However, the work of spraying urethane as described above requires time and labor since it is necessary to spray the urethane carefully and slowly so that the gap to be closed is completely closed. In addition, even if it is visually confirmed that the gap is completely closed, a small gap is often left in many cases.
That is, it is difficult to ensure airtightness. Furthermore,
After the urethane is sprayed, the length of the electric wiring or the like coming out of the ceiling may be adjusted by pulling the electric wiring or the like. In this case, the urethane must be sprayed again, which consumes extra time and labor.

The airtight sheet 9A is an elastically deformable foam made of a synthetic resin such as polyethylene or polypropylene. The airtight sheet 9A is provided below the two ceiling ridges 7 and is sandwiched between the ceiling boards 8 from below. By being slightly compressed, the space between the partition wall 1 and the ceiling back 12 is closed to ensure airtightness. A hole having substantially the same diameter as the first through hole 3 is formed at the position of the first through hole 3 formed in the partition runner 5a. Also, as shown in FIG.
Instead of the airtight sheet 9A, an airtight plate 9C provided with elastic foams 9a on both sides of the lower surface of the plate may be provided. When a weldable material such as an iron plate is used for the plate material 9C, the work efficiency can be improved by welding the same to the runner 5a and integrating them.

The fitting portion 4a has an outer diameter slightly larger than the inner diameter of the first through hole 3, and this outer diameter is elastically deformed when the first through hole 3 is fitted into the first through hole 3. Is elastically deformed in the contracting direction. For this reason, the space between the fitting portion 4a and the first through-hole 3 is closely adhered over one circumference, and
It is completely closed. Therefore, airtightness is ensured at the location. Also, the diameter of the first through hole 3 is made larger than an appropriate value,
Even when airtightness cannot be secured with the fitting portion 4a, the double-sided adhesive tape 4e is attached to both the lower surface of the locking portion 4b and the surface (for example, the airtight sheet 9A) with which the locking portion 4b abuts indirectly. Are tightly closed without gaps, so that the airtightness is maintained between the lower surface of the locking portion 4b and the surface with which it indirectly abuts.

The first electric wiring passage 4c is formed with an inner diameter slightly smaller than the outer diameter of the first protection pipe.
When the first protection pipe 2a is inserted, the first protection pipe 2a is elastically deformed in a direction to increase in diameter, so that the first protection pipe 2a and the first electric wiring passage 4c are closed while being completely adhered. It will be in a state of loose. Therefore, airtightness is ensured at the location.

Hereinafter, an airtight structure B of the through-the-ceiling portion of the wiring according to the second embodiment will be described with reference to the drawings.
As shown in FIG. 6, the electric wiring 13 for a light and the ceiling penetration portion through which a second protective pipe 13a penetrating the electric wiring 13 for a light passes, the electric wiring 13 for a light and the electric wiring 13 is a hermetic structure of a ceiling penetration part through which a second protective pipe 13a passes, and a second penetration hole 15 is formed in a reinforcing plate 14 fixed between the ceiling edges 7 to form a second penetration hole. An airtight sheet piece 9B is covered on the lower surface of the second through hole 15 and a second electrical wiring passage 16 is inserted through the airtight sheet piece 9B while closely adhering the second protective pipe 13a without gap. Drilled so as to have the same center as the through hole 15 of
The third through hole 1 is located at a position corresponding to the second through hole 15.
A ceiling board 8 having a perforated 7 is provided on the bezel 7 while sandwiching the airtight sheet piece 9B.

When the reinforcing plate 14 is provided between the ceiling edges 7, as shown in FIG. 7, both sides of the reinforcing plate 14 are attached to the ceiling edges 7 by using metal fittings 18 for the reinforcing plate and screws 11. Fix it. Then, a second through-hole 15 is formed at a predetermined position with a slightly larger diameter than the second through-hole 15 so that the second protective pipe 13a can easily pass therethrough. The airtight sheet piece 9B is attached. As for the attachment, one side of the airtight sheet piece 9B is provided with adhesiveness and attached like a double-sided adhesive tape, or is attached using an adhesive or the like. The airtight sheet piece 9B is, similarly to the airtight sheet 9A used in the first embodiment, an elastically deformable foam made of a synthetic resin such as polyethylene or polypropylene or EPDM rubber.

Next, the second airtight sheet piece 9B attached to the reinforcing plate 14 is provided with a second hole having the same center as the second through hole 15 of the reinforcing plate 14 and an inner diameter smaller than the second protective pipe. The passage 16 for electric wiring is opened, and as shown in FIG. 8, the electric wiring 13 for the lamp and the second protective pipe 13a are passed. The second electric wiring passage 16 having a smaller diameter than the second protective piping 13a is opened in the airtight sheet piece 9B, so that the second electric wiring passage is inserted when the second protective piping 13a is inserted. Since the diameter of the second protection pipe 16 is increased and the second protection pipe 13a is in close contact with the second protection pipe 13a, the gap between the second electrical wiring passage 16 and the second protection pipe 13a is closed, and airtightness is secured.

Finally, as shown in FIG. 6, a third through hole 17 is also formed in the ceiling board 8 so as to match the second through hole 15, and the ceiling board 8 is connected to the ceiling area. Affix to edge 7. In this state, the airtight sheet piece 9B is sandwiched between the reinforcing plate 14 and the ceiling board 8, and the airtight sheet piece 9B is compressed on the upper and lower surfaces so that the reinforcing plate 14 is also provided on the upper and lower surfaces. And the ceiling board 8 to ensure tightness. As a result, since the airtightness is secured in the vertical direction from the airtight sheet piece 9B as well, the airtightness is secured between the room 19 and the ceiling 12.

According to the first aspect of the present invention, a first through hole is formed in a ceiling surface including an upper surface of a partition wall, and the first through hole is closely adhered to the first through hole. The airtight bushing having a first electrical wiring passage through which the first protection pipe is inserted in tight contact with the first protection pipe and the locking portion serving as an insertion end of the first portion is inserted into the first airtight bushing. Of the first electric wiring, and
Is completely inserted between the inside of the partition frame and the ceiling to completely close the gap between the through hole and the airtight bushing and between the airtight bushing and the electrical wiring. can do. Also, since the airtight bushing into which the electric wiring is inserted is merely inserted into the first through hole, there is an advantage that the number of steps for airtight construction can be reduced. Further, there is an advantage that airtightness is ensured even if the electric wiring is pulled and moved after construction.
