Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove dust caught on a spoiler of an overflow-type roller gate, to thereby maintain the protective effect of water vein vibration. SOLUTION: The spoiler 2 functions to isolate vibration of a door body 1 of the overflow-type roller gate caused by water vein vibration of overflow water, by dividing overflow water flowing over the door body 1, and introducing air between a water screen of the overflow water and a door body back face. According to an installation structure of the spoiler 2 on the door body 1, a turbulent flow plate 7 for turbulizing overflow water by pits and projections at a front end thereof is arranged at a top on the back face of the door body 1 so as to rotatably extend via a hinge 8 in a downstream direction, and the spoiler 2 is fixed onto an upper surface of the turbulent flow plate 7. Then, the turbulent flow plate 7 and the back face of the door body 1 are connected together via a rod 11, whereby the water vein vibration is prevented by the normally erect spoiler 2 and the turbulent flow plate 3. On the other hand, when dust is caught on the spoiler 2, the rod 11 is contracted by a cylinder 12, and the spoiler 2 is laid down together with the turbulent flow plate 3, to thereby remove the dust by stream current.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a roller gate provided with a door body which rises and descends in a river or a waterway, and divides overflowing water of the door body, and allows air to flow between a water film of the overflow water and a rear surface of the door body. The present invention relates to a spoiler-attached structure to a door body for preventing the vibration of the door body due to vibration of water veins of overflow water.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, as shown in FIG. 4, a spoiler 2 and a turbulent flow plate 7 are provided in a width direction at a downstream end of a top plate 5 forming an overflow surface of a door body 1 as an overflow roller gate. Some are mounted at the required pitch. The spoiler 2 separates the overflow water of the door body 1 and introduces air between a water film of the overflow water and the rear surface of the door body to prevent the vibration of the door body due to the vibration of the overflow water. The turbulence plate 7 turbulates the flow of the overflow water to prevent the occurrence of low-frequency air vibration. In this example, a spoiler having a triangular pyramid shape is illustrated.

[0005] As shown in FIG. 5, a turbulent spoiler 3 having a shorter height is provided between the spoilers 2 at a short pitch. This is to obtain an effect of preventing generation of vibration. In this example, spoiler 2 and turbulent spoiler 3
Is illustrated in FIG.

[0004] In these roller gates, the spoiler 2 and the turbulent spoiler 3 are mounted at a position distant from the overflow top 4 of the door body 1 to the downstream side. Although it does not impede the flow, if dirt gets caught on them, the water film of the overflow water will be insufficiently divided, and as a result, the introduction of air may be hindered and the effect of preventing vibration may not be obtained. Also, it is not preferable from the viewpoint of aesthetics.

Further, in Japanese Utility Model No. 2586857, as shown in FIG. 6, a hydraulic cylinder 6 is attached to the back surface of the door 1 and the spoiler 2 is made to protrude and retract from the top end of the door 1 as the hydraulic cylinder 6 expands and contracts. Something like that has been proposed. In this example, when dust is caught on the spoiler 2, the hydraulic cylinder 6 is contracted, the spoiler 2 is immersed from the top end of the door 1, and the dust is washed away by the water flow.

However, in the roller gate shown in FIG. 6, the number of hydraulic cylinders 6 required is equal to the number of spoilers 2, and in order to provide a large number of spoilers 2 and make the overflow water turbulent, a large number of hydraulic cylinders are required. There is a problem that the cylinder 6 is required and the equipment becomes expensive.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention divides overflow water of a door body of an overflow roller gate and introduces air between a water film of the overflow water and a back surface of the door body. The spoiler attached to the door body for preventing vibration of the door body due to the vibration of the water vein of the overflow water, wherein a turbulent flow plate is provided on the rear side top of the door body to make the overflow water turbulent due to the unevenness of the tip. Is rotatably extended to the downstream side via a hinge, and a spoiler is fixed to the upper surface of the turbulence plate, and the turbulence plate and the rear surface of the door are rotatable with pins. The turbulence plate is rotated by the expansion and contraction of the rod, and the spoiler is raised and lowered.

With this configuration, the spoiler and the turbulent flow plate can normally prevent water vein vibration by extending the rod and erecting the spoiler. When dust is caught on the spoiler, the rod is contracted. By laying down the spoiler together with the turbulence plate, trash can be washed away by the water current.

FIGS. 1 and 2 show a first embodiment of the present invention. In this example, a little lower than the top plate 5 extending from the overflow top 4 to the downstream side of the door body 1,
The turbulence plate 7 is rotatably attached to the downstream side via the hinge 8, and the spoiler 2 is fixed to the upper surface of the turbulence plate 7. In this example, the spoiler 2 has a triangular pyramid shape, and the turbulent flow plate 7 turbulently overflows the water due to the unevenness of the tip. The top plate 5 is extended to the downstream side, and covers the hinge 8 with the extension 5a.

When configured as described above, usually, FIG.
As shown in (a), the rod 11 extends and the spoiler 2
2 can be prevented by the spoiler 2 and the turbulent flow plate 3, and when dust is caught on the spoiler 2, as shown in FIGS. The refuse can be washed away by the water current by contracting the rod 11 with the operation of 12 and causing the spoiler 2 to fall down together with the turbulent flow plate 3.

Next, a second embodiment of the present invention is shown in FIG. In a roller gate having a long span as in this example, if the turbulence plate 7 is divided into a plurality of sections in the span direction, only the turbulence plate 7 of the spoiler 2 from which dust needs to be removed can be rotated. Therefore, it is efficient, the effect of preventing the vibration of the water vein is maintained by the other upright spoiler 2, and the influence of the bending of the door 1 on the hinge 8 is reduced.

As described above, according to the present invention, a spoiler is provided on a turbulent plate attached to the rear side top of the door via a hinge, and the turbulent plate is rotated as the rod expands and contracts, and the spoiler is rotated. When dust is caught on the spoiler, the rod can be contracted and the spoiler can be laid down with the turbulent flow plate so that the dust can be washed away by the water flow. Since there is no need to provide them, the cost of equipment is also reduced.
