2. Description of the Related Art A general eyeglass frame crane is foldably connected via a hinge. The yoroi is brazed to the outside of the rim on which the lens is fitted, and the two wings forming the hinge are brazed to the inner surfaces of the ends of the yoroi and the vine. Can be folded. However, a vine connected via a small hinge cannot maintain a stable folding operation. That is, a small hinge loosens its shaft screw or wears a sliding surface, and as a result, the stability of the vine is impaired, and the worn glasses are displaced or come off.

Also, the hinge is small in size, and its manufacture is troublesome. Further, the hinge is in the most opened state in a straight line with the side piece of the yoroi, and has a joint structure which cannot be opened any more. Of course, if the glasses are merely put on the face, the opening degree of the vine is sufficient, and since the vine has some spring properties, it can be slightly curved to fit the face.

[0004] However, it is only for a short period of time after purchasing the spectacles that the user fits the face only with the spring characteristics of the vine and does not rattle the spectacles. The spring characteristics of the crane itself are always constant depending on the material as long as it is not extremely bent and plastically deformed, and it is possible to return to the original shape if the force is removed, but as described above, the hinge connecting the crane to the hinge In order to cause backlash, the conventional vine joint structure using only hinges has no means to absorb the impact force when any impact is applied to the front frame, and the glasses fall off the face or the lens A situation may occur in which the frame itself is damaged or sometimes the frame itself is bent.

Incidentally, as one means for solving the problems of the eyeglass frame, a joint structure that allows the vine to be opened slightly more outwardly from the straight state with the side piece is desired. It is used. FIG. 5 shows a conventional example of this joint structure, which is called a spring hinge. That is, the basic idea of the spring hinge is
At (a), fix the fixed butterfly (b) and fix it, and use the other butterfly as a sliding butterfly (c) to allow sliding for a certain distance to open outward to the vine (d). Can be given.

A guide groove is formed in the vine (d), and the sliding butterfly (c) slides using the guide groove as a guide. A coil spring is provided in the internal cavity of the sliding butterfly (c). When (4) is settled and the vine (4) is opened outward, the sliding butterfly (3) is pulled toward the fixed butterfly (2) and compressed. The coil spring (e)
Corresponds to a claw (g) provided at the entrance of the inner cavity of the sliding butterfly (c) and locked in the slot (f) of the claw (d), and the claw (g) functions as a stopper. As a result, the coil spring
The restoring force of (e) acts on the vine (d) and attempts to return the vine (d) to its original position.

By the way, a coil spring is attached to the sliding butterfly piece (c).
The hinge structure incorporating (e) is complicated as shown in the figure, so that the number of manufacturing steps is increased, and the hinge with the spring is expensive in terms of cost. In addition, there is also a problem that the structure is complicated, so that it is easily broken, and once broken, it is difficult to repair. If the coil spring (e) and the core metal are pushed into the internal cavity of the sliding butterfly piece (c) and locked with the claw (g),
(G) and coil spring (e) cannot be removed.
In other words, the tab (g) is restrained by the guide of the sliding butterfly (c), and the locking piece (h) of the claw (g) fits into the slot (f), and the head of the cored bar (f). Abuts the tab with spring force
The force for pushing (h) into the slot (f) will work. Therefore, the claw cannot be removed from the sliding butterfly piece C, and at the same time, repair cannot be performed.

As described above, the conventional spring-loaded hinge has the above-mentioned problems. The problem to be solved by the present invention is this problem, and it is an object of the present invention to provide an eyeglass frame crane joint structure which is very compact and does not fail due to its simple structure.

The crane joint structure of the present invention has the same operation and effect as the conventional spring hinge.
No coil spring is used as a component. In the present invention, a pair of permanent magnets is used in place of the coil spring which is a component of the conventional spring hinge, and an elastic force can be applied to the vine using the repulsive force of this magnet. The hinge consists of a fixed butterfly and a sliding butterfly as in the past, the fixed butterfly is brazed on the yolo side, the sliding butterfly is provided on the vine side, and the vine is a sliding butterfly. It is attached so that it can slide along the guide. Sometimes it is possible to reverse the positional relationship between the fixed butterfly and the sliding butterfly.

The magnet is housed in a space formed between the sliding butterfly and the vine, and the two magnets are arranged so as to exert a repulsive force on each other. The rear end of one magnet contacts the rear end surface of the space formed in the sliding butterfly, and the other magnet rear end is positioned in contact with the rear end surface of the space formed in the vine. Since the two magnets repel each other, the rear end abuts on the rear end surface of the space without any gap, and when the gap between the opposing surfaces is reduced, the repulsive force is further increased.

Therefore, when folding the crane, the two magnets do not move in the gap between the opposing surfaces as they are, and the sliding butterfly rotates about the connecting shaft with the fixed butterfly, and slides. The vine attached to the moving butterfly piece also turns and folds at the same time. When the vine is opened, the tip surface of the lip and the vine end surface come into contact with each other, but the vine can be slightly pushed outward in the same manner as in the case of the conventional spring hinge.

In this case, the crane pivots with the joint surface between the tip end surface of the yoke and the crane end surface serving as a base point, and as a result, the magnet fitted on the rear end surface of the space on the side of the sliding butterfly is fitted together with the sliding butterfly. Approaching the magnet that fits in the space on the vine side. Since the repulsive force between the two magnets is further increased, a restoring force for returning the crane to the original position is generated.

The method of arranging the pair of magnets is not limited to the case where the magnets repel each other, but they may be arranged in a direction in which they attract each other. A magnet is fixed to the sliding butterfly and the vine, respectively, and abuts each other. In the case of pushing open, the two magnets are separated by sliding between the sliding butterfly and the vine, and the attractive force of both magnets is reduced. It can be used to give the crane a restoring force. However, a stopper is provided to prevent the crane from pushing and opening beyond the range where the attracting force of both magnets does not become zero. Hereinafter, embodiments according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.

According to the crane joint structure of the present invention, the two magnets are arranged in a space formed on the crane side and the sliding butterfly piece side in a direction in which the magnets repel each other. It can be pushed open, in which case the vine is returned to its original position by the action of the repulsive forces of both magnets. That is, the same action as the conventional spring hinge can be performed by utilizing the repulsive force of the magnet. The present invention has a very simple structure in which both magnets are arranged in the space formed on the vine side and the sliding butterfly piece side, does not cause a failure, and the manufacturing cost is very low. Similarly, by arranging a pair of magnets attracting each other between the vine and the sliding butterfly piece, the same operation and effect as the spring hinge can be obtained.
