraction hose 5. The length is set to a certain length, and the water W can be discharged from the rear end side by driving the pump P.

However, according to the above-mentioned in-pipe water extraction device, if the place where water is to be extracted is a relatively short distance from the insertion position of the water extraction head, the water extraction hose must have a sufficient length and constant length. Since the length is set to be long, there is a problem that an unnecessarily long water extraction hose hinders the work and the workability is poor. In addition, even when the length of the water extraction hose inserted into the pipe is relatively short, the water remaining in the pipe is driven by the pump to drive the water extraction hose of a fixed length, despite the insertion part into the pipe being short. Since it is necessary to pass from the front end to the rear end, there is a problem that the pressure loss is large and it is difficult to improve the water extraction efficiency. Therefore, the present invention has been made in view of the above-described circumstances, and is capable of responding to a place where water should be extracted, with good workability, and an in-pipe water extraction device capable of performing water extraction with high water extraction efficiency. The purpose is to provide.

As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, a characteristic structure of the invention according to claim 1 is a camera 1 for photographing inside a tube, an illuminating light 2 for illuminating the photographing location, and water W in the tube.
The water extraction head 4 to which the suction unit 3 for sucking
It is provided on the distal end side of a flexible water extraction hose 5 and transmits image data captured by the camera 1 to the outside of the tube via a flexible camera cable 6 connected to the camera 1. A configuration in which the inside of the tube is observed from outside the tube based on the transmitted photographed image, the water W in the tube is sucked by the suction unit 3, and the water W in the sucked tube is discharged to the outside of the tube through the water extraction hose 5. In the in-pipe water extraction device C, the water extraction hose 5 is constituted by a plurality of divided water extraction hoses 8 connected in a longitudinal direction thereof, and the plurality of adjacent water extraction hoses 8 are detachably connected to each other. A hose connection portion 9 for communication is provided in each of the divided water extraction hoses 8. [Operation] The water extraction hose is constituted by a plurality of divided water extraction hoses connected in the longitudinal direction thereof, and each of the divided water extraction hoses is connected to a plurality of adjacent water extraction hoses in a detachable manner. Since the portion is provided, the required length of the whole water extraction hose can be adjusted by connecting and connecting the required number of divided water extraction hoses to be connected and connected. [Effect] Therefore, it is possible to respond by adjusting the length of the water extraction hose according to the place where water is to be extracted, and the work efficiency is improved because the water extraction hose does not become unnecessarily long so as not to hinder the work. Can be done. Further, when the place where water is to be drawn is a relatively short distance from the insertion position of the water drawing head, the number of connected divided water drawing hoses is reduced, the length of the water drawing hose is shortened, and the pump is driven to drive water. Draining from the back end of the extraction hose,
Pressure loss can be reduced. That is, since the water extraction ability can be improved, water extraction can be performed with high water extraction efficiency. In addition, even if the location where water should be drawn is farther than expected from the insertion position of the water extraction head, increase the number of divided water extraction hoses to be connected, extend the length of the water extraction hose, and observe the inside of the tube with a camera. Continuing, the in-pipe water extraction operation can be performed.

[0005] The characteristic structure of the invention of claim 2 is shown in Figs.
As shown in the example, the camera cable 6 is composed of a plurality of divided camera cables 23 connected in a longitudinal direction thereof, and a cable connecting portion for detachably connecting the plurality of adjacent divided camera cables 23 to each other in a detachable manner. 24 are provided in each of the divided camera cables 23. [Operation] A camera cable is composed of a plurality of divided camera cables that are connected in the longitudinal direction thereof, and each of the divided camera cables is detachably connected to and connected to a plurality of adjacent divided camera cables. The length of the camera cable can be adjusted and the divided camera cable can be exchanged by attaching and detaching the divided camera cable to be connected for communication. [Effect] Accordingly, it is possible to cope with the situation by adjusting the length of the camera cable according to the place where the water is to be extracted.
Workability can be further improved. Further, when the camera cable is largely damaged, only the damaged divided camera cable can be replaced, so that the maintenance can be performed economically.

[Other Embodiments] Other embodiments will be described below. <1> The configuration of the hose connection portion and the cable connection portion described in the above embodiment is an example, and a series of steps of searching for accumulated water while observing the inside of the pipe from the outside of the pipe, and discharging the water to the outside of the pipe. As long as there is no problem in the pipe water extraction operation, any method can be used as long as a plurality of divided water hoses and a plurality of divided camera cables can be detachably connected to each other. <2> The relationship between the water extraction hose and the camera cable is not limited to the configuration in which the camera cable is assembled in the water extraction hose described in the above embodiment. For example, the camera cable may be covered with a cover tube, and the cover tube may be used. A configuration in which a water extraction hose is provided outside, or a configuration in which a water extraction hose is provided inside the cover pipe may be used. <3> The length of the split water hose and split camera cable is
The length is not particularly limited and may be appropriately set to a required length. However, empirically, if the length is set to 10 to 30 m, the workability is better. <4> The water extraction head may be provided integrally with the distal end side of the water extraction hose, or may be provided detachably. <5> The water extraction head may be of any type as long as it captures the inside of the tube with a camera, transmits the image to the outside of the tube, and discharges the water sucked by the suction unit to the water extraction hose.
